Great concert but said gates open 5:30 but didn't open till 6:10
Just seen the Miranda Lambert/Little Big Town concert. Concert was great but they closed off main/inside restrooms off when concert ended forcing people to use port o lets.
Video screen to see concert from lawn was messing up during Lauren Alaina and some of Luke Combs from Jason Aldean concert. This was unacceptable to me when video screen should of been tested and ready to go.
Decent venue, pretty much wherever you are you have a good view. Just EVERYTHING is so ungodly expensive.
Everything is expensive as hell so think of how much you'll spend beforehand and double it, it's always super crowded, and for every person that shows up on time there are four more that come in late and sit between you and the show blocking you from the stage but there are large screens at least so that's good.
Good venue, but way over priced drinks and they don t tell you ahead of time what kind of lawn chairs you can and can t bring.
Traffic conductors to get Ruoff are the worst. The VIP line makes sense, but what makes no sense is the management of traffic of the two main lanes north into the parking lot... One lane (the left lane) was driving into the lot very easily, while the other (the right lane) was standstill for 20 minutes (due to traffic perpendicular not being managed and only being directed into the right lane).
Rained for the killers concert when I went last. Safety protocol seems a bit silly, but I ll thank them for their efforts in keeping everyone safe.
It is very beautiful a beautiful place to discover and very clean the staff is courteous and welcoming
Foo fighters was an amazing show. Will definitely return
Great concert venue with free parking. Refreshments are $$$
Great variety of all your favorite bands! Clean and workers are nice
Great venue, will always be Deer Creek to this old timer.
Always a great time! I always get lawn tickets because it s so much more fun. It s clean and I would say it s a safe place to go to, even at night.
One of the best venues in the country for concerts.
Very dirty nasty restrooms. Not the Portalets. In both men's and women's as ND on both sides.
Love is my experience my sisters took me to a REO Speedwagon and Chicago concert for my birthday a few years back. REO was a great show, enjoyed Chicago also that was a little disappointed with their choice of songs a handful of them I didn't even know but all in all it was a wonderful time.
Love the show. Hate the venue. Always major hassle getting in and out
Don t pay for legacy parking. They will make you take the long way out. We upgraded our parking so we get get out quickly after the concert, and we ended up waiting 2.5+ hours because the workers couldn t direct traffic correctly. We waited for an hour in the legacy parking lot to be stopped as they let more than 50 cars out...then redirected us (the first car) out the back way, in which we waited several hours longer than necessary to get out of the lot. Bad experience all around since switching owners. Even our tickets were worse in the PIT because the stage was less than a quarter of the size verse a year ago. It didn t even come pot to the first row in the pavilion. I wouls rather drive to Kentucky or Ohio to see a show for the money we spent this evening for a MAJOR disappointment. Don t waste your time here.

My wife was in a wheelchair, security sent a cart to pick us up from the lot and took us back after the concert. Staff was incredible.
Love this place! Beer is too expensive at $13.95 for a 24 oz can. But over all, a Great venue.
Still call it Deer Creek... OZZY was great there, so was Disturbed. And The Dead. It's a small venue, mainly lawn seats. Parking lot is not marked very well for navigation. Lots of good times there
Stood in 97 degree heat for over an hour trying to get in - lines were so long and no organization whatsoever- worst venue I have ever been to
Good show. Amazing bands. This time the last bit with lazers was super nice. That dancing mullet dude hanging out a car window singing really was the cherry on the sundae...and my cue to go home on an awesome note.
If you ever get the opportunity to take advantage of a VIP ticket package enjoy! Getting to spend time in the VIP lounge and avoid the long lines for the restrooms was great!
Signage for parking is easy to follow and finding seats is a breeze. I don't think there's a bad seat in the house. The pavillion is covered which is more comfortable in summer months. Food and drink selection is great, prices are high, but that's to be expected. There were minimal lines to get in the gates. I definitely look forward to going to another concert at Ruoff.
Str8 Badasss. Always have a great time regardless of who is there.
