An ok destination. The hotell was small. Rooms ok. Poolarea ok. The bar was ok. Restaurant didn't have the same food every day which is too common in allinclusive hotels. And the hotel reception was very helpful in any request. So I would recommend this specially for families with kids.

Very good food. Large selection of. Evenings: Asian, seafood and other ... Food well seasoned and tasty. The hotel is clean and tidy. A very nice Cook who makes breakfast. Food really 5 stars. I am not normally a reviewer and dislike slating Hotels, however on this occasion i feel this review is essential for the well-being of others.
The premises have some how obtained 5* status. I have travelled to many Greek islands and experienced proper 5* however this one was special. From the outlook it looked all ok once we arrived past midnight. Upon arrival I was a little concerned, when the night manager explained we had to wait for a minibus to take us to our room. After 30 minutes of waiting we eventually reached our room, exhausted already with a pregnant wife, we were in the basement and no, they don t believe in lifts, be prepared to drag your suitcases up and down.
As the sun rose, things appeared a little suspicious and confusing. I opened the curtains expecting to find the perfect view. To my amazement we did, a staircase and bushes where other travellers could have a nice old look into our room. The curtains were close almost immediately closed and remained closed throughout the stay. We had a large square TV box, the ones you find in the good old days. Do not bother even touching this.
A little dissatisfied, I marched the 15 minute hilly walk back to reception explaining the room was not what we expected. The receptionist replied with a scripted answer, explaining the Hotel was full and to wait till the next day.
The next day fast approached, again I approached reception, the walk felt longer each time. I was presented with a different receptionist, whom to my amazement had no idea, as communication had not been passed on. I immediately asked to speak with the manager. Then appeared a short looking skinny guy, who apparently was the hotel manager, Dimitriov. He was as useful as a short plank of wood. Obviously he must have heard and acknowledged our situation many times, again he gave us the standard answer- I will let you know. I explained to him to inform us either way as bags needed to be unpacked.
Three days, four days went on. Hmmm... the short man acknowledged us walking around the hotel but avoided speaking to us. Was he guilty? Common courtesy maybe to let us know? Really a hotel manager? Appalling customer relations, not the role model for his staff, who were unfortunately showing similar symptoms.
The food and pool side was standard, drinks were standard all inclusive replicas. Only snacks available if you go all inclusive during pre dinner times, included biscuits and sandwiches. Beware they only make 4 pizzas during snack time, on a first come first serve basis, good luck ! Entertainment during the day and evenings are limited so make sure you take good company.
Top tip, pay the extra monies and stay in the sister 5* hotel, Kipriotis Panarama, a short walk and much friendlier and comforting staff. Stunning views.

Hotel nice food is delicious but there is no attraction. Zero animations for adults are also nothing interesting. And the worst part is that there is no music and when something flies, it hardly ever sounds. Almost like a sanatorium The hotel is not suitable for families with children.
Nice hotel. Spacious room with nice painting view of the sea. A small disadvantage is that we were in the outbuilding, which is not very disturbing, but take into account steep slopes and stairs.
The food is excellent, with a themed evening with show cooking two or three times a week. The bar staff are very friendly, remember you as a person (for example pouring your favorite drinks when they see you coming), the people behind the reception a little less. The staff in the restaurant are very helpful and friendly.
The animation was a bit disappointing. There is something planned twice a week, including a magic show and a Greek night. These both only last a maximum of 1.5-2 hours, which means that the bar and terrace outside are quite early deserted. Must say that we have been in mid-June and were therefore not in the full high season.
Also, the all-inclusive concept is not what we are used to from all-inclusive, so keep this in mind if you just want to be able to order what you want. Much is included such as soft drinks and some local alcoholic drinks. But much is also against payment. For example, there are 15 cocktails on the menu, but 4 are only free.
Furthermore, the sky bar on the 7th floor of the panorama hotel is recommended with a beautiful view. All in all, a great holiday.
The rooms were modern and very comfy. The ac was very adaquate. Daily cleaning of our rooms. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpfull. The food was good and varied with a great selection of dishes to choose from. You have plenty of pools to choose from and water parks. The hotel is in a good area and close to Kos city. Already on the second day I can say that 5 stars in Greece at best correspond to 4 stars in Spain. I compare here with a 4 star hotel in Torremolinos The hotel, grounds and rooms are / are nice, but not worth 5 stars. The food is good and varied, but not worth 5 stars. The staff is very nice and accommodating. Animation is offered, but a bit light, but not for everyone. The gym fulfills everything I need on vacation, as long as I want to do sports. The hotel's beach is very close. It is a pebble beach. Those I've seen so far have gone into the water with bathing shoes. Let's see what the next days bring.
We arrived today. Have a bestprice suite as booked. But with all understanding, the complete bathroom needs to be replaced. Warm and cold in the shower tray varies as much as you like and water hardly ever gets out without it. The tub stoepsel can not turn up so he has to go out completely. The same in the sink .. with a lot of fingernail work, you got both stoppers out ... Let's wait and see if a complaint still heard for the next 9 days ..

