12/10 - if you're click n collecting make sure to park as the parking area to collect gets used up by other people on weekends. Best tip is to park and walk up to the entrance as they were collecting numbers and retrieving orders.

Opens 24/7 , great and cheap stuff, lots of different stuff .. what more can u ask for?

I went to this Kmart tonight, I was absolutely amazed with the manager Chris there!
He had no problem helping me and showing me that the product wasn't going to be in for 1-2 weeks, would 100% go back with workers like him any day! thanks again Chris you're awesome

24hrs so easy if we want to get present at last minute

So called 24/7! Went tonight at 1am & it was closed! Got so disappointed because we came here from a long distance. Atleast update your google timings. People may come from very far. So bad!

Well everything was there except the fact that quality wasn't on point and everything in clothing was much bigger than the actual size i mean i you wear medium there might be chances xs might be a little bit big for you

Went to collect an order during lockdown and was well organised. The only issue was that it was a bit hard to find parking since everyone was coming to collect orders

I can usually find what I need, and the staff are helpful.

Worst service ever waited for like 20 mins to pick the order which I placed online

Bunch of Untrained Youngsters behind the counters , who were not ready to help me with a specific product as they themselves were not aware , whether its available in stock or not in spite of providing the SKU code.
Disappointing customer service . No intent to help either .

They have the registers in the centre of the store and secutity checks at the door. What a waste of time

Newly organised floor plan is beautiful. Seems much bigger than before.

If you aren't after quality goods or needed to shop late at night, that's the place to go in eastern suburbs. Otherwise, you could find better options.

Everything you need in your household except for fast moving consumer goods.

Well organised Kmart store with a great outdoor garden centre for all of your gardening needs! I love the cheap plant pots from here!

Love Kmart.... dont like the registers in the centre of the store... the parking is ALWAYS difficult... but overall handy location

24/7 Kmart and Coles. Shop at 4am. Amazing! Sketchy as though.

Huge store, always open, good stock on hand and very very convenient. Kmart has really upped their game on quality and this store is the best example of that. I don't ever really shop at any other Kmarts anymore, even though they are closer. The parking nearby is great, parking underneath the center is okay as there's a lift. Parking in front is optimal but not usually available.

No staff to ask questions but got most of what I wanted.

A 24x7 where you can find pretty much anything you need.

The self check out system is an absolute joke and the staff near them are even worse.

Good little centre. Great local butchers. I train a lot and they give me good deals on the range of meats they sell.

Great prices. Not much stock in some areas although understandable at the moment. I don't like self checkouts. No option at all.

A labyrinth designed by algorithms that know you as a number. Relax and walk around as the most advance AI ensures you follow your dreams and buy everything you want, need and didn't know you need. Go round and around and around Kmart. Every time you try to get out you see a new deal. This place is an amazing nightmare. 10/10

Always open place. sometimes lacks the stock and yes there are always issues you encounter when a place never closes down.

Somewhat love this Kmart, huge one with almost everything you want from a Kmart. Staff here can be friendlier and so can the security staff busy checking bags (oh come on!)

Staff are friendly. The store is poorly laid out, though and often doesn't have things I need in stock. All in all, a good store, it just doesn't fit my personal needs all the time.

Love exploring the K , just never know what treasure will be uncovered.

Needs more staff very poor 10 people needs help at the check out and we stood there for 20min with any staff to be seen. Very poor

Sorts me out for kids clothing - they grow fast and toys (although never good quality).

The worse experience via Click and Collect. They don't answer their nominated phone number (12 attempts). Finally when they realised that 15 people were waiting outside they sent out a sarcastic, rude individual who upon asked the question why don't you answer your phone he mentioned we only have one line in an aggressive tone.

Great products and prices, however the Self Serve / Checkout location ( in the middle of the store ) I find odd and somewhat annoying if I see something I would purchase on the way out of the store having already paid for my purchases.
In short if I have shopped and paid and am on my way out of the store and see something I would most likely have purchased I can't be bothered to go back to the checkouts carrying items already purchased. Lost sales!

Love the convince of being open 24hrs. When you find a staff member, some can be helpful.
Suggest parking in the 2 level Carpark instead of parking in the front as very congested.

I tried to buy a couple of nighties for my wife. There was a very limited range and none in her size.

Always has anything you are looking for never out of stock.

Not many know this is in fact the First Australian K-Mart store in the country. It is the biggest and was also the very first 24-hour department store in Australia(though this was much earlier than most people remember, it's been 24-hours since at least the early 1990s).

A great store to go to if you're a night-owl.

This a 24/7 Kmart, you can even go with you Pj in midnight.

Would be 5 star but really don't like the check out being in the middle of the store.

Kmart was fine but the rudeness of other shoppers leaving trolleys everywhere and parking diminished the experience.

Kmart burwood is the best store for kids especially and adults in the world. Nobody in Victoria can compete with there low prices and quality is good

Few great things about Kmart at Burwood one that make it a good place for shopping. First of all, it is a 24 hour store. Second, even if it is night or early morning, parking is not an issue because you can park right in front of the store (the latest I visited the store was at 10:30 PM in winters). Since the parking is right in front of the store, it feels safe. I wouldn't park underground late at night though.

One of the largest kmart stores in Australia. Helpful staff, open 24 hours, plenty of parking. The only draw back is the lack of staffed registers - only self serve check outs now.
