I have not personally had the opportunity to visit this facility. My review is to give a shout out for awesome leadership. Copper creek inn is actually one of our competitors. It might sound nuts to leave your competition a five star review, but I believe in giving credit where it s due. I reached out to the ED Chris Frere via phone I have to say he was one of the most genuinely kind people I have spoke with in the industry. He really cares about residents, even if they are not at his facility. Best of luck to you and your team and Merry Christmas!

I ve been going into this facility for over 3 years now as a visiting nurse to see patients on my services. Over that time I have seen how their team comes together like a family to take care of all the residence. I ve seen lots of facilities in my time as a visit nurse and I can say that this is one of the best places you could trust your loved one to. The shining stars of the staff at Copper Creek include Kari ( nurse) Mossiel (nurse) Denae ( nurse) Vicki ( nurse) and pharis ( caregiver) I can t speak highly enough of each of these people because of how I ve seen each one of them care so much for the people they care for.

The caregivers at Copper Creek are the BEST! We all know that caregivers do their jobs because they LOVE it. They do one of the most taxing, difficult, draining and important jobs out there for pay is that is not equal to their work. Despite this, they always provide excellent care and go above and beyond for the residents. These caregivers treat the residents like they are family. They go the extra mile and take the extra steps to interact and go beyond meeting the basic needs. I am grateful, and feel very blessed that my mom is able to cared for and loved by the special group of caregivers at Copper Creek Inn.

My mother has received exceptional care at Copper Creek Inn- both as a 'day stay' (Adult day care) and respite care when I had to travel. The facility is very clean, the food is good, and there are always activities to participate in. We toured many assisted living communities, and Copper Creek was mom's choice. As her caregiver, I appreciate the talented management team and care staff. They handle more than just the physical and healthcare needs of residents... they are also skilled communicators who understand what a dementia patient might be trying to say through their behavior when words fail them. It is more expensive than some of the other places, but I recommend this facility wholeheartedly. They've gone the extra mile for me and my mother and truly treat every resident with respect and love.

I found it necessary to move my husband from another facility and chose Copper Creek. He has only been there a short time, but I have been extremely impressed with the quality of care he is receiving. The facility is well appointed, very warm and comfortable, and deals only with memory care. From the time you walk in the door the staff treats you in such a professional and caring manner that immediately you feel at ease. Everyone is so patient and pleasant, and clearly demonstrate that they care about each resident, as well as their family members. The caregivers and techs are dedicated, experienced, and focused on the quality of daily care; many of them have been with Copper Creek for several years. They understand that the needs of each resident are very different and they are able to react to each of those individual needs with personalized care and respect. These values and qualities are clearly demonstrated throughout the management team and roll down through each member of the staff. I only wish I had brought my husband to Copper Creek in the 1st place.

My father lived there for 2 years until he passed. We can't say enough good things about our experience with Copper Creek. Absolutely great care and attention.

During the past year my husband slowly slid down the bumpy road of dementia to the point where I could no longer meet his needs at home. Our family found Copper Creek Inn and it has been a perfect fit for him - and us. Knowing he is in a safe, caring environment means so much to our family. We stop by at different times of the day to visit him and we have always found him in a good mood and well taken care of. The staff is so kind and the food is to his liking - and that's saying a lot. Their activities director is fantastic. It was a difficult decision to move him away from home, but I know we made the right choice.

Copper Creek is wonderful choice should you need to consider a new home and care for your loved one. The decision is beyond hard. Copper Creek cared for my Aunt as a family member and they cared for me during my visits and long distance calls checking in on my Aunt and her care. The staff (admin, nurses, to household maintenance) has minimal turnover - a blessing which creates continuity, knowledgeable care, and a loving/caring environment. I recently revisited after my Aunt, sadly, passed and the staff came to me with big hugs and inquiries after me and my family and stories that showed me they remembered me and my family member and truly value their residents and families. I also regularly saw camaraderie among residents. It's not easy working in such an environment and even harder being in a position to become a resident (or decide with and or on behalf of your loved one) but Copper Creek gave me confidence and faith that if life's stages bring you to such a need you are in good hands.

Staff is very pleasant and efficient. The facility is very clean and nice. The medical service is excellent. There are many good activities. My mother is doing very well at Copper Creek Inn.

I love the team at Copper Creek Inn MC Trickle down effect is clear 1. they are friendly and KIND, each one from care giver to med tech to front office and back office. 2. they care for my Mom, maybe not as much as I do, but they care for her and care about her. 3. I feel good knowing my Mom is getting the confident level of care she wants, deserves and needs. 4. I know some days much really be hard in this environment, however in my experience everyone smiles, laughs, and gives me and my Mom eye contact = respect. I respect that in them = integrity!

