Kmart Corporation Review

Always really slow! Like seriously, takes 30 minutes to get through the line sometimes.

With everything going on they were very proactive and came to our car to get our order to help speed things up

Personally I absolutely love Kmart! I loved this place basically because it was a kmart. Yet, I feel the biggest disappointment was their technology section it was under stocked and the place need a more modern vibe. Otherwise shopping was great and all the employees were nice and checkout was fast. I hope kmart s ceo will focus on Kmart just as much as he focuses on sears.

This Kmart has its own Little Caesars inside the store and for the two wonderful ladies that works there, two thumbs up .

I LOVE KMART!! This one opened in November(?) of 1990, so it has the bland building design and format typical of Kmart's opened in the late 80's and beginning of the 90's. Very, very pleasant place to shop! Nice, clean, organized, uncluttered and check-out was easy-peasey.

Maybe its because of the pandemic but I was very disappointed in the lack of stock today. Many isles were almost empty. I hope they stick around, especially being the only one left here in Michigan.

Store was clean. Clothing selection seemed limited to size small or XL+ not a lot of 12 or 14 in pants shoe department well stocked but a lot in wide width and looked cheap. Prices as much as $1.70 more than walmart or meijer on laundry detergents.

It's a big store but there is very few items there. It seems like a second hand store I'm sorry to say.

Notice that stuff getting smaller it could be closing?

For truck drivers who are delivering here you have a nice place to park overnight and you have a great team that works here and if you call ahead of time they will accommodate you and Just don't forget to leave your phone number. Didnt have what I needed, store looks almost empty.

Pretty sparse. Most Kmarts near me have closed. I was suprised to find one open. They had what I needed. Staff was friendly. So good for a Kmart.

The most inattentiveness group of people I have seen

Little Ceasar's. Great service. Great breadsticks. Bacon topping is not tasty.

No return or store credit after 30 days...day 32....that's why you loose customers...

I drove all the way from Jackson as we no longer have a Kmart. I found 2 pairs of jeans that would have been perfect for my husband. They had several pairs. They would not ring up and they told me they could not sell them to me. I wanted them!!! I will NEVER go back

Typical K-mart store. This store was clean and well stocked. Cashiers are helpful and friendly. Wide variety of items at a reasonable price. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a great deal at a fair price.

I love this Kmart store. It's only a little less than an hour from where I live. Great items, great service.

I went to put layaway in and everything I wanted was on sale. So lucky to still have a Kmart near me.

I can never find anything I am looking for.sparse stock.Stock shoved together to make it look fuller.No wonder all kmart are closing.

After visiting Kmarts all over the area for years, this location is surprisingly clean and well kept

The nostalgic part of walking through the place is cool, unfortunately they don't have much to offer. Seems like they're not stocking much, probably cause they'll close soon too. Worth a walk through and a slice of little caesar pizza to bring back good memories though.

Shelves were empty there was not alot to choose from half the store was blocked off

Always loved Kmart and the Marshall store is really nice.

My son loves Kmarts so visited this one, 3.5 hour drive to give him and adventure. Thank you for making him happy

This is the best Kmart I have been to in the last 5 years. The store is very clean and well taken care of. The store manager Randy does an excellent job at running this store. My wife and I have invested over $1,000 in purchases at this store in the last 2 years which tells you how much we love this store. Also as a plus, this is one of the few Kmarts left in the country that still has a Little Caesars restaurant inside! My wife and I will definitely keep coming back to this store as long as it is still open.

Since it is the last one in Michigan, it just doesn't seem to be the same. Like something is missing.

Always helpful employees and the prices are excellent. The rewards program is one of the best I have seen.

KMART Always gets 5 stars from me, I love this place. With so many closed now even the one I grew up down the street from on cherry hill in Garden City MI (First Kmart Ever Built). The location is very large and full of product and has a Little Ceaser inside .
I hope this location never closes.

Sadly it's true that a lot of shelves were bare, but I did manage to find what I was looking for. They had a good supply of cleaning and paper products, more than Target and some other stores. Found a couple of cute tops. The store is clean and the lady checking me out was nice. Hopefully I can do some Christmas shopping here later on.

Final Kmart in Michigan and a great one at that. I've always loved this company and hope this Kmart sticks around.

The staff keeps the store clean and as well stocked as possible with the shipments corporate provides. Some decent deals to be had.

If you're looking for any plus-size clothing -extra large included!- don't go to this Kmart.
Also, from what I could tell and have been told by employees it's basically where all the Christmas stuff from last year was dumped when all the other Kmarts in the area closed.
Still have some decent deals though and looks to be lots of toys and groceries though I have to make it to that part of the store

The very last Kmart in operation here in Michigan which is a sad state of affairs knowing there were once thousands of Kmart stores across the country and knowing Michigan was where this company was founded. Please support these amazing store associates and show these guys and our last remaining Kmart store in Michigan some love by stopping in and supporting a small business which sadly, Kmart now classifies as such. Those of you claiming they have high prices should also take advantage of their Shop Your Way Rewards program which is free and easy to sign up and this like all other retailers who use a rewards program is where you find your savings and best deals. Kmart might not always be your best option for your needs but they're still a good retailer for many other reasons and tend to get overlooked in a world full of options but out of all rewards programs I'm a member of, Kmart has one of the BEST rewards programs.

It's convenient for a smaller town to have a decent shopping option. K-mart won't put any money to the location, well maybe that's partially the property managers, and you can tell it's aging. Getting through checkout is painful as K-marts process is super long and slow. I'm sure the management here tries, but K-mart/Sears really sucks at managing their businesses.

LOVED IT!!! WE TRAVELED OVER AN HOUR TO GET HERE AND WILL DO IT AGAIN AS LONG AS THEY ARE HERE! SUPER CLEAN STORE AND YOU CAN'T BEAT THEIR PRICES.

Friendly staff when you can find one. Shelves are all practically empty and it doesn't look like anything else has come in since my last stop for nothing.

Nobody assisted me had to keep looking until I found what I was looking for. Nobody on floor to even ask.

A well stocked Kmart. Nice store. They still have a Kmart Pharmacy, and they have a Little Caesars Pizza Station inside!

They don't have anything anymore been there 5 times looking for different things and each time they don't carry it, would be a good place for a Walmart or Meijers!

Sad. Very empty store. Not much to choose from. Little Caesars is closed. No summer apparel but plenty of winter stuff to choose from including Christmas 2019 items.

Nice to know there is still a K-Mart in Michigan. Wish they wouldn't continue to close down these stores as well as the Sears stores.

The last K-mart within reasonable driving distance of Illinois. Took the day off and made the 4-hour drive to Marshall. The staff was very nice, which seriously takes some of the bite out of an 8-hour roundtrip.
They don't have an electronics section nor the large clearance section I remember K-mart for. They did have some items I wanted and needed and I happily gave them the cash I would have given Wal-mart, which hasn't displayed any concept of customer service in a decade.
Their jewelry was discounted (some of it 75%) and I got a nice opal necklace.
Wanted to get Little Ceasars but one of their employees wasn't wearing a mask. Their fountain pop machine was empty anyway.
Still, if I can find a way to cut drive down to 2.5 hours one way I'd like come back a couple of times a month. Or they could just bring K-mart back to my hometown... 18 years of enduring Wal-marts progressive decline. Ughh...

This store is practically empty! Not worth the stop!
