This place has destroyed my favorite person in this whole world. My mother and grandmother went every year here to see Dr. Bigg. After hearing the news, they got scanned somewhere else. My mother was fine, but they found my grandmother had STAGE THREE BREAST CANCER. That does not develop over night folks. Dr. Bigg ignored all the signs and misread all of her mammograms. She has had a partial mastectomy, and has started her six months of chemotherapy. He has hurt countless women. Today she found a new lump. Dr. Bigg, there is a special place for people like you.

The girl in billing Stacey is very I'll mannered. She cant seem to explain a bill with out a smart comment added very unprofessional

I was sure that I would never get another mammogram after a bad experience 8 years ago. But, I was having some issues and I heard about the Allison breast center. My experience there was wonderful. Everyone was friendly and warm... And it was totally pain-free!

I did not have a good experience with dr. Biggs. He insisted on doing a mammogram for me instead of the ultrasound I was requesting, and gave me a hard time about it. When he finally agreed to do the ultrasound, he did it quickly and begrudgingly. While the mammogram Tech was really sweet, my breast was hurt and still hurts even though the test was done over a month ago. I'm symptomatic now where I wasn't before. I went to Henrico Doctors Hospital further clarification of their diagnostic results, and Henrico Doctors completely negated all up dr. Biggs findings. I Will Not Waste My time or money going to Allison again. I've called them back since the mammogram to let them know that my breast hurt and that I wanted my co-pay refunded and they have not been very nice. I warned them not to make any other women go through the same unecessary ordeal, but they really did not seem interested in hearing what I had to say. I do not recommend this place!

Pleasant, friendly, speedy, with a warm and friendly atmosphere. Staff is professional, machine has low radiation, no painful mammogram and got my results immediately! It doesn't get any better than this!

They TOTALLY missed breast cancer that was on my dear friends scan two years in a row! 2018 and 2019. Do not trust them with your health.

Had my appointment today. I love this place! They are professional in every way. From checking in to check out. Most important they care. The fact that the doctor reviews your results and goes over them with you at your appointment makes the stress of waiting go away. I highly recommend Allison breast center.

They don't try to beat your breast to death and give you breast cancer.

Let's face it, mammograms are just kinda sucky no matter what--but they can save your life--and so can a good sonogram, if you are a candidate. You're dependent on the comforting care of the people around you to make the whole process bearable. I love the sweet caring staff here. They work as a team and are very efficient. The radiologist shows you your films right after the mammo, and he compares your films from previous years. This is a great place to start getting your mammograms for that very reason alone. I've always felt informed and every question gets answered. These folks are your breast advocates! Overall, it's a way better experience than other corporate healthcare specialty testing centers. Sonograms offered here too. The team is solid, they know what they're doing and their new digs are nice.

I have avoided having mammograms in the past before a friend who is a retired RN and is very picky about her doctors) suggested Allison breast center.
Now that they are closed, I'm back to avoiding mammograms
I have noticed people have given a negative rating since they have been closed, which is a fradulent rating, and someone else rated them who wasn't even a patient!! Someone Frome one if their competitors perhaps?? I would bet money on that! The staff Dr. Bigg and his wife are wonderful people and though I feel bad for anyone who got a bad diagnosis, that sometimes happens nothing is 100% and you are always allowed to get a second opinion.
I wish Dr. Bigg his wife and staff all the best in the future.

I have been going here for a few years now. My appointment is always on time and the staff is so friendly! Comfortable waiting room with coffee/tea center while you wait for your results.

Allison Breast Center is wonderful. From the clean environment to the warm and friendly staff, it s the best place to get a mammogram. You get your results the same day and their technology exposes you to much less radiation.

Always so caring. Great staff and great doctor. They never over book. They take their time with you and you always sit down after mammogram and are immediately show your films compared to all prior films. And of course, given a flower when you leave.
