I've been a happy customer for 20 years. They actually know their stuff and have steered me right even at the cost of a sale.

Had to write a review, because businesses like this are getting harder to find. Old school in a good way. Many car related shops take advantage of female customers, not this one. Massi Zecca has been helping my wife find parts for her Saab and he is honest and fair in his dealings with her. We highly recommend this shop for your Saab and Volvo needs. Talk to Massi and he'll fix you up. If he doesn't have the part, most likely he will be able to find it for you at a reasonable price.

Called these guys from Oregon. Only one junk yard had what i needed in Portland and they gave me the run around for two days.
So, I called these guys after doing some pretty extensive search on the net.
Massy took my order and even called me to let me know they had the right parts.
Ordered monday, part was at my door Wed afternoon.

Some of the small hardware fell out of a tiny hole in the box, so packaging could use some help. That's why the "good" for quality. Otherwise excellent and I will do biz with them again.

Called to ask for a small Saab part, the guy who picked up sounded like he did not want to bother but when I told him I have been having difficulty finding it he told me to text a photo of the one from the other side and he would check. I never heard back from him.

I blew the tranny in my 2001 V70. We decided on a used one for about 1/2 the price.
The transmission shop found one somewhere else. I asked him to check Rancho Volvo Saab Dismantlers first.
Boy am I glad he did!
Turns out when I bought this car it had a used transmission for a non turbo model that was slapped in in order to flip it. When my transmission guy called looking for the same transmission as a replacement the guys here caught the problem and sold us the right tranny for this year & model.
I am so grateful. Thank you. You guys are the best!

I am very unhappy with the service I recieved. Here's what happened.

I called looking for a body panel for my car in a specific color Id been having a very hard time finding. They said they had one in stock and gave a me a price quote. I live over an hour away but was still happy to have found the part. A few days later on a Saturday I have time to make the trip so I call to make sure they still have it and am told yes they do and will start to pull it off the car so it will be ready when I get there, great.

Once I arrive the guy behind the counter says "O did (someones name) talk to you about the damage on the fender?" NO! Not a single person I talked to said the panel was damaged! And not just a little scratch or a ding. It had a softball sized dent that would need bodywork to be repaired. I already have one of those thats why I am looking for a new one. I had to turn around and walk out the door empty handed, several hours on my time wasted.

Very poor business practice and service. Make sure you ask the right questions when dealing with this place I guess.

They get to the point and they get your stuff. Best Volvo prices I have see. And quality customer service.

Didn't hate it they said they would call me back with availability of the part I was looking for and they never did.

I've purchased an engine, differential, master brake cylinders and a power steering pump. They all worked as expected without any problems. All were rust free as they advertise. The service is excellent and the staff, especially Kenny, are extremely knowledgeable. The shipping is fast. I recommend without reservation.

so apparently you need a mask to shop here but not work here. I went in today and the Caucasian gentleman at the front told me I needed to wait outside in the heat because I didn't have a mask on even though I let him know I have a medical condition. Funny part is the whole time he's arguing with me, he doesn't have a mask on! Guys, get your stuff together!!!

Best reason to deal with this company is their extensive knowledge. We are a professional repair facility in southern Nev. and had great business transactions with them. They do what they say they are going to do, and Of course their prices are fair and shipping reasonable. One can't ask for more than that! Will be doing biz with them again fo' sure.
