Micheal Ash changed my view of sales people.. until meeting him i thought they did nothing but stand beside you and your car and make more money than the builders or dealers. As soon as he saw me he intuitivly new that this audi A4 bwas for me.. it was much more than i wanted to spend but by adding free snow tires and convincing me of how much i could save by quitting smoking we were almost there. Another generous discount made it possible. i have spent much more numerous times, but this is the nicest car i have ever owned. I f not for him i would be driving a oil leaking subaru home to the kootenays.. thank you and god bless Micheal. i sincerily believe i not only have a new car but a new friend as well

He very well understands and respects his customers as he doesn't insist you purchase a different car just because what you're looking at isn't within your budget. We recently bought a 2013 Honda Civic from Kingsway Honda. We love our car and had a great experience test driving a few options and making our final decision with the help of our salesman Ryan. Even though the car is second hand it was very clean when we picked it up and still feels brand new. The team at Kingsway Honda made the experience pleasant and smooth and we will happily recommend them to our family and friends.

I want to thank Pierre for helping me purchase my new to me VW golf. When we initially spoke on the phone Pierre said he would take care of everything and he wasn t kidding! Pierre organized every detail to make sure that I was comfortable, had enough time to make decisions, and that the process went smoothly. Other reviews have described Pierre as friendly, patient, and transparent and I would agree with all of those comments. I definitely felt that Pierre was more of an advisor to me than a salesperson. I m very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend other new buyers ask for Pierre.

After purchasing my Honda CRV 2014 from Kingsway Honda and driving it over two months, I thought it might worth spending a few minutes to donate a brief review of my experience with this dealer. It was my first car-leasing experience with Honda dealer although I have experienced many other car dealers because I helped quite a few friends and relatives to bargain their cars. My wife and I had a long thought about getting a bigger car due to our growing family but were still looking around for vendors, models, prices, etc., though we had already narrowed down to several choices. Our buying story actually started with a flat tire on my wife s old Civic in this summer. Coincidentally my wife got a phone call from Will Levy, a sales representative of Kingsway Honda, about a one day-special sale event, which was just for their old customers (we have routine car-service there). The base line for us was to get the flat tire fixed, but Will quickly understood our root requirements and kindly helped us test-driving and analyze different options from Honda that could best fit our needs. Honda is not the only candidate on my plate but Will definitely earned our trust. His great patience, sincere manner, and reasonable analysis encouraged us to make the final buying decision. He totally changed the images of salesman stuck in my head. So after two months of driving my new CRV, we are still very happy with this purchase. Besides, we really like the new features and large cargo space of this car except that it got some tiny dents after encountering two severe thunderstorms with egg size hails in Drumheller, Alberta. We laughed at that as a testimony from the dinosaur country:)

I recently purchased a beautiful pre owned Infiniti g37s coupe , and I had the pleasure of being helped by Pierre.
I was met with a friendly handshake and all the info and a great test drive .

Purchased a used vehicle from Destination, process was straightforward but service and customer care is generally quite poor.

Beware of sales and negotiating tactics to pressure you. You may not get a good deal.

The vehicle I bought in the late fall had a broken A/C, and only was testable in the summer when it got warm. As I took it for the standard post-purchase inspection, and they failed to detect the faulty until I specifically requested to check the A/C again (and then charged extra for it).

When confronted of why this faulty wasn't detected previously when I first purchased and the post-purchase inspection, they told me I should have just bought their extended warranty. Possible lemon cars sold here.

Really great service, especially from Tyler. I wish they had longer hours and that car things cost less.

Incredible service at Kingsway Honda! Before I went into Honda I went across to Toyota, they had horrible customer service and they were really pushy. I went over to Honda and had a particular car in mind. I was met by Kash who was really knowledgeable and friendly, he helped me select a different car that suited me a lot better. I am really happy with the car and level of service here. Jessica and Katrina were also great through the finance and hand over processes. The entire team I dealt at Kingsway were very professional and I couldn't recommend a better place to buy a car!
The only thing I would have done differently was taking the time to get a quote from ICBC on the insurance before I went to pick up the car as the insurance was A LOT more then I was expecting.

