Great venue! In and out is not easy...but worth it!

Fun outdoor music venue....the weather can be an issue

Always a great experience here! They seem to improve on something almost every time I visit.

1st time there last week. Great amphitheatre. Really top notch. Lots of parking. Lots of places to buy food and beverages. Lots. Staff was overly friendly, but not in a bad way. I think it was like in an Indiana way.

Great place to listen to awesome music. Prices for drinks and food are very high.

Went there to see the PTX concert. The venue was so big and was able to fit such a large crowd, it was unbelievable!

A beautiful venue . You can tell their staff puts in long days to make sure the fans have a great show!! Staff is friendly and happy to help with any questions you may have.
The concerts usually sound amazing in the lawn.
VIP is a great package to add on. Private parking, air conditioned restrooms.a fully stocked bar with experienced bartenders. A dining set up to relax and drink while waiting on the main acts to take the stage!!

Ruoff Home Mortgage Music Center is the place to go for concerts in Indiana. It has variety: with the option of lawn and pavillion seating, a variety of different beverages and food, and it has the best and most affordable shows.
Only reason it isn't 5 stars is because of the overpriced food and beverages. My friend spent like $17 on a can of beer.

Great venue, good acoustics, good view from just about anywhere, and completely inept management. Let me say, I've been going to concerts here for a long time. Absolutely Love the venue itself, but over the years the inability of the management to address the basic capacity requirements, and the continuing decline in the IQ/quality of the associates working there have begun to really drag the experience down. The capacity of the venue has not materially changed for a decade, and you know how many people are coming before the show? PLAN ACCORDINGLY, this is not rocket science! Constant supply shortages on everything from Beer, to toilet paper, paired with long lines for EVERYTHING. Actually, many of the problems have come since Live Nation has taken it over, it's gotten significantly worse. All of the "rules" are guidelines that have subjective interpretation as in; if you subject the 18 year old threatening to ban you for whatever his co-workers have dared him to ban you for, to a $20 "Tip" they will generally let it slide this time. But they will be back in an hour to harass you more. An example is carrying multiple beverages back to your friends, so the whole group does not have to miss half the concert waiting in a 30 minute line to pay $9 for a can of Coors Light that, may or may not be out of stock by the time the opening act is complete. I have seen the behavior the "beads" poster mentioned on numerous occasions. These employees are the only thing slimier than the bathroom. The bathrooms themselves, are an experiment in biological warfare by the time the concerts start, leading me to believe they are not cleaned daily. And ladies forget toilet paper, under any circumstances. For full disclosure, you are allowed to bring that in (but it's likely to be banned once they figure out how to sell it to you by the square). This will likely require hiring a staffer with basic arithmetic skills, potentially a degree to calculate how much they can make per roll, so it's probably safe for a couple of years. If you are crazy enough to actually park there, you must get there late as those are the first cars to get out. If you go early and catch the opener, you WILL not get out of there for 2-3 hours. Again, this can be greatly "influenced" by a tip. If you are smart, just camp nearby; although Verizon's ridiculously overpriced camp site now sells beer, and have since banned you bringing your own. The fun in staying at the official campsite, would be walking distance, and you WILL see the same slimebags that were kicking people out of the concert for smoking tobacco AT the campsite after the show buying, selling, consuming illegal substances, and begging or intimidating campers into giving them beer under-age.
Live Nation: prices on everything from tickets to nachos are up since you've taken over. At the very least, hire a competent GM and an HR Manager to manage the venue. Or, outsource the management to a competent group. Even paying under-market, and with low margin; Wal-mart is able to provide clean bathrooms and stock on the shelves. I ve recently spent some time with the fine folks at your Noblesville Wal-Mart, and you could learn a lot from them.

Very nice venue. Been here several times for different shows. DMB is here almost annually for back to back nights. Traffic leaving is a nightmare, otherwise it's a great place to catch shows.

The mesh they put down to cover the lawn was a little dangerous. People kept tripping on it. But the show was great.

Was in and out with no trouble, parking and getting into the venue used to be a pain. They've made improvements, it's way better now.

Had so much fun seeing Dead and Company. The facility was clean, restroom was clean and kept a flow to keep line moving

I've never had an issue here. Always enjoy the shows I've seen!

Love the seats but the price is way over priced for lower p.v or seats all to gether not everyone wants to sit in lawn and people want to see the bands they came to see

They have the right to sell tickets above the suggested price it is a rip off

Ruoff Home Mortgage Center does not have a bad seat in the house! The accoustics are fantastic!

Me and my dad saw primus and mastodon live on the 11th of june. Incredible, we had tickets for the pit. The pit was good and organized, security held tight. Great place

Very nice outdoor concert venue. Standard overpriced foid and beverages. Easy access, good parking. Enjoy the concerts, just be sure to eat before you go.

Loved the pavilion seating. It could really use jumbo screens on either side of the stage. The lawn has screens which is great but if you're under the pavilion and have a tall person in front of you it's hard to see anything.

We had lawn seats and had a blast! Tv screens were a big+! Like everywhere else food was ridiculously priced $13 for a pork sanwich with about 15 fries. $8 for a large soda. Looked at the beer but $14 for a can was a little bit to high for me. Will go back though!

The venue itself is great! Having visited multiple times over the years, both in pavilion and lawn seating, I can say that ease of access is acceptable, staff is courteous and friendly, and restrooms are clean. They have perfected the art of funneling tens of thousands of people into a single venue as efficiently and quickly as possible.

Great place to see a show. You can work to get close or you can chill in the back of the lawn. With their big screens you can see the band really well oh, sound is pretty good. Obviously everything super expensive, but we all know that going in. Never had a bad experience here.

Great venue...alcohol prices are the highest I've ever come across. I mean, I get why that is though. If you want to drink, go to a bar beforehand

Tailgate! Pre game! You must have a 6-7 figure bank account to purchase beer here. Venue itself is awesome

Security cops ousterd me for being drunk and never got to see THE CULT...boo and hiss....

Giving 4 stars because of the terrible organization of getting out of the parking lot. The concert and arena is 5 stars but getting out of the lot is NO STARS!!. We have sat in one spot without moving one inch for 35 minutes!. Have no idea what is going on or any idea when we are going to move. This is ridiculous. Need more instruction and people helping. It is one big mess.

This is my go to place for concerts! Absolutely the best atmosphere for outdoor concerts along with outstanding staff who make every effort to get you in and out safe and fast! Bring plenty of money for drinks ..EXPENSIVE...

First time here for a concert. Big place, very nice and clean. Friendly staff. Would definitely come back for another concert. We are from ohio and drive was not awful either!!

Rental lawn chairs where great. So was the Kiss concert.

Audio was a little distorted. $14.25 for a 24oz premium beer.

It is always a wonderful experience at this venue. My only issue, though definite improvements have been made is how difficult it is to get out of the venue and back to I69 South when you are parked in the Handicap area.

Great music venue except traffic control needs to be trained better so the congestion when leaving isn't so horrible. They have young kids directing traffic that obviously haven't had any training.

Saw The Killers there, on Friday. Fantastic show and seating choices were great. Just remember what color parking lot and pole number you are parked at before you enjoy your show. Nice they had beer too and casual lawn seating.
