I love that she sends me a written report of what she accomplished in the month along with the dashboard where I can drill down into the data. Our business has grown tremendously since Caroline has taken over our SEO and I can't speak highly enough about her work. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars (it pains me not to because of the amazing work on SEO) is because we are not getting a positive ROI on our PPC campaign that they manage separate from the SEO.