Aweful customer service. Wasted my time. Do not bother scheduling an appointment to view a car with Robin. Robin doesn't have the decency to call and inform his customers when the car is no longer available, epically when he has the time to. We even arrived late for our appointment and he claims the car just sold 2mins ago and proceeds to try to sell us a different car. Horrible service. Do yourself a favor and do not book with Robin if you plan to.

i bought a pt cruiser from destination Honda. I dealt with Pierre. He was kind and honest and a man of his word. I had a minor issue with the car that he went above and beyond to fix for me free of charge. If you are in the market for a used car or new car call Pierre and he will do his best to get you want you want. Thanks for everything Pierre. A very satisfied customer.

One of the best Honda dealership in town. The reason why I still go back to this one to buy my car after visiting so many dealership is the fairness of my trade in, the friendly staffs and really makes you satisfied.

Worst experience ever: i was leasing an 2014 Odyssey and trying to buyout at the end of leasing term. Honda Finance called me I have to pay residual + $386 (inspection and document fee)+ tax, and told me to make an appointment at dealer. I am ok with that, Because is writes on the contract.
So I called Kingsway Honda(where i originally leased my car) to make appointment for inspection. The finance rep David told me on top of residual + $386 I have to pay another $495 for their ends documents and inspection fee. I called Honda Finance right away and they told me there should be no extra charge at all other than $386.
After confirmed with Honda Finance, I called back to Kingsway Honda, this time was Michael Chan(Finance manager) picked up the phone. He insist that I have to pay extra $495 if I buyout from their dealer, even I confirmed with Honda Finance. He said or i can just go to other dealer to do the buyout. When I asked him why they have to charge twice of the inspection and document fee, and $495 is not even says on the lease contract. Michael was speechless, only response i got was "this is the company's policy"

WHAT THE HELL I HAVE TO PAY EXTRA FOR SOMETHING IS NOT ON THE AGREEMENT!

I have looked up their reviews and found im not the only victim, they just playing HIT OR MISS, when customer found out they just pushing you to other dealers.

I called Honda Finance, reported what happened to me, and they said they will start to investigate.

in the end, I got my leasing buyout done without extra charge in other dealer.

Beware of Kingsway Honda Finance department!
BTW their parts and service team is great! 5 stars!

I am so amazed at the service provided by Kingsway Honda. At first I was skeptical and thought this was like any other car dealership. However, I realized that they really do put their customers first and treat their customers like family. I wasn't really sure what I was looking for initially but with the help of Pierre and Blin, they helped me find what I was looking for. It took a bit of negotiation but in the end they were very understanding. Not only did they give me a really good price for my car, but even continued to offer their services after I had already purchased the car. I would highly recommend!

I bought my car in July and I had a great experience. The staff were so friendly especially the salesman Ben. I walked in knowing that I wanted to purchase the 2016 Accord, however, Ben also showed me other options as he was ensuring that I would purchase the right car for me. The right car ended up being the Honda Accord! All of the staff were more than helpful and I can say this car has lived up to my expectations. I also went to service my car about a month ago and the staff were just as welcoming and I even received a complimentary car wash which was a nice surprise! My family and I walked in to Destination preowned and were instantly greeted by Michael Ash one of the sales advisors. We went there to look at a vehicle which we first thought is the right vehicle for us and much to my surprise we did not like that SUV at all.
Michael Ash had a suggestion he asked if we would like to test drive the fully loaded with leather seats 2016 Honda Pilot with very low kms that they had in their lot and after test driving the 2016 Honda Pilot my family and I fell in love with the Pilot.

Got a new car from here, Mohamed Salad was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He stared off by letting us test drive the cars we were interested in, then walked us through the entire specs of the vehicles. I took my car for a lil change. Honda tried to scam me make me pay for these maintenance that I'm suppose to do. I took my car in for oil change I ask if my alignment needs to be fix. They printed me this paper showing its tugging and needs work. I took my car to a different mechanic. And they said my alignment is perfect doesn't need any adjusting. So I advice everyone to double check with a different mechanic before servicing your car at honda. They will lie to you to fix something that doesn't need to be fix.