Get legacy parking. It is worth the money. We were out in 5 minutes. The security people were much nicer than my previous visits.
Love coming here. They offer reasonable seat upgrades and it's nice. Just high priced food and drinks.
Good venue, little strict on the security, I had to throw out my 1 inch keychain knife
I love that place great experience every time! No bad seats anywhere:)
It was clean and very friendly staff. The restrooms were clean and plentiful. The VIP area was nice.
Although the prices were a little bit high, there were plenty of places to buy refreshments.
Dan + Shay was AWESOME!!! But please..... Rascal Flatts was not allowed to play an encore due to Ruoff. Summer nights was never played. Life is a highway was NEVER played. You know why?!? Ill tell you why, they were saving it for their encore.... I am VERY disappointed.
Great venue for music. Best to tailgate before the show as drink prices are just silly expensive.
Amazing venue great seats all around and I like the fact that if you have lawn seats you can upgrade it to a Hilltop Cabana. Where you have your own bathroom, your own bar service and you can order food straight to where you're sitting! They have couches, they have seats, they have tables and all for a pretty low price of 25 extra dollars per ticket! The people in the Cabana are super friendly super helpful! Definitely would recommend doing this for your concert. Next best part about this whole venue is they have walking jello shots for those that want but they also have water for a cheap price available and they have lawn chairs that you can rent. So far my favorite venue to go to for concerts.
Went to the Rod Stewart concert the traffic controllers were horrible it took us 40minutes to get in from the street in front of the venue. We missed Cindy and found out she started 20 minutes early. Tickets costs 856 for 2. The seats were so close I stood with my arms folded together and I'm not fat. Stewart was good but would never go back to the venue
Service is slow. Cashier was rude. The chicken was over done after waiting 20 minutes to cook.
Great venue. Concerts are awesome. Wouldlike to see the TV's in the section be hi def.
Concert was awesome but everything about this place was awful! The people(cops) directing traffic in had no clue how to get us in this place. Traffic backed up for miles and the cops just standing around. It took us an hour to get in after we exited the interstate. Then, we paid extra money for what was supposed to be better parking in and out of the place and it was a joke..we were in the back forty. Getting out should have been easier but it was also a nightmare. We were the last ones out even though we paid more...and they wouldn't let us turn the way we needed to the interstate so we had to drive in circles for 20 minutes. Couldn't buy a concert shirt because the lines were so awful and didn't move. Stood in line 20 minutes and still hardly had moved. They allowed some people to purchase literally 10 shirts, who didn't even wait in line. We gave up! And drinks were $19 a piece! Need I say more???
Great venue for concerts. Great view from almost anywhere you are seated.
Very nice venue. Easy parking. Drinks a bit pricey....
We all know prices are high for food at events, but this place is down right ridiculous! I ate at the food trucks. Rather my money go to small business.
Don t go here unless you have a lot money, comfortable feet, or don t have an aversion to the smell of cheap weed
First visit will attend again in August staff was very helpful begin to the end of the event.
i saw 5sos here and it was a great view. i sat in the lawn. would come back for another concert. but only if michael can pronounce Indianapolis right.
Everywhere is a great place to see Dave Matthews Band! This place is easy to get in and out of and not a bad seat there.
Amazing concert venue, I have been going here since I was a kid.
Concerts are great but prices of refreshment s is put of control.
Saw Alice in chains and Korn here today. I love in Texas and am just visiting. This place is amazing. Breath taking, I felt safe, I had an amazing time and there wasnt a bad seat in the house. Highly recommend. Go,!!! Indiana, this is a gem
I would NEVER get lawn seats. Worth the price to get seats. Highly recommend buying the legacy parking cuz it is a nightmare leaving. Refreshments and souvenirs are EXPENSIVE. You've been warned.
Traffic was much improved. Bathroom situation has much improved. Very nice venue.
Can't see the stage and all concessions are very over priced. $16 for a beer. $5.50 for a glass of water. Not kidding. Must be run by Jews.
Love this place. Different than any other outside venue I've been to.
