Saw Dave Matthews here... Honestly have never had a worse sound experience. I don't often leave negative reviews, but I've been to similar venues and never had the type of garbled sound quality we experienced no matter where we moved. Will not go again, sorry guys.

This is a great outdoors venue. The concerts I have been to have all been great concerts and great audiences. Employees and vendors were able to accommodate my requests. Klipsch gave me a fan at the last concert to keep cool. Tickets are priced for all budgets.

Parking is an absolute disaster! HIGHLY recommend buying the $30 legacy parking pass. The acoustics are good but the seating is pretty cramped. Be prepared to bring a urinal jug, a few empty bottles, or urinary cath yourself because bathrooms are no where close to stage/seating, and lines for bathrooms are PAINFULLY long. Combine this with a bunch of beer drinking and you're guaranteed to miss half the show. While at Bob Seager concert, I had a few beers (approx $8/beer) used the bathroom twice and stood in line to buy my fiance a tshirt (over 35 mins wasted in the merch line) and literally missed nearly 3/4 of the concert.

awesome venue with good food and great drinks. been many times and never been disappointed, though refreshments (especially alcoholic) are pretty expensive. seats and lawn are both a lot of fun, just depends on what kind of vibe you're looking for

Where to begin.... It's been named and renamed so many times by now but it's better than it has been in past years. My biggest gripe is getting in and out of the parking area. Sure there is VIP parking but I don't see how it makes leaving the area any easier from concert traffic. Be prepared to sit in your car for a bit when heading home.

Have been to. concerts all over the world, 1st time there, very pleased with the experience. Good seats all around. The park is clean, workers are nice (even when I complained about $4.50 for a bottle of water), Having employees with carts full of cold drinks for sale walking among the crowd is very smart, wish they did that at River Bend in Ohio. Parking was a good, clean area with easy access to it. Security was good but not intrusive. Even the lawn area was elevated just right so you had a good view of the stage area. Will go again.

Great venue with great acoustics! They do not have typical suites, but there is an area that Ruoff calls suites that is just an area next to the sound guys where you have a waitress. Great place for lawn seats too

I went to my first concert Friday at Ruoff. It was fantastic. The staff were so friend and helpful. The facility was amazing. And the special seating for individuals with disabilities was great. An amazing g experience.

Incredible. Wasn't in a downtown location, had parking on some adjacent farm property, cheapest concert parking I've ever paid. Venue was amazing and clean and sounded great. I will probably almost always go to this venue if it's available.

Love this place, but every time I return, the cost of food, beverages and beer/wine/liquor prices are TOO HIGH. Anything alcoholic is soooooo very over the top... just makes tailgating that much more important. Other than, I enjoy the atmosphere and open surroundings!!!!!

If you dare to charge so much for drinks and rentals, at least have enough chairs there to rent. To run out is inexcusable after being in business for so long. Hiring extra security wouldn't hurt either, especially if you are wanding everyone.

Prices are high as they are at most venues. I highly recommend paying $15 for the legacy club, though. The private restroom for the club was clean and never had a line. A huge step up from the port-a-potties. Staff was friendly. There are a lot of good seats, but seats I the sides aren't that great.

Saw DMB over the weekend and had a blast. Docking it 2 stars because of the prices and pointless rules. $16 for a beer is insane, didn't bother to look into food. Had to check in our chairs because they are too tall, yet everyone is standing the whole time and could easily see over them.
