Very satisfying l obtained the homeware l needed ,the evenings being open suit my working hours, parking was busy but ample spaces ,the new look of the store is pleasant, my only gripe is the poor quality of the ladies clothing ,all other areas are great especially the homewares section.

Used to have my size in everything, have the possible sizes showed, but dont stock them.

Open 24 hours for all your clothes, toiletries, book, toy and homeware needs. I'd recommend using the multi-story car park instead of the car park directly in front of Kmart.

Another Kmart... Opens 24/7. Not so easy to find a parking slot during the day

It's really big, compared to many kmarts. Spacious, and as always have everything, quality depends on what you buy, but it's a decent shop.... Staff is nice and happy to help

Can't find staff to save my life. Floors pretty dirty/littered with things people never put on shelves. But all in all its kmart. Its got what ya need you just gotta find it

Don't mind going for cheap Chinese products for use and throw items. You can look out for Bangladesh, Vietnam or Indian made clothes the fabric is much better and soothing.

I think this is the Burwood stores one, is good to have a 24 hour store available sometimes in case you need to pop up in the middle of the night or you work night shift sometimes like I used to, you just can't get to normal shops when your working and living these sort of hours especially when they're on a rotation, that's stopped now but it's still handy to have the option to shop whenever you want!

Always open and prices that can't be beat. Seriously why would you bother with other shops. Ample parking of course

Kmart Burwood is big, you can find everything and the staff is helpful and friendly, but not enough.

Very convenient to have it open 24x7. This store has more stock than any other kmart stores.

The first ever KMart in Australia and has been a 24 hour store since the refurbishment of Burwood One. Great place to shop if your kids forgot to tell you that they wanted something for school the next day. Fairly busy even at 2am. Massive store with plenty of options to chose from. Has a garden center too, but it is not open during late night. Good selection of toys, clothing, camping gear, home-wares and cheap day to day items.

Security was very polite and welcoming, staff was very helpful and more than willing to show my partner and I where the items were.

Item.I ended buy, a toy dog was never meant to be in the store, after 10 Or 20 mins of reaching, they refused the sale, this put me in a tight spot as now I have to find time to look for toys again....

Everything is cheap as chips! Extraordinary value!
But with the cheap prices comes zero customer service!!! One register only open and wait time of 20 minutes or more . Self service crowded with shoppers all calling for assistance with only one lady assisting the multitude of help required. Doubt I will shop here again!!

Huge store that is spacious and easy to navigate. Wheelchair friendly. Kid friendly. Good parking.

The best shopping complex in the area. Deakin students should check it out (if you don't already)

I am very disappointed with their click & collect trial.
After a few day I had not heard anything about picking my order up. When I rang they couldn't find the order. Team eventually found it but could not fufil the order due to stock being faulty. My original payment was made online. I was notified about receiving a refund but 2 weeks later I have not been refunded!

I would not reccomend using this service!

A big Kmart that is super convenient if you work late shifts and only have time to go through the night. Reasonably busy at any hour.

It's great. 24 hours open, not much busy. But some items are not presented. Like car rubber mats, windscreen washer, phone mount, bicycle light. It's happening quite alot recently. You have to go to service desk for them which is a bit annoying. Otherwise it's perfect.

The customer service is impeccable. Some staff here specially goes way above and beyond for you. Highly recommended.

Very big store with a wide range of products go choose from. The store has a variety of items that I wouldn't be able to find in another Kmart. The store is 24 hours which is very convenient and they still manage to ensure that they have plenty of staff available around the store to assist you and keep the shelves full and neat. This Kmart even has an Outdoor section with plants and gardening products, which is not common for the majority of other Kmart's.

Took me a while to adapt to the new layout but all is good now. Most of the staff are very helpful! Some avoid eye contact when walking pass, almost as if they don t want to help.

Always shows items in stock online here... so you drive all the way down and when you get to the store they re always sold out!!

Always a lovely shopping experience. Great service especially at the digital photo section. I had no clue how to put together a photo book and the staff were patient and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. 10/10