Cons: the pool has a depth of 150-160cm And there is no zone for larger children with a head. 100-120cm - which is definitely not comfortable as a child is too big for a shower tray. A view to the beach through the street but the beach is ugly - stones and gravel - dirty. The water is also very deep immediately. The restaurant is disturbed by unwashed glasses, in the rooms - unwashed taps;)
If you like animations, it's almost no-what will be a plus for others. Do not use the offer of offices in the hotel - it is better to go 200 m to the right after leaving the hotel and buy a trip in the local office - punctually and much cheaper

Great place for families that want all inclusive. Nice pool, friendly staff and close to the city and beach. Great buffet and drinks too. Very clean and prettier than most Greek hotels.
As for 5 stars, the standard is very weak. Junior Suite room, so large, that it is empty and impractical, and equipment from the PRL. Old bathroom falling apart. Monotonous food is like a different evening, but after a week it's the same again. The quality of the food will go away, but it is definitely not a high level. Few tables outside. The beach is located on a busy street, and the beach bar serves only pseudo drinks. A small amount of sun loungers, beach and uninviting surroundings.
We stayed at Kirpriotis Maris Suits at the end of April 2019, we booked last minute. The hotel had just opened for the season. Everything looked clean and well-kept. All employees were clearly trying. The rooms were okay and clean, the size smaller as promised but more than big enough. The view from the room was towards the sea, with the road in between. Cars also drove there, but they didn't disturb the night's sleep. Our beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was okay.
The buffet was always plentiful for all meals and was quickly refilled. We never had a lot of activity or even waiting times for meals, but we weren't there in the high season either. The selection at the buffet was more than sufficient, but the variety on the individual days could vary more. It tries to keep the food warm and preheated plates help. Unfortunately there is no sparkling water in the all-inclusive offer, neither for the food nor at the bar. The cocktails and drinks at the bar are mixed individually and are completely okay.
The beach is a few meters away, you have to cross a street. At the beginning of the season there was some new sand, it was still diligently cleaned and tidied up. The beach bar still consists of the truck and there are no toilets directly on the beach. Nevertheless, you can lie there comfortably and even step into the sea with shoes without any problems.
The entire area looks well-kept, but compared to other hotels in the immediate vicinity, in the same category clearly inferior. Beaches in the immediate vicinity clearly show what is possible with other hotels. We were always able to communicate well with all employees and had no problems with questions or requests. Unfortunately, our hotel was the only one that was already open, so we couldn't take advantage of the other offers in the partner hotel, we were told otherwise. Unfortunately, or actually nice, even the Maris Suits was not very full and the few activities that were offered (including yoga) were unfortunately still canceled. We do not wish to have to live near the air conditioning systems and generators in the main building. They are really loud and almost always run in April.
We had a nice relaxing week at the Kipriotis Maris Suits. However, you shouldn't expect too much based on the 5 stars it supposedly has. If you take this into account, you can have a good and relaxing holiday here.
The hotel currently has 5 stars. Very nice service. Purely. Great location, 2.5km to the capital of Kos. Delicious, varied food and for adults and children. Every 2 days two evening attractions - dancing, music, illusionist, etc.
We got a shower that was 50cm by 50cm and while we asked for a bath 1 day without water if that was not enough, we also had 1 day without air conditioning. We had to leave the room at 10am while our flight is at 10pm and they pick us up at 7:45 pm so sit around 9am.

Too busy for such a hotel. Swimming pool full. Restaurant full. 1 bar that cannot handle 2 people. No air conditioning until 1 June.
The hotel writes they have 5 stars which we think must be self-appointed. We keep on 3 de there are several bugs and flaws here which made us feel a bit disappointed and annoyed. Among other things, their all. Incl. Which should contain drinks. Here we have several times experienced that the staff have not been able to serve the drinks in question and in addition we have noticed that for several orders it is the same bottle they grab when there is alcohol I to drink. So whether it is Rome and cola you order or any other drink is the same bottle Our advice go to a cafe or maybe pay.
A few other little things are blah. There are max 7 drinks that are included in all incl. And then you risk getting rooms where you have to go all the way behind the hotel to get to dinner and the pool area.

