Great venue easy access convenient restrooms staff very friendly

Loved this place just not enough bathrooms. But it is a beautiful outdoor venue.

Water bottle refill lines are 45 min long, rules on their website do not match rules they post on Facebook, last concert gave away free Rockstar, but could not leave that area with can..but beer was being sold by the can by several vendors

Always a great place to see a show, good hot food but beer was way overpriced

Great concert venue. We've been here many times for shows over the years and it always a good experience. As with most concerts we go to I do not buy food or drinks at the venue due to pricing and this venue is no exception. I get it that we're a captive audience but the prices they charge are crazy. If you want to drink I suggest pre gaming in the parking lot!

Haven't been in 12 years few improvements parking and leaving a lot faster not be able to take same route home but new era phone took care of that maybe could improve on more screens for people on lawn and maybe not all the same stands with same thing liked the concession stand people out on lawn

It is always clean, plenty of parking and plenty of room

beers and waters are way to expensive, the show was great

Had an amazing time seeing the Foo Fighters. Drinks were spendy as they are at most convert venues but we had a fabulous time.

Awesome venue. Well worth the visit if you get a chance.

Great venue. Security a bit too strong for my tastes. A bit over bearing. Parking lot is clean. Venue is clean.

Not a bad seat in the house other than last few seats in row far stage right. The lawn us a BLAST! When the show is sold out (approx. 21,000), the place and the crowd are ELECTRIC!! I've probably attended nearly 100 concerts here since '89 when it opened (as I had just graduated from high school a few miles up the road). The place is SOOO awesome that a buddy and I, along with 3,000 other fans, flocked to the venue and stood in the parking lot just to hear THE GRATEFUL FU@$&NG DEAD play a sold-out show in '89. The Dead played there a total of 14 times. And if I sound biased about how great this venue is, then take someone else's word for it and know this fact: No one other than the Original DEADHEAD himself, that's right, people:

When your favorite band is there... Best place. Good parking and super rural.

I give 5 stars on Jason Aldean and Kane Brown, but Ruoff gets only 2 stars. I've been here many times in the past....since back in the Deer Creek days. Why have they not figure out the traffic issue yet?! No clear signage for where you go to catch the shuttles. Food and drinks are WAY overpriced, but you kind of expect that, but it was $50 for 1 beer and 2 mixed drinks!! And my main complaint is that the big screens were out for every other song for both Kane Brown and Jason Aldean. People in the lawn section still pay good money to see a show, and it sucks when there is nothing to see on the big screens. Seems like a serious update to the big screens and audio/visual system is in order!

So organized, clean, safe, and perfect stage. The sound and lights were amazing. Loved it.

Overpriced everything!!! This is why people hang out in the parking lot before hand.... We would all love to come inside and hangout but not paying $15 for a small beer!!!!!!!

Love going here for concerts, but the prices are ridiculous for drinks and food! They bathrooms are nasty as well. Their was piss all over the floor and other stuff as well.

Saw Ozzie under the pavilion. The sound was great. Workers were helpful and not rude. Parking was terrible on the way in and out. I would definitely go back though.

I love Deer Creek! Summer wouldn't be summer without going there! One of my favorite outdoor venues.

Tailgating, grass seating, dave matthews band. Do I need to say more.

Fast friendly and very knowledgeable about there business

Well it's a place where they have concerts! What's not to love? Of course the prices for everything you want are Sky High! You can't bring much in with you, no coolers, no glass of any type, no aerosol cans, (I wonder how many people got their hair burned off before that became a rule LOL) but you can bring up to a gallon of water as long as it's in an unopened plastic container, you can bring a Ziploc bag full of snacks or food, a blanket, a beach chair, small bags, and of course women can bring purses in. So yeah I paid $14.25 for a 24 oz beer, I sipped slowly. But yeah it's a great place, holds a lot of people and it was very loud just like you would expect!

One of the best venues I have visited. I love the lawn and the fact that you can rent a chair or buy a blanket to sit on. Beer is overpriced. But i think that is every venue ever. Also, they have plenty of options for food, also the prices for shirts and other little things arent bad either.

