Huge. Open 24hrs. What more could you want from a Kmart?

Only gave 2 stars because it is kmart and open 24 hours. Otherwise poorly run. Out of stock and always a mess

Would make it affordable for everyone also has nice dinner out places near

Fairly standard K-mart but... 24hrs!

Handy for picking up odds and ends at odd hours.

24hrs. Now a day they hace reduced trading hours. Covid.

Open 24 hours. Stocks everything you need at great prices. Try the multi level parking at peak times as the main carpark in front of the shopping centre can become very congested when busy.

Usually little less stocked than other Kmart's, but that is ok because it's open 24/7.

Staff very helpful and pointed me in the right direction with a smile on their face...

Not the closest Kmart to me but always worth driving a bit extra for this one, having the all the extra space including plants. Also being 24/7 is very handy.

Large store. But they mostly stock home brand "anko" branded products that are cheap. As such there is not much choice between brands; if any.

Coronavirus situation.
Lots of shelves empty particularly in bathroom and technology (cables) section.
Staff at the self service cashier machines rude. Saw that I'm Asian and saying mean things and smile at bad way. Also called customers 'junkies' and 'stealing things'.

Other than that, it's a good store thats open 24 hours. And thats the main reason why I still go there.

K Mart - where quality was better than remembered. Good experience.

I love this Kmart it's open 24/7 so it extra brilliant for those special days like birthdays and Christmas.

Staff had no idea of how to treat customers - rude and slow. Couldnt help with basic assistance.

Nothing to say about KMart. People say, you need not to make a list what to buy, k Mart will tell you what you need

Great finds and there are lots of items to choose from. There are cheap items that can be of help if you're on a tight budget.

Good range of products, but most of the staff have no clue about the products they sell which makes the shopping experience a bit frustrating.

You get what you pay for. If this is all that is I your budget then so be it

I was sitting at the photo centre printing photos when a staff member came flying through the plastic doors from the storage area and smashed into the back of my chair with a loaded pallet jack not only did this really frighten me but i was heavily pregnant i did receive an apology but i feel that this was not an adequate response to ensure i was ok and i honestly think that staff need to take more care when manoeuvring around shoppers.

What can i say it has everything and survice is great!

Terrible. I have no idea what KMart are thinking with their new lay out. It makes no sence at all and you cant even see the signs that tell where the departments are.
It used to be easy to find things AND the product selection used to be much better.

Middle location of cash registers drives me crazy. It makes you feel like a thief trying to get out of the store

As an obsessive photographer I'm a fairly regular visitor to Kmart Burwood and have always found the staff in the service area helpful and efficient. Then yesterday (31 Jan) I had a real problem. Thankfully a young woman assistant was there to help and she explained what I needed to do to get optimum results. She was not only very knowledgeable but also patient, friendly and pleasant. Top marks to Kmart.

Best place to shop when the whole city is closed!!!

First i went in kmart then in h&m and seriously saying h&m is far much better than kmart
it costs only 57 dollars for 4 tshirts and 1 henley in h&m and the quality design are so good comparing to kmart
And the main problem because of i'll never go to kmart again is the size
even the small size fits like xl
i mean what is this even the small size was too big.

Terrible experience. I lost my mobile and nobody helped me. The manager said the workers couln't stop their job one moment to help me.

Good kmart horrible staff member stopped a poor guy from leaving when he asked her to mind his stuff the young staff member wouldn't let him leave the store and accused him of stealing she didn't even apologise for embarrassing him in front of the staff and customers poor service poorly trained staff.
