Which genius at head office decided to put the registers in the middle of the store?

I went to KMart to buy a light globe. There were only two in the store, that weren't the ones that I needed. They should check their stock.

5 starts for 24 /7, yes. Keep it that way.
New store layout... I don't like it. But with time I might change my opinion. Hey , I'm only one in millions visit the store.

As always Burwood One filled all my needs..K-Mart has the best fashion deals and all that a shopper wants at reasonable prices..Aldi has a good range of goods and food needed by families and Coles keep up with all trends and good food the variety of Burwood One has to offer is excellent..

Very confusing with obvious store directory posted. I eventually stumbled across what I wanted

Kmart is great but the Burwood store customer care speaker who spoke to me today check the item I wanted and said its available which was an Apple phone case and said its available. I asked twice to double check it was the exact model since I was traveling a long way. But when I went there she was not found and they said it's not available.

Some shelves in baby section are empty & names like Tefal for frying pans aren't available.

Price displayed $2 in the shelf but individual items marked as $4 .I checked with a sales person what is the correct price and He said shelf display $2 is right please let the counter knows so they will charge ONLY $2 .Went to the counter they scanned as $4.The sales girl tried to tell it's a incorrect display.Not sure how many items they sell with true price that is displayed against charge when you scan .Beware!

The fact that this place is open 24/7 is fantastic for a full time worker like myself. Not only that but it's almost always fully stocked, so you'll never miss out on that item you've had your eye on forever.

The garden centre and the staff member with pink hair is super knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful

Tbis is a very large kmart. You can find anything you need here. Here opens 24 hours a day. The costumer service is good .

No customer service at east burwood very poor will be telling everyone

good place to shop all sort of things always find something.

Kmart is the type of place you walk into, only looking for one or two items and walk out with one hundred! although some products are cheaply made and not don t last long, most and very durable and sturdy. Kmart is always good for the late night runs after forgetting something and needing it for the next day. 10/10 would recommend.

needs more car parking, current upper level car parking spaces are very tight, not a lot of turning room.

It's open 24hours and that's what makes it most convenient.
The appliances have warranty and I have found them working very well.
Affordable casual clothing for men, women and children as well as a good range of toys is also available.

I m giving 5 stars only because of Joe the manager, he is so professional and so committed to helping you with what you need. I originally called up regarding a complaint; another staff member told me there was something in stock and I drove all the way down there only to find out it wasn t in stock and he dealt with me and my attitude (sorry again) so well and had so much patience and really tried his best to work something out. Amazing customer service

Nice Kmart but the customer service is horrible. I asked is there any kids toys 0-10 dollars and this one lady just started yelling & swearing at me saying that I shouldn t prank call. I didn t even try to prank call her. If you care a lot about customer service then do not come here!

Hate the centre checkout and "new layout" otherwise its KMart....

Good location with ample car parking. There's also an Asian mart nearby which is useful.

K mart is good shopping centre for daily needs. I think it is good in all respect. Items sold there have good durability.. I like this very very much

Love you 24/7 hour store xxxx service is good too and place is clean. Can get everything here and much more. Has saved my bacon a few times when I have needed urgent supplies or going on holidays or shopping for presents before work or night before. Well done on being 24/7.

I m from the other side of town but I make the pilgrimage here quite often. So why do I drive 25km to this particular Kmart when they have another store less than one kilometre from my front door? Because Burwood is one of the few Kmart stores that still sell plants (as in actual, living plants ) and the variety and quality of the plants on offer here are second to none. But wait, there s more, because the price of all these top notch plants, for some inexplicable reason, is lower, often much, much lower, as in half the price of anywhere else this side of the black stump. I m in two minds about leaving this review - What if they notice and put up their prices?

Large Kmart, large range but can be very busy and hard to negotiate at peak times.

24 hour Kmart store. It is often very busy. Store is reasonably stocked, and service is average. Can be difficult to find parking at Burwood one during peak times. Surprisingly, can still be busy late at night (especially on weekends). Bit of a hangout around the shopping centre. Drive with caution in the carpark!

Staff at the exit hassling customers for recipes, they have no legal right to see my recipe. If they suspect me of stealing arrest me, if they don't then don't hassle me when I'm leaving

If you're bored in a weekend afternoon and think there's no open shop to spend sometimes in, you're wrong! This is a 24/7 Kmart meaning you can get there anytime you want. The funny thing about this shop is you'd always find a awkward/wired group of people that you'd never see anywhere else in that area! just kidding but true, give it a try after midnight and you'll get what I mean.
