Recently had my husbands suprise 30th birthday party and they were so accommodating. Great customer service! The owner himself came to introduce himself to make sure we were good. The food was great, everyone raved about the buffalo chicken sliders with the pretzel bun. Highly recommend this place. Lots of tvs, Great food and drinks, and best of all great service!!!

I like the service. The ambiance was also pretty mellow considering it's a place where alcohol is served!

Love this place! There at least 25 big screen TV's to watch every sporting event you could ever imagine. The good was good, the service was excellent and they better watch out, I might move in here!

Nice sports bar in Long Island. They have trivia on Tuesday nights check it out.

It's a bar where people do not go for the food, and after experiencing it I can see why. My husband ordered shrimp cocktail and it came out and was gray. He tasted one and it tasted bad; we sent it back. When I got my mini burgers the middle of the burger was still frozen and obviously under cooked. I felt bad for the server because I knew it wasn't his fault. Definitely can say I will not be going back.

Good spot for happy hour. Plenty of space around either bar, they have lots of tables too. Decent priced drinks and food.

The ambiance was entertaing, the feood was scrumptious and the entertainment was wonderful. Our server was very classy and affable. She is all you need as a hostess. NY family enjoyed our brief stay and plan to return with other family members. Definitely *****

Oh man, I went there after a work event and I had to really make the effort to go home without eating and drinking everything they offer. Everything I had was amazing. Excellent atmosphere for a bunch of people to get together.

The food is ok. The food is not cheap. The atmosphere is nice. The beer selection could be better given the size.

Recently visited Main Event July 2019, had the best margarita's and the best waitress ever in Katelynn. Food was good too. Definitely will return.

Took my boys out to watch ther islander game during playoffs. We had decent seats and a great meal.

It's been awhile since I have been here but tonight we had a team meeting and this was the spot. The food was really good. I had the Tennessee steak and vegetables, my teammates had burgers and the Romanian steak ..everything came out hot and delicious and that is no easy feat for 12 people. Ample parking, wheelchair accessible. Great for family, friends and coworkers. Nice easy going atmosphere. Loads of TV'S for the sports fans! 2 well stocked bars.

I came here for Happy hour. The food was good (we had bar food only) and the staff was quick. The bartenders were amazing and knew how to make a good drink (hard to find these days). I would go back and sit to enjoy the actual menu next time.

Was here with a friend got the dirtiest looks from customers and staff as soon as I walked in. I noticed I was the only black person there. Hope that wasn't it. Don't think I'll ever stop by again!

Horrible experience at this restaurant for lunch today. Went there with some coworkers and after ordering drinks we noticed there were little maggots/bugs on the table (in our napkins and silverware). After telling our waitress about the issue, they wiped the table down and didn't even offer fresh napkins and silverware. A few minutes later the bugs reappeared. After that we decided to switch tables. After ordering and getting our food, the manager came over and said she was sorry for the inconvenience and that "they are doing work on the roof they must be getting in that way". And that was it! She offered no compensation or further apology. It was an absolutely disgusting dining experience, and will never return. Our company is located close by and has a business relationship with the Main Event. Our other coworkers will be hearing about this experience.

Great waitress named Jen, the place is spacious and attractive the turkey burger was just ok I'd give it another try.

Spacious and reasonably priced drinks. Food is on par with a place of this caliber. Staff is robotic isn't quite friendly or mean they are just meh.

Great great great...Big bar stle menu and the food is really good...large selection of beer and drinks and they are always cold....atmosphere is great if you like the BIG sports bar feel....ive been coming to The main Event for years and will continue to do so

Had 30 th birthday party for daughter here. Great staff/ service, perfect party area. Food hot and delicious, bartender awesome . Terrific job, guests were impressed!

Friday lunch out with office.... at least 3 Xmas parties in no staff. Service the worst. Manager should learn how to bring in staff for this time of year!

A little on the pricey side but everything was very good. The oysters on the half shelf were excellent. Wait staff is very friendly.

Wings were a little dry, fish and chips were fine. Nice atmosphere, tons of selection on the menu, good local ceaft beer on tap (Twin Roads brewery is always a treat), and prompt, friendly service.

The Main Event in Farmingdale is one of the best sports bars on Long Island! Our team highly recommends this place at Farmingdale Taxi and Airport Service! Their appetizers are world class, the staff is so helpful and pleasant and the big TV here lets us all see what's going on at any one point. We really enjoy events at the Main Event and try to come here as often as possible!

By far the worst burger I ve ever tasted!!! I could ve gone to Burger King and gotten a whopper and it would ve tasted the same. I asked for medium rare and it was well done get an experienced cook! I won t be coming back here, first time and last.

Not a great place, there is always the drunks, but you can find them in any bar, alot of white trash

I planned a party in two days with these guys in farmingdale Gina and Steve were amazing to get it done so fast and make it perfect for my daughters 13th surprise party. I would recommend them to anyone any age. professional but extremely warm and FAST as heck!Thank you
