Needed warranty work done on ute ordered parts always helpful

Doug and Jim were very welcoming and pleasant. Overall staff were friendly, listened and in the end got a great deal

Have not got car back yet,
but so far, 2 versions.
1st - was we need to keep overnight to make sure we dont break things
2nd (1hr later, diff guy) - uh, we broke things cause we didnt do what 1st guy said,
So you need to pay us more + we need now to keep car for 2 instead of 1 night.

Bought a second hand 2015 MU-X LST 4x4, ended up an awesome car but there were a few issues that I have to mention. The caryard used some kind of dodgy "scratch pen" to hide the deep scratches that were found straight after the first wash, the drivers door had been damaged/repaired & as a result had a water leak that I had to get fixed, it wasn't covered under warranty. When enquiring about the missing floor mats (the car has pristine unworn carparts), the salesman became very rude & honestly if the car wasn't such a good deal, I would've walked away from his arrogant attitude. Luckily the sales manager was a great guy, had a professional demeanor & the car was purchased. As for my car, it is now a perfect family wagon that can tow smoothly, cruise the highway with ease, conquer anywhere off-road & is economically spot on.

We had such a great experience here. Craig Stuart was the salesman and he was fantastic. Couldn't recommend him, Doug and Glyn highly enough. Thanks very much everyone.

Friendly attentive staff who fixed the problem much cheaper than I expected, an excellent experience!

I think the sales man who we dealt with is a dodgy as a nine dollar note,but we like him...(joke)...
