THE WORST property management company ever. STAY AWAY. Absolutely terrible.

Cars constantly getting broken into, this secured building is not secure at all

I ve been a tenant with KMK for a little under a year. So far, I have really enjoyed my experience. Their app is useful for submitting maintenance requests and they re typically very responsive. They do a great job at updating and maintaining the exteriors of the property too.

I've been a KMK tenant for 3 years and have had a wonderful experience. When repairs need to be made, maintenance comes out shortly after the request is made. Have not had any issues and have great communication with my building's manager Dani. Building is quiet and is kept clean. Everyone in the office is friendly as well!

I have been a tenant for almost 2 years and all my requests have been dealt with within few hours. Highly responsive and professional.

I was a tenant with KMK for 5 years. During those years if any repairs were needed they were all scheduled and completed next day. My property manager Silvia always kept me informed on what was going and kept our building clean. I had nothing but good experiences with KMK and Silvia during my time in their rental property and would recommend looking at their properties if in the market to move.

Unprofessional and will try to charge you even more when you move out for things that SHOULD BE FIXED in apartment when a tenant lives there long term! They hire maintenance to do jobs they aren't trained for and even had one who damaged my vehicle.

I've always had a positive experience. Requests are taken care of in a timely manner and resolved completely.

I'm having the worst experience I ever had with a management company, the managers constantly changing and there is no information past from one manger to another and that gives them the excuse to make extra charges to your rent..... I wouldn't recommend leasing or have them lease your property!

Have been a tenant with them for almost two years now. They take forever to fix things and don't really look into upkeep with properties or the crazy tenants (who should be kicked out) who live in them. You can find better.

I m not a tenant here but I couldn t imagine the treatment if I would ve been. The application process was horrendous and the leasing agent Jonae was a nightmare to work with. Her boss/property director Tammy wasn t of much help either after constant complaints and concerns that were expressed to her about Jonae s professionalism. Complete waste of time and waste of money, apply elsewhere!

I felt discriminated based on age despite excellent credit, great rental history and proved income.
