Payment system is really bad, a chaos. Full of people, too tight and not properly ventilated, too hot inside. They dont have online payment, bad idea.

You dial their emergency hotline and it just keeps ringing. Good job, EMERGENCY HOTLINE!!

This company can give you 4 consecutive power outages in a span of an hour. I've lost a computer and a laptop already because of that abuse. It's time to stop.

Impossible to get hold of someone for service. Everyone i know got their bills for April and they tripled. No accountability and it seems there is some fraud going on.

Bad service I don't know how they read meters that is impossible to see? I ask my neighbors if they see the meter no. My neighbor say he can't see the numbers. Customer service is bad also no one listed to there phone line. So many people in payment of bills
