I absolutely love Knoebles. Free parking and free to get into the park, lockers only cost $.50 instead of $20.00 to rent. Food is inexpensive. Rides are great. Pet friendly. LOVE, LOVE LOVE this place. Great for camping also.
Had an amazing time here with the family. A short drive from the NJ/NY Metro area. My kids enjoyed it more than Hershey and it was a fraction of the price. Plan on visiting again.
Fun family friendly amusement park. Love that parking is free. There's no admission charge. You're able to bring in your own food and reserve a table under a pavilion for no charge. You get to control how much or how little you spend, especially if going during a time of no wristbands for rides. Lots of kiddie rides not very many rides for adults or older kids. Pool is a separate cost. It has a nice kiddie splash area. Pool is ok. Packed on a warm day.
Knoebels is the best place in the entire world. It's better than any other theme park & the snacks are I wish I could move closer just so I could go here more often.
Free parking and free entry amusement park. You only pay for the rides you ride. Walk around and get something to eat at a reasonable price. All my family members out of state go here with us and they talk about this amusement park to everybody. No 40-50 entry fees like Six Flags here. Three large roller coaster and many other rides. Glad to have grown up 30 mins away. Must see attraction!
The only place to go for family amusements . You do not pay to park No entrance fees. The rides are reasonable priced , and they give you a ride. Take your family
Ok Its in the middle of nowhere, which is great,A beautiful setting in the mountains of Pa..The rides are great with small lines and long rides.EXCEPT...The Coasters.Lines are always 45 minutes to over an hour long.So unless you love them, and want tospend your whole day riding the coasters, pass on the extra fee to ride them..The ticketing process is terrible also, with the selling booths almost hidden in the niddle of the park.Yes would go again, lots of fun overall
Used to love it when I was a kid. It's lost is luster to me. Used to be able to park free and spend a day there relatively cheap. I remember hand stamps at line 25 dollars now they are 50. I can go to hersheypark with my AAA and pay just a little more for a far superior park
I have been coming here for many years and have never once been disappointed. Knoebels truly feels like an olden times' amusement park, and this compounds the greatness of the rides and food. I recommend hitting up the Old Mill for Ice Cream, too =)
Knoebel's has been an annual tradition since my eldest was a newborn...and she just turned 31. Other reviewers touched on all the great parts--food selection and price is great, wooden coasters are phenomenal, free parking, not too crowded, and all-around great family atmosphere. Always enjoy heading back each year!!
Free parking and entry, so you can just go look and see. Then there are day passes based on age or individual tickets for rides. One ride or many - your decision. Food prices are high but reasonable for this type of place that could take advantage as there is nothing nearby. A $20 Cicilian style pizza fed 4 adults and two young kids. Stuffed! We opened and closed the place and still didn't see everything. Days of fun if you want. The country ride to Knoebels from Bloomsburg was also charming.
Love this place they are great because they give free parking free admission the prices are better the other amusement parks they are affordable for a family of 4 or more! I would recommend Knoebels over any other amusement park in Pennsylvania!!
This place is ideal for families as well as those who do not care for the rides. There is no fee to enter the park. You only pay for the rides you want to get on. They have a very big campground and various size cabins and houses you can rent. They also have a pool right in the middle of the park so you could spend the afternoon there. There is also miniature golf in the park as well. The food is good and very reasonably priced. There are lots of pavilions where you can bring your own picnic lunch. I can't say enough good things about the place. You should go and check it out for yourself.
Guest Services is TERRIBLE. My family planned all summer to go to Knoebels and we were finally able to go last Monday. Because there were 11 of us, we planned to go for the sundown special and still enjoy 5 hours there. The website said sundown special started at 5 PM and was open until 10 PM. We got there around 5:30 (got a flat tire en route) and paid $308 cash only to find out that the sundown special started at 4 PM and they were closing at 9 PM. I asked a representative and they said the website hadn't been updated yet. I contacted guest services that night when I got home and they acknowledged that the website was wrong and would try to do something to compensate me. But then because I did not have a receipt for cash payment, they said they couldn't do anything. I gave a ton of details to help them get verification from staff who checked us in and the response was if I don't have a receipt, there's nothing that can be done. So they acknowledged their website was wrong, but don't care that customers couldn't enjoy as much time as possible there. I didn't ask to be compensated and would have been very surprised if all of us were, but really thought Knoebels would make some kind of effort. I guess we just need to take our business elsewhere...will share this horror story with everyone I know.
Fun, Food, and Fantasy! ! Try to go to Knoebels at least twice every year! Great weekend fun, or even dinner and a coaster ride or 2 with family in the evening if your a local! Free admission and great food choices!! Tickets or ride passes.
This is a very interesting amusement park/resort to visit. It has a unique aesthetic to it that I ve never personally seen in an amusement park. My only complaint was parking being a nightmare. Then again I went for a craft show and the park was not closed off to the general public or anything. Some of the food is polish and PA Dutch in addition to the standard stuff you ll find at other amusement parks and better than most parks with reasonable pricing. I enjoyed the train ride that tours the woods and coal mine museum is interesting as well. Overall I d recommend at least one visit.
This place was amazing! I absolutely loved the experience. The feeling of getting away from home was amazing! The park is situated in the middle of a beautiful mountain valley this experience was so worth the trip.
Been coming here my whole life :) usually a great time this time a lot of the ride attendants were really rude for no reason. Though there was one guy whom was running the as I call them salt and pepper shakers next to the Italian trapeze at about 4 I think who was very chill and nice who changed my whole day :) I didn t catch his name or I d mention him to management to see if he could get a raise!:)
During hot summer days they should add a few extra fans with the water sprays. It helps to keep people cool. Good thing there are lots of trees to get some shade.
This place is amazing. Free parking and admission to the park. The ticket prices are affordable as well. They have rides for everyone in the family. The food is great. So much to choose from. We will definitely be visiting again!
Wonderful family park. Staff is kind and super helpful. Had my daughter's 2nd birthday party there and the staff took care of so much and took great care of us. They made sure her party was special. Definitely will recommend to others and definitely plan on having more birthday parties there.
Best amusement park I've been to in my opinion, free parking, free entry to to the park. Pay for what you want to go on. I love that its secluded in a wooded area, places for shade as well as the river that runs through the park, so peaceful. I would recommend this park to anyone. There is also a camping section that you can get to right from the park, no driving needed. Extremely impressed with the park services and what the staff do every day to keep the park clean and tidy.