Tonight I came home from Kipriotis Maris Suites, what a wonderful holiday I had! Great food nice people, nice employees, especially the bartender Anton (Ali Papitos). City is easy to reach. and the beach is on the other side of the street, two minutes walk.

I was very ill throughout my stay at the hotel, the attention the staff paid to my needs were incredible. The hotel manager came to my room to check on me and he had food made for me that evening, every evening that went by he personally attended to me as long as all of the other staff. They were fantastic and i would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to visit Kos, only a 9 euro taxi journey into Kos town and fantastic views, AMAZING hotel.

Can only recommend this All-inclusive hotel. We are a family of 5 and had therefore booked two rooms. They were really nice and it was nicely cleaned every day. The service is very good and all speak English. The food you get served to breakfast, lunch and dinner is tasty and there are plenty of options. In the morning I specially can recommend there fruit smoothies and their pancakes. In the evening they have different themes with all kinds of different well tasting dishes. In the evenings there is entertainment outside. The wifi is working great in the main area and in your rooms.
All in all we couldn't find a better place to stay.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Big plus for the awesome lifeguard whom does a good job.

Great hotel with good service. At first we were overbooked and had to stay overnight at the Panorama Hotel (Ultra All-inclusive) above. Luckily we got to this "real" hotel the next day. Panorama of carpeted floors and old CRT TV. Rating level however 5 stars ??
The business and staff at Maris Hotel were helpful. The room was good and basic clean. The hotel is located in Psalidi where there are not many other services / taverns. The bus goes a couple of hours an hour in front of the hotel to the center of Kos, where there are enough of them.
The hotel has a good quality gym. I recommend.
Ciska and I have been there from 06/23 to 07/07/2013 and the Hotel is run by more Poles, Romanians and Russians instead of the Greeks themselves.
The service was also not to speak of, except at the reception, which was handled by Greeks and a big plus is that Miranda works there and who was spontaneous and honest, but of course also tied to hands and feet.
In the restaurant there was hardly any spoken by the staff and a smile or being friendly was really impossible.
The food was bad and pretty much the same every day and the beds were really bad and uninsertable.
It must be a four star Hotel but if it is up to us, this Hotel only gets two stars and the next year we will go back to the North, where there is laughter and the staff just participate with the guests as in Phily Bay, We missed that this time and it will certainly not happen again.
The hotel advertises as a 5* hotel (4* at travel agency), but I would categorize it at 3,5* compared to other 5* hotels.
Rooms are very big and little cozy with much room left unused.. One room could easy be a two room appartement.
Service is less than average, only upped by the cleaning service in the rooms. Orders are missed or misunderstood. More importantly, at end of season the hotel seems to shut down halfway trough the stat (eg. fewer services, smaller menu, less heat in adult and kids pool).

The food is good, varied, and sweet with meals is impressive. Themed dinners, Greek, Italian and Asian. The main meals are great, delicious, but the starters such as olive oil, peppers, etc. can be laid out the same every day, until they go bad. Very nice service. The rooms are clean, while the old bathrooms with cracked and sticky bathtubs which I do not mind because I only go to the room to wash and sleep. "Beach" is a joke, dirty and tiny, instead of a bar, there is a small camper where you can drink only no drinks and eat an old sandwich Better to go by bike to visit more distant beaches. With the 200 meters to the shops they exaggerated it, it is best to go to the capital for shopping for people with disabilities and families with children with prams, good qualifications, you can leave the driveway everywhere. It's great because the hotel has 4 more hotels around and you can use their swimming pools and slides. There is not a single slide in the mafies. I will remember this stay well, I am undemanding. Good food and a place to rest are enough

I only popped in for a drink after a long bike ride. I am only giving 4 stars because I didn't stay as a guest, so can't rate the full experience. The hotel looks modern, new, well kept. The swimming pool is large, with plenty of sun loungers and a pool bar. I would see myself staying here in the future.

Cozy hotel, but if you have chosen All inclusive you will be disappointed. There is a limited buffet selection, there are very same dishes served and when you get drinks you have to look a bit among the glasses to find one that is clean. The drinks that come under the All inclusive are few and do not taste much.
Poor air condition, water pressure drop to almost zero at 18:00 when the pool closes and everyone take a shower at once.
Food is just ok , deserts however are rich and good.
When complaining on room issues at the reception nothing done unless you dont stop reminding and fir the air condition as example nothing was done even when they said it was checked.
I asked at the first day out of 5 to change my room if they can fix it but 3 days later they said there are no rooms available.