Bad experience with service. No communication between service person and the technician.

Friendly service. I brought my 17 year old civic in for a safety recall and they vacuumed and washed my car free of charge.

Brought in the families crv for a recall. It was taken care off quickly and their car ride service was very helpful and made it a better experience since I didnt have to wait there for hours.

Wow! way to go Kingsway Honda! Had a horrific experience at on 04-July-2015.

Day started with setting an appointment at 1.30pm through email and Phone call. Was assured by the lady I spoke to (Romina Ayoob) that the cars I wanted to try (HRV and CRV) would be ready for test drive and to look for sales manager when I reach there.

Went in with high hopes to check out on the new HRV. Sales manager says "Hi" and asks another guy (Steven Goh) to attend us. So far so good. I try to enter the HRV and he starts telling me how the HRV is not a good car and I should go for CRV...and that he can give me a good deal on CRV if I were to buy it today itself, since he is going off for 1 week to Hawai. Anyways, I try out the seating and stuff and like it...but Mr. Steven is missing so I can't ask for a test drive. Had to wait 20mins till he came back. Car was not ready at all even after taking appointment.

Meanwhile checked out CRV and other cars..because we had come with plans to buy a CRV if HRV didnt suit us (since we were seeing it for the first time...new launch in canada).

Finally Mr. Steven arrives and takes us 3 levels down (walking through the driveway and not elevator) wherein cars are passing by (never mind). After a bit of searching we find a HRV. I start testing it and Mr. Steven starts his sob story about how Managers keep changing so often at the dealership and how they had fired 6-7 managers in last 1 year. Gives me e.g. of one Mr. Farookh (some district manager) who was also fired after 3 years. My wife mentions that the front ventilation in HRV on passenger side seems to be too wide...he cuts her off saying that's the design, he can't do anything! Sure...we are not asking you to shave it..it was just a simple question. Finally after all the nagging from Steven and making us go through the mucky garage level, we arrive back at the dealership and I ask for the pricing details.

He gives me a price for HRV and when I ask for discount he says only couple hundred. No harm...I ask to talk to the manager. This guy...Glenn comes swooping in, says Steven is wrong...no discount on HRV. Tells us that there is limited stock...still good..and then goes on to add "Take it or Leave it"! Not sure if he was already mad with someone else, but he started the conversation with hostility. Then he says, the wait is 2-3 months for HRV.

I simply say that it changes everything since we want to buy sooner. I ask for details and discounts on CRV...he doesn't give it. Suddenly becomes a COP. Have you tried it? When do you want to buy it? today? 1 week? 3 weeks? 1 month? I say 1 week...he says can you make a commitment now if I give you a deal? Feeling cornered I said No...I want to see if the deal works out for me. He says how can we deal when you are not sure...Come back when you are ready to make a deal (still no price)!! Wow...no chance to think...and so much pressure. Then he walks off says "Steven will handle you". Being humiliated I start leaving quitely, but Glenn is giving stares from the reception counter and Steven is preaching us how things are!

We had come with a plan to buy the car that day, but the basic questions made them so uncomfortable and hostile that we literally ended up hating HONDA! I still want to buy a HONDA but these guys scared me off. Someone recommended me Langley Honda..and so far based on phone talk they seemed really nice. Hope things work out.

Thanks Guys for the arrogant and trigger happy sales manager who want customer to come with a truck load of cash and drive away with a car. Common people are uninvited. Day luckily ended with a good food server at Denman who made us smile.

I came in looking for a quality used vehicle, I found my way to Kingsway Honda and Tanvir. Tanvir listened to what I needed and was honest and upfront about what he could and couldn't do. I didn't feel pressured and he made sure I was happy with the deal, and more importantly the car I purchased. If you are looking for a car, these guys are worth a shot. Everyone seemed helpful, but I would suggest asking for Tanvir if he's around.

Worst service department Norman shouldn t be a manager he should be FIRED he said he s not talking, playing childish games with the customers. Worst customer service from the Service manager how did it start .

