Great service! Kaneko san at front desk was amazing at check in and Kawano san at Kobe Grill made sure we had a wonderful time at Kobe Sheraton! Will be back!

A deluxe hotel that is very comfortable and inexpensive. We had a great lunch in the Kobe Grill, delicious food skillfully prepared on the grill in front of us. It was surprisingly inexpensive, for the service and quality. The beef was excellent. I loved the grilled garlic chips. The salad was interesting and tasty, not the same old boring lettuce and tomato. We were on the Club floor, so had access to drinks and snacks from morning to night. We had breakfast there and were completely satisfied with the variety, quality and ambience. Our room had a great view of Kobe and was quite comfortable. According to my wife, there is a very nice onsen, but I didn't try it. There are complete instructions for using the onsen for foreigners unfamiliar with the bath protocol. It's not very convenient for central Kobe, but there is an airport shuttle to Osaka.

Chinese Dim Sum Lunch is the best. Very delicious in Kobe Chinese.

The hot spring is nice. However, it is a little far from Sannomiya.

Because the room was at a high position, the view of the city of Kobe was visible and the view was the best. The dinner was teppanyaki and grilled for women and the service and food were great.

17th floor the View was beautiful. The service was mostly very good.
We booked a smoking room by mistake, so the smoking smell was strong, but we could not change the room even thought there were still other rooms available.

The room was mostly clean but the filters of the air-conditioning and the air moisturizer smelled strongly of smoke and dust.

Breakfast and dinner Buffet was amazing and we liked the club lounge. The onsen was very relaxing!

I would give 5 stars if they let us switch rooms but this is defenetly lack service.
And the WiFi was horribly slow so if you have to get work done its impossible.

We stayed at Deluxe Twin on the ladies floor.
The hotel is directly connected to the station so you can go without an umbrella even if the weather is bad.
A convenience store was also in the same building.

An absolutely great hotel on an island in Kobe. I really enjoyed my stay there. The staff was very courteous, helpful as you would expect. My wishes were always implemented. It is located right next to the hotel a small shopping mall. It was a very nice week in Kobe.

If you stay for the purpose, Kobe Bay Sheraton, purpose for Rokko Island, and just stay at Sheraton, the restaurant will close early, room service will be poor, and there will be no busy streets nearby. I was taken to my birthday. Rooms always use the spa floor! There is an elevator directly connected to the hot spring and a place only for users on the spa floor near the hot spring, so you can relax after using the hot spring. This time to KOBEgrill on the 21st floor. The scenery and atmosphere were good and it was a really special day. The staff from the floor was warm and happy. Another place you want to come on a special day.

I didn't stay at this hotel, rather I enjoyed their lunch buffet which was very tasty. The view is pretty and all of the food was great. The purple taro ice cream was killer. Even better than the stuff you get in China which is saying something because it's good stuff.

After staying with a baby, I was impressed to receive the service of baby soap rental! There are a convenience store and cafe in the vicinity, a hot spring in the hall, access near the airport is good, and breakfast is delicious. It was a great hotel.

I used it for travel in Kobe in 2017. This hotel was great!

It was a reservation with a normal twin room, but it stayed on the woman limited floor by the convenience of the hotel side. We got off the elevator and the gate was attached immediately, and it was a specification that only the hotel guest of the woman could enter by the card key.

Stayed here for 7 days. The hotel is interconnected to a mall like complex and also to a Rokko Liner train stop that connects to greater Kobe. There are numerous dining choices in the hotel and mall including a breakfast buffet. The island is not crowded like most of Japan. The hotel is typical Sheraton. Great place to stay if you like to do a morning or evening run.

The spring quality of the hot spring is close to the gold spring of Arima hot spring and it feels good. Jazz live in pub "Arena" on the first floor is recommended because the charge fee is reasonable.

We had lunch at a Chinese restaurant on the 2nd floor. It was amazingly delicious.

The hot spring was the best. You can only enter on the club floor and spa floor. There is a direct elevator and you can go with a yukata and special slippers. It will be warm with a little bit of hot water. It's like a low-temperature chair chair, so you'll sweat more quickly than a bedrock bath. The water bath wasn't too cold and I thought I could take it for the rest of my life (laughs) The club lounge was crowded and brought me to my room. It was until 21:00 due to the influence of Corona, but I was able to spend a dreamlike time. If you are staying, the club floor is definitely recommended. I made it a buffet, but it was very delicious. All the seasonings are good. I would like to go again on the anniversary. Of course, with a hot spring above the club floor !!
