Worthless service. I have been there for maintenance, where I saw them driving through the workshop with my gas. Literally 500 km later I get the message that my oil needs to be replaced. So they clearly hadn't even checked that. If I try to make an appointment to arrange that, it would just be a "warning" that needs to be reset. When I come by to reset that "Yes oops the oil needs to be replaced, make an appointment". At the time of the appointment it would take "1 hour" and I could wait in the waiting room. After 2 hours in the waiting room they had to start, I was told. However, I was literally the 2nd customer that day, it was early in the morning. It will be the last time I come here. I have heard stories from friends here that promises are not being kept.

EDIT: I just received an email from my leasing company that the oil cost 260 (!!) euros replaced. Fortunately that is not for my account, but they should forbid this type of fraud. In comparison with Auto5 cost you 80 euros.
A small maintenance, the replacement of oil and the replacement of a windscreen wiper cost 551 in total. I don't think that's normal. So please avoid this shack unless you like to spend a lot of money on air and poor service.

I call ahead for a price
they ask for my chassis numbers and license plate so that they can see what is on the car from the factory

once I got home with the replacement car, I get a phone back
with the story and I quote ff the seller ruben that I had on the line "the mechanic was wrong, the price is 1720 euros" it was nevertheless ruben that I had on the line for the price in advance, not a mechanic
i direct from wtf! no i will not do that, i cannot afford that
I immediately return the replacement car and the seller ruben cancels my repair free of charge.
he also says that I can also do it cheaper by just assembling everything myself, the cost would then be 1398.97 euros, I think ok and he gives me a copy of the order form only the front so
I had signed that he would call me when the parts were in the next day
the next day i was driving when my car suddenly made a lot of noise while driving and braking there appeared to be a lot of friction between my pads and discs when driving.
out of necessity we went to another garage of seat to have our car made.
I explain the situation on the phone but I am immediately told that I have to pay because I have signed the order form
I only have a copy of that order form that Ruben gave me when I returned the replacement car
I was therefore not aware of the sales policy on the back of such an order form
now I am allowed to pay them 30 percent of the bill, 413 euros
i got their invoice by mail 7 days later then finally their policy was on the back
states that you can prove another case of force majeure by registered letter
I did that immediately and included a copy of my invoice from the other garage
here they have flatly ignored me even after another telephone contact with the manager end of story you have to pay sir

This garage sells cars from different brands of the Volkswagen group (Volkswagen, Skoda, Seat...). The managers are really very honest and helpful, even after purchase. Communication happens quickly via mail or phonecalls, and arrangements are made easily.

It has now been over a month since I bought my used car from MyWay AutoNatie. I am very satisfied with my purchase, the car drives perfectly and has no worries. The staff at AutoNatie were very welcoming, and met all of my expectations to the best of their ability. I highly recommend this dealer.

Het personeel van AutoNatie was zeer gastvrij en voldeed al mijn verwachtingen aan het maximal van hun middelen. Ik kan deze dealer ten zeerste aanbevelen.

Bit mixed feeling at Auto Natie .. In itself a good garage you just have to keep an eye on everything. I just mention two points here:

1- We received our new Fabia there in early 2019. Delivery time was good, he had already arrived a month earlier than planned. The handover also went smoothly. Very friendly people.
Just a week after we had driven him out of Auto Natie, I had discovered during the first wash that there was some minimal damage on the rear bumper. It was good that I had taken photos from all sides during the collection and that I was able to prove that the damage was already present at the collection. Auto Natie had admitted their mistake (thanks to my proof) and fully recovered it at their expense + we got a nice Audi A3 as a replacement car for a whole weekend.

2- We recently had a small dent repaired at Auto Natie. The repair work was done extremely well. Only a day after the repair, I discovered that our antenna was missing. Apparently the workers had turned it off and lost ... But all in all they also admitted their mistake and a new one was ordered at their expense.

Broke down a mile from the dealership with major over heating, had to wait 45 minutes for the tow truck. The engine cooled down and when the tow truck arrived he said we would be able to drive it there with him following. When I arrived at the dealership they said I couldn't have a hire car because I wasn't on the back of the tow truck. They also said I would be liable for all costs as I didn't have VW warranty ( I do have warranty it turns out they can't see uk warrantys). After some tense conversation with the maintenance representative he spoke to his manage and agreed I will get a free courtesy car, but would have to pay for the repair ( which I could claim back from VW uk, found out of my own accord). When I came to collect the car 3 days later ( on a Monday) they had charged me 270 for the courtesy car. I tried to tell the receptionist that it should be free as I had broken down and she just looked blankly at me saying " but you had the car for 3 days". At this point i had had enough and will take this up with higher management. I'm also astounded that as the engine had been in excess of 120 degrees they didn't change the oils whilst changing the cooling pump. ( I think I'm right in saying oil breaks down around 120 and becomes ineffective. Not the VW experience I expect
