The venue is great. Security is enough to make you feel safe but not so much as to make you feel uncomfortable. Bathrooms are clean and attendants are present to help speed up the lines. Parking and leaving is a painless as could be getting 15,000 people in and out at once.

I was not happy with parking and having to walk from the furthest parking lot in the mud. I wish a shuttle would of been offered. I do know it was muddy and parts of the normal parking lot was not being used but I just feel that was wrong.

It's an ok, not great music venue. Lawn seats are too far to see and often have terrible sound quality. The parking is a nightmare to get out of, but it's free. Drinks are standard price, and the variety is pretty ok.

Ridiculously overpriced drinks and everything else.. $5.50 for a 20 ounce bottle of soda, $10 for a jello shot, $13.50 for a beer.. Are you kidding me, they make it where the average person has no chance of being able to afford to enjoy a few adult beverages while enjoying the concert..

The venue is ok but there are better places to see a concert in town. The traffic to get in and out is really bad. We avoid going to concerts here unless it's someone we really, really want to see. They need to address the traffic situation, it's long overdue!

Great venue for shows. Food and drink prices are insanely high.

Only got to see the main act last night because security obviously wasn't organized and stood at the gate for a good TWO HOURS! Actually got in an argument with one of the guards. This woman should've been apologizing to the crowd outside waiting but for some reason approached us all with a terrible attitude.

Live Nation needs to do their job much more efficiently. Complete fail for Live Nation last night.

We have lawn tickets, and this is so not what we expected, we are way closer to the stage than i thought we'd be compared to other venues. We brought blankets and ha e plenty of room to lay down, stand up, dance, or anything else we want to do. Drove 3 & a half hours to get here and see daughtry and nickelback, but well worth it, having a blast!

Good place to watch a concert, but the cost of refreshments is ridiculous. I do go to a few shows every year here, but it's gotten to the point where I'll just bring a water in and pass up the $19 (bad) margarita. I thought maybe the new owners would be more sensible, but apparently not. Now don't get me wrong - I'd settle for a bad $10 margarita, but almost twice that price is just being greedy and I'm over it.

They raised the food and drinks prices, actually seemed they doubled! We're not sure if we'll ever go again because of this! Chicken tenders with fries and one corn dog $34 ...and the chicken tenders were small with little meat to them! Outrageous! We always enjoyed going until this year ! Other than the ridiculous prices it's a good time!

What a venue. Friends from Chicago along with my wife and I came to Ruoff(That s hard to remember sometimes) for the Lynyrd Skynyrd concert. All if us have been here several times before this show but the first time since Ruoff owned the rights. We paid top dollar for tickets right behind the sound booth for optimal sound quality. The seating chart did not show a camera setup, it only says Audio . Our seats happened to be directly behind this camera and it was large and blocked the entire stage. We asked to talk with a supervisor and one came up to talk with us. She was very polite and understood our frustration. She checked with the main office and several seats more toward the center were open. She told us we could move to any seat in first two rows from seats 9 through 27. Let me tell you...They were fantastic and all 4 of us were happy! A lot of things have changed and for the better. More adult beverage choices, free refills on pop, you can carry in your own water bottles, pretty big ones too! Snacks in gallon sized ziplock bags and chairs for the lawn as long as the seats are 9 inches or closer to the ground, or you can rent theirs. Only bad thing was the parking lot when leaving. Handicap people are held in their lot forever while others just go and go and go! Young kids directing traffic needs to be stopped or at least trained right. It ll always be Deer Creek to me! Thank you for a memorable night!

If you are a smoker or can tolerate smoking you will not mind this venue. If you have issues with smoke-not for you. A lot of falling down drunks. This combination made it nearly impossible to enjoy the music for me, too bad because the grounds are really nice.

With the exception of guest services the employees were rude and refused to listen to a needed Ada accommodation. They told us accommodating was against the rules. Guest services were kind and helpful but the kind attitude couldn't be found outside the guest services booth

Saddens me with all this great technology that we have today for live performances the audio engineering team still can't get this right at this venue. Why even have a drummer if we can't hear them? Atleast shield the drummer and use a mic kit and mic the drums the right way... If the guitar lead and the bass guitar is louder then the artist why have an artist. And last but not least, if the artist is going to use tracks atleast turn the artist(s) mic up over the track or turn down the track and dappen the vocals on the track. It's just mind blowing how concerts here today sound worse then the concerts in the 80-90's. They have enough wonderful and great performers in and out of this venue and they should be the #1 concert venue here in the city, especially the technology we have today! Maybe they just need a new visionary to take them to the next level...

Best place to see a show for an outdoor amphitheater venue.
If you want to see a show at Riverbend (ugghh... ) see if it's at Ruoff first....

Went for the SOLD OUT Slipknot show.

Never once did I:
Wait in line for the bathroom
Wait with more than 1 person in line for a drink
Have to walk very far to do either of those things

The staff was INCREDIBLY helpful.
No bags allowed inside, so I was able to purchase merchandise and THEY F***ING HELD IT FOR ME at one of their info booths(?).

I got a ticket to check it and everything.
WOW!!

Eat your heart out Riverbend.

Nice enough outdoor music venue. The lawn has terrible acoustics if there is any kind of bass in a song but you get what you pay for. I don't personally mind sitting in the lawn and trying to view the screens because you're so far away from the stage to see the artists. I go for the music not the view. Most often by the end of the night the bathrooms and port o lets are trashed but that tends to happen when you have 30000 people using the same facility and well, humanity's cleanliness is not some peoples strong suit. Take your own blanket and save $ on renting one. You can take beach chairs as well. At least the ones that are under 9" tall to save yourself from the booze mud.

I've seen a couple shows here in the last month, including Slayer for their farewell tour and Slipknot for their Knotfest 2019 tour. I like the way this venue is set-up. Unlike Riverbend Music Center where I'm from in Cincinnati, there are clear views from anywhere in the venue and the lawn is inclined uphill, so you can still see if you're near the top. The grounds are easy to navigate without getting lost or confused. The beer and food prices are pretty exorbitant, but then again, I guess, what stadium isn't? Overall, a great concert venue that I will return to for future shows.

Overall a good outdoor venue for concerts. Typical over-priced food and drinks, but a decent selection. Bathroom facilities are lackluster at best and exiting the parking lot is usually a long ordeal.
