I went in to get some help with a product I purchased a few months back, and I had a very poor experience. I was talking with a man named Justin who was at the front desk and he was very rude and condescending to me in regards to my problem, and furthermore didn't seem to know anything about the software. When I explained the problem and how it wouldn't open even on a fresh installation, he actually tried to SELL ME a computer they had on the shelf because it was "compatible" - The computer he tried to sell me had Windows 7 as does my own laptop, and the specs were actually very similar. When I told him this he essentially told me to leave because there were more important things he had to be doing (there were no other customers in the store at the time). I was very upset and spoke to the manager who made it right and actually looked at my computer and solved the problem. Apparently it was a well known problem that he knew of without me even fully explaining it again.

I would have given 1 star if not for the help I received from the second employee, but after my experience with Justin I will not be coming back.