Too hot for me. Really needs some fans in the ceiling to circulate the air under the roof top better.

Although I give this a five star it has really gone down hill audio wise. I seem to get a better sound quality in the lawn than in the pavilion seats.

Oversold tickets leaving us to enjoy the concert by the bathrooms. I sent a message on fb. No response. 0 customer service. Booo

Great facility, great atmosphere. They should have better directions on the size of chairs you can bring for lawn seating.

Was a nice venue the prices are high though 1450 for a 22 oz beer $35 for a corn dog bucket and onion rings which has for corn dogs and enough onion rings for two people. But the who was awesome

The bathrooms suck, the lawn is mud & the seats are OVERPRICED. It's a nightmare to get in and out. But it's the only large outdoor venue the Indy area has so I'll be back...but every year I swear I'm done. Use the portopotties they're always cleaner that the flush toilets

We recently went to Ruoff Home Mortgage Center to see Def leppard and had purchased a Legacy parking ticket, which used to be great for getting in and especially out of the venue because it has its own dedicated exit route. However, they routed us into the heavy traffic from the regular parking lot, which totally defeats the purpose of why we bought the ticket to begin with. Since Ruoff took over the venue's management, they are opening the parking lot to tailgaters much, much later than when it was Klipsch. Tailgating has always made the concert experience that much better, now you can only get in 1-2 hours earlier than when the gates open. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING! It's still a great venue and the music always sounds amazing, but RUOFF...please fix these issues!

Great place to watch a show! Always have a great time!

I would have given this place a 4 or 5 star rating any other year. But in 2017 they have really let me down. It is truly apparent that it's all about money/greed these days. From over selling their parking lot which causes people to spend up to an hour or longer trying to find a place and in turn causes huge traffic backups (way more than normal for a concert night) to the lawn where people now have to stand as there is literally no where to put a blanket or chair down. It used to be comfortably crowded now it's shoulder to shoulder crowded with no room to even dance and just barely enough to stand. (All of this applies to Zac Brown and Bob Seger) Hoping they get it together for Chris Stapleton this weekend. Come on Live Nation... the folks in the lawn deserve a great experience too!!! Pics are traffic at 7:40 on a shuttle that is supposed to have easy access to Bob Seger and crowd at Zac Brown. Fortunately the talent never dissapoints!!!

Great place but it is big, be prepared to do alot of walking. The walking did not bother us but it may with others. Yes there is handicap parking. That gets you a little closer but still a lot of walking. We would go back if there is a group we want to see.

Lots of vending options. Big screen TV's all over the place for viewing. Best of all a great sound system.

Just keeps getting more and more expensive but still, a lot of fun

Decent place overall, but the seats were very dirty, had white pants on, and had to go to one of the booths to get a stack of wet/dry napkins to clean the seats off.

Great venue to check out a concert always clean,staff is friendly and it's evolved over time as far as stream lining things to make parking and getting in and out of a show thru the gates as quick as possible

This was a great show and the venue was very nice and the staff rocked!

Employees sit in the parking lot 1 hour after their shift and wait for the band to end before they let us out

The theater and seating set up were nice, and acoustics were great up on the lawn. The only thing I didn t like was the Porta potty system. While there was plenty of them, I would much rather have access to a standard bathroom facility and avoid the inevitable mess and darkness that go with Porta potties.

One of the best venues in the midwest to catch a show. But will always be Deer Creek to me.

Guess this depends on who you see. But my experiences from deer Creek to Klipsch have never been less the magical.

Was nice enough, a bit sticky, could use a hose down. We had fun, though.

I'll never figure out why they designed it so the crowd has to stare directly into the setting sun in the evening. The lawn is ok in perfect weather but if it's a little breezy the audio suffers. Shell out the extra money and sit under the pavillion.

New management was very friendly the days I was there. Always my favorite venue in the Indy area.

Overpriced drinks and never consistent each night you go

Great music Venue. Get the G-Park app for your iphone. Not sure of the equivalent for Android. This will make getting back to your car a snap after the show.
Food is expensive but decent.
