Good broker. But! If you do not use aPC with Windows OS you would not use electronic paperwork. The soft they use does not work with iOS.

We did work previously, nothing special,but it was a good from both sides. Recently, they have started to be BS. And, to avoid future problems , I have opted out and asked them to remove us from any list. They think they can screw small carriers, and it does not work for us, might for others! Among them jerk is Chad Lyst ( if someone wants name ).

I have booked a load from KY to TX.. Bryan Shuler... In TX my driver has waited well over 9 hrs to unload... I have called Bryan, informed him about the situation before hits 3rd hr of waiting.. He just mention that he will call and see.. Never did he called anybody, nor me to inform me about it.. He didn't pay enough for my driver to sit over 9hrs at shipping.. and he is not paying enough for detention ether.. This guy doesn't care about drivers, and their time..

From my experiences im 99% happy with the way Buchanan does business, ive been working with Griffin Feichter for nearly 3yrs and he has always tried his best to accommodate me personally and us as a business even going so far as to find loads for friends in a bad area, and answering my calls even at his bachelor party, in my book thats saying something for him as a person and as a business associate. I wish there were more brokers like him.
