No cover charge amusement park! Buy tickets as you go. And they don't expire so you can use them again next year if you don't finish the book. A mom and dad can take a kid for a full day of fun and only pay a third of what you would pay at Hershey park (if adults arn't getting on rides) We went on a rainy day, and lines were not bad at all. Food was ok, not cheap but better priced than a normal amusement park. There was an arcade, we didn't check out, and a place where you can "pan for gold"

We bought the biggest bag of dirt (about 30$ but there are smaller cheaper ones) kid spent about 15 min sifting the dirt through a strainer, with the help of a kindly old prospector (who was manning the water way outside their museum deducated to coal and mining) 30$ well spent! 11 year olds, even ones adicited to tech and Netflix, like getting there hands dirty to sift dirt through running water. And wow did we get some cool stuff out of the prepackaged bag of dirt. Chunks of purple crystal, fossilized clams, tube worms, a hand full of birthstones, and a really amazing obsidian arrowhead were all in the bag.

Family amusement park with great, old fashioned atmosphere - two classic wooden roller coasters, a top rated haunted house, a carousel where you can still catch the brass ring..the charm is endless and the food is fantastic!
These are only a few reasons why Knoebels us considered one of the world's best!

Old-time Park lot of history of the different rides and such really enjoyed that part of it. They had a lot of cool new rides as well granddaughter love them. Parking's free! You don't have to get a pass for everything even though you can for $49. Or you can pay as you go and just pay for the rides that you want to go on I'm not much of a ride person it was much better for me that way. People in park or helpful and friendly

I LOVE everything about this place. I love the parking that isn't that far from the park. I love that it's in the middle of the woods. I love that you pay per ride that way anyone can come but the only ones to ride are the ones paying for the rides. I love the options of food and how you don't feel completely gouged when you buy it. Everything is reasonable, and I love it. I hope NOTHING changes!!

Cant beat free parking and free admission!! My child had fun for an entire day for just $20. Be sure to get coupons from the Weis store before you go!! Food is kind of pricey in my opinion but you can bring your own if you want.

Knoebels is great. You can literally find things for the whole family to enjoy. Things to remember: the "big" rides can easily run 2-4 tickets, some rides are one amount for the driver, a different amount for the passenger, so while admission is free, if you are a lover of rides, expect $20 in tickets to not last long. Shaded areas can quickly be hard to find, so be careful taking anyone that can't be in the sun too long.

I go camping here every year and I absolutely love it. Everything about this place is family friendly. Although, I called customer service today for some questions I had about employer discounts and the 2 ladies I spoke to were very rude. They seemed as if they shouldn't interact with customers at all if they dont have the time to answer their questions. I've never had a problem with anyone who works at knoebels, but the ladies in customer service need to take a breather.

Best family park around very clean was a yearly summer day trip with kids when younger, now we take the grandkids they love it they look forward to go every summer. The only park around that I know uses tickets and they don't expire that's a A+ for me.

Pros: fun atmosphere, lots of stuff for kids, a decent amount of fun roller coasters, decent mini golf, free admission, wrist bands on week days, the workers running game booths don't shout out at you to play and annoy you, Active Duty and veterans gets a free $40 book of tickets every year, thank you!

Cons: $2.50 for a bottle of water but $2 for a soda? You surely don't care about promoting health and keeping everyone hydrated. Fix that knoebels. The guy who parked us at 12:00 aug 5th 2019 in the grass, parked everyone so tight it boxed a huge amount of people in, fortunately i noticed it and backed up more after he parked us.

Besides the few cons, which may not happen during your visit, i highly recommend this place!!

This place is in the middle of NOWHERE!!! That being said, we absolutely loved it! The staff went above and beyond for my son, who is autistic/non verbal. The rides brought back memories from my childhood and were in good condition. The snacks at this place were awesome, and the prices were definitely on the lower side. This place is nowhere near as sleek and fancy as other theme parks. It's kind of like a campground with an amusement park from the 70's plopped in the middle of it. I brought my children ages 4 and 7 and they had a blast. We used the pool, and went on a bunch of rides. You can either pay for each ride as you wish (via tickets) or you can buy a wristband to access everything and just let it rip. I highly recommend Knoebels, because it takes you back to a time when things were just a little simpler, and less snazzy. If you can get down with that, than Knoebels is for you.

Dollar for dollar spent this park is the best experience you can get. I still go to Cedar Point and Kings Island a few times a year. However my family and I always have the best time at Knoebels!!

Grew up coming here, worked here as a teenager too...awesome place to spend the day relaxing. You can bring your own food in, you truly don't need to spend a dime if you really don't want to (but who really doesn't?!). PLENTY of food options available. For people that don't live in the area, it's well worth the trip! I'd suggest coming during the week rather than the weekend, gets a little crazy with the crowds! Dog friendly if that is a concern, but they are not allowed in the covered food areas that I had seen. Definitely check out the mining museum for some local history. All around great place!

Nice old park. Would rather walk around on paved walkways instead of crushed rocks which tend to be uneven and dusty but we had no issues. The staff was good and helpful. Great assortment of rides for young and old and looks like it could be a great place to stay in the campground and cabin area. Was a great trip

Not a Six Flags, but an excellent match for families with pre-teens. This was a well managed "pay as you go" amusement park. The parking and admission were free. You pay for the rides with ride tickets. The rides and concessions were reasonably priced. My only two cons for the park were its popularity and location. On summer weekends this pace can be a real zoo with long lines. The park is also located off the main drag with miles of back roads, which can be an exhausting start just to get there. Weekdays offer an unlimited-ride-package alternative, but a piece of advice here-- scope the place out before you buy. If it is really crowded, it may be a long and painstaking day to get your money's worth.

Love Love Love Knoebels!! Family trip every summer! Food is great and cheap! You have to try the blueberry and raspberry soft ice cream! So good! Such a great family place. Knoebels never disappoints!

I'm not a big amusement park guy but this place is nice. Has a lot of different rides and a good variety of food to eat. The staff was very friendly and polite. Also had plenty of handicapped parking. Would definitely go back again