The team at Copper Creek is exceptional. They did everything in their power to make my Dad and I feel at home and well cared for. They are a compassionate team of professionals that genuinely care for their residents. They went out of their way to accommodate our arrival even before we arrived. My dads journey was long getting here. I flew him to AZ from upstate NY with a Medical Escort, he has dementia and is recovering from surgery on a broken femur bone. I wanted him closer to me and my family. The journey was scary for me. Being new to standing in the role of caring for my parents I needed a lot of hand holding and support. Copper Creek was there for me every strep if the way. They did an amazing job of holding my hand through the logistics and prepping for Dad s arrival. They maintained contact days prior to our arrival to make sure I was doing okay and my Dad was okay as well we heated up for a long trip. Our flight got in at 9:30pm to Phoenix after a 6.5 hour flight and prior to that 5 hours of drive time. It was a long day. We arrived at Copper Creek by 11:30pm and were greeted with open arms by staff that was ready and prepped for our arrival. The Director of Resident Services, Roshel, was my main contact. She arranged to make sure My Dad was as comfortable as he can be in his first few nights. She made sure we covered all the bases. She took the time to get to know my Dad by maintaining a close connection with me. His stay at Copper Creek was comfortable and safe. I am grateful to everything they did for us.

My father lived at Copper Creek for almost 3 years. He had previously lived at two other facilities that could not adequately care for him as his support needs progressed. He was at stage 4 when he entered and lived there comfortably until he had progressed to stage 7 and passed away. I can't say enough good things about Copper. The staff consistently provided compassionate and professional high quality care. The facility is impeccably maintained and immaculately clean. It was a tremendous comfort to the family to know that he was receiving the best care available at Copper. They did a great job of taking care of him and adapting his care level as the disease progressed. I highly recommend Copper to any family that has a loved one suffering from Alzheimer's.

Everyone at Copper Creek is wonderful. They take great care of my mother, who has Alzheimer's. The environment is nicely decorated and spotless. The caretakers are always smiling and friendly. One caretaker in particular, Martha Majak, is very good with my Mom and as a family, we've noticed how well my Mom responds to her. The food they serve is also delicious and nutrtionally balanced. We really appreciate how easy the staff & nurses are to work with at Copper Creek. They go out of their way to accommodate the needs of each resident and we feel relieved to know Mom is in a safe and comfortable place.

Wonderful facility. Clean and staff is caring. My mom lived here for approximately six months before her passing. Highly recommend!

Amazing community, amazing leadership, and care team. I can not say enough about Cooper Creek and their team, the compassion and love that they have for their residents is truly inspiring.

My Mom has had the best care at Copper Creek. She has been there for a few years now and the staff are just amazing with her. The facility is so nice and they have many activities on a daily basis as well. They communicate with me immediately when there are any issues. This is an amazing place.

As my sister and I began our search for a facility for our parents, we received many suggestions from a Place for Mom. We completed several virtual tours and two in-person limited tours. As soon as I stepped into the Copper Creek facility, I immediately felt I had found" the place" for them. The compassion, kindness, consideration and guidance was unmatched. The culture was warm and inviting and it made us feel like our parents were their parents. Every question was answered and guidance provided. After completing the required COVID testing, we were able to go in and set up our parents room so it would feel like "home" to them.

As we entered the facility on move in day, we were met with a Welcome Sign with their names and the management staff was there to greet and welcome us and at shift change, caregivers came in to introduce themselves to us.

As you can imagine, this process includes a myriad of emotions and I felt at peace with our decision. The service at Copper Creek is stellar, but more importantly, it is their "human touch" that matters. We have no doubt that our parents will receive stellar care at Copper Creek Inn. Kindness and compassion have been in short supply these days, but not at Copper Creek Inn where residents and their families are made to feel like you are the only client/customer they have.

It is so very hard to hand over the care of someone you love to a facility, but we thank God for Copper Creek. My auntie has been at Copper Creek for 2 years. They do an excellent job and take great care of all their clients! The peace of mind is priceless and she is so happy!! She just celebrated her 80th birthday and Copper Creek Staff made it so special. A wonderful place. The staff helped me through the entire process and if I knew then, what I know now, I would not have waited so long to find this wonderful place for her.

Love this community! Amazing staff, very personable and authentic. This community gives you a true feel of home. I highly recommend this community for any family member in any stage of dementia.

Copper creek Inn memory care has provided excellent service for my spouse. They have been very willing to make adaptive changes for her care which has greatly enhanced the care she receives. Consistency of care is very important to patients with dementia and Copper Creek has provided that. From the director on down all of the staff are engaged with the residents. In addition a wide variety of activities are provided on a daily basis that accommodate the needs of all of the residents. No one is excluded from an activity.

My mother has been a resident at Copper Creek Inn for the past six years. Over this time I have been continually impressed with their compassionate care and true dedication to their residents. She is actively involved in their numerous daily activities and enjoys her delicious meals. The caretakers work hard to ensure that each resident is clean and takes the time to get to know them and their families. I highly recommend Copper Creek to any family looking for quality care for their family member.

Nearly 4 years ago, I had the opportunity to join the KSC organization by representing their first memory care community in Chandler, Arizona - Copper Creek Inn. With much dedication, trust and hard work, Katarina Shea - our Director of Resident Services and I developed an amazing team to support our residents and their families who are on a challenging journey with dementia. Every team member from our nurses to housekeepers, from receptionists to activity assistants and everyone in between have a direct Personal Touch in the lives of our residents and their families.
