I have had the service for about a year. They are always on time and do a fantastic job! The idea that each time they clean and focus on a specific area for deep cleaning is amazing. Have two dogs in the house and that requires extra attention.
We have used Maids On The Spot since 2010 both commercially and personally with very few issues. We have used their services for facility cleaning and window cleaning on a regular basis. I also like that they use plant based cleaners, so they do a great job cleaning without harmful chemicals.
Bern is one of the owners and my main contact for if we need special services or have any issues with anything and he is very responsive. They do their best to accommodate any special requests for their clients.
They do not text or email, they prefer to have face to face or personally call for contact to confirm that everyone is on the same page.
While we have people want to quote us out for janitorial services all the time, we choose to stay with Maids On The Spot due to the years of great service and diligence.
They came out and cleaned our house and did a fantastic job. They were scheduled to be there for 2 hours but ended up staying a little later to finish the current job they were on instead of dropping what they were doing to go home for the day. What really made me happy was that they came on a Saturday which was the only day that worked for us and even though they are closed and don t normally work on Saturdays they made it happen for us. I WILL DEFIANTLY USE THEM AGAIN!!

Had my first house cleaning this morning. Thoroughly pleased! Cleaners were on time, worked hard, and even got 5 years worth of calcium deposits off my shower handle somehow. Price was really reasonable as well. Happy to recommend them.

I have used Maids on the Spot for about 15 years. I love the way they clean one room is deep cleaned every visit. They also offer a whole-house deep clean if you need it. We have used their window-cleaning service as well. The maids are professional and I ve never had a problem with any of them. They have always done their best to accommodate my schedule.