I booked a service and a noise issue, he said He loves warranties because he GETS PAID. Why is that important I m the customer and wanted the issue to be addressed. After saying I would pay for diagnostic if they find something, if they don t why should I pay, he said they have to be paid, he said I need to know your gonna pay for diagnostic fee no matter what, I was so disappointed that wasn t a problem get my car fixed is what needed to be done. They told me they weren t doing a service - let s refuse her, because I have power and the real managers gone. Wow

THIS service DEFINITELY is a problem they missed a recall that didn t get fixed before and I took it to nissian and they found it right away.
I also seen a old man at the same time being treated the same way told if you don t like it leave.
I guess this service department doesn t need business they can turn old men and ladies away, because they did. Norman was jerking me around and was laughing smiling telling me to not say anything, while I was looking for my keys. Absolutely disappointed by his level of ethics and morals, to tell a customer I don t care I don t want your business and shut up.

Goood luck Norman and maybe you should get some training and people skills on how to do your job. Which is a service manager wow I feel sorry for everyone of his employees who have to deal with that and the old man who was told off too, how many other victims

I purchased my CR-V here. I was considering Rav4, but I was not satisfied with Toyota Dealers even though I like the car. So, I went to Kingsway Honda since here has good reviews. A sales man, Michael, welcomed me and gave me an advice and explained CR-V. I set up my budget for the car, and Michael tried to match the price. I was very happy, because there is no hassle at all. It was really easy to buy a car, and he did not push me at all. Most dealers asked me deposit so hard, and they were mad at me when I denied put the deposit. I had an issue that my fund is from US, so it might take time to wire-transfer to my Canadian account. So, I talked with Michael, and he helped me how to handle it. I am very happy with my new CR-V now. Michael also said that he will take care if there is any issue about the car. Thank you very much, Michael.

I couldn't be happier with my CR-V Black Edition and all the great service I've received from Destination Kingsway Honda.

They are very friendly and personable, and Honda's are great vehicles. There were some minor communications challenges encountered in my vehicle purchase unfortunately.

First of all most of the five star reviews on here are fake and done by employees.
These guys are just there for the sale. Doesn't care about the customer at all. Don't give guys any business, you are better off at another Honda. Note that the two hondas: destination burnaby Honda and Kingsway Honda are the same owners. They will price fix you if you only go to these two dealers. Other Honda dealers in the lower mainland have better knowledgeable staff and give much better customer service (and better discounts too).

This is my go-to Honda dealership for service! I seem to always cross paths with Alberto and he is so helpful to me every time! The service is efficient, reasonably priced and I always appreciate the special, unexpected extras (e.g., complimentary car wash, interior vacuuming). Highly recommend these guys to anyone that has a Honda!

Do not go to this dealership. My husband and I had the unfortunate circumstance of working with Kingsway Honda and Dee Der in the Finance department. Our credit situation was a tricky one and were were referred to this dealership. I had contacted them to see if they were able to help with our situation as we were tight for time and were looking for an answer. Dee let me know that she would do what she could and to send in a credit application with my information right away and she would be on it. I sent in my information and never hear anything from her until 3 days later when I reached out to confirm she received it. She assured me she had and that she would start working on it right away. I hear nothing from her until again I reached out on the following Monday. I spoke to her colleague who had no idea who I was and couldn't find a file for me, he assured me she would return my call when she arrived at 12. I never received a call and instead had to have my husband call while I was at work. When he got her on the phone she told him she didn't know who he was talking about and she would look into it. He then called back about an hour later and spoke to her again and magically she knew who I was when he brought up the email chain I had had with her. She said that she was busy and out of the office and would do her best. My husband re-stressed the urgency of the matter and she told us she was working on it. We heard nothing until Wednesday when we again had to try multiple times to get an update from her via phone and email. She finally answered and told me that she had recorded my VIN number wrong and I needed to resend it again. I resent my VIN and she responded inquiring for further information, which I provided immediately. We then again heard nothing from her until today when we tried multiple times via phone and email to get an update on our application. She said that she received an answer from the bank yesterday and that she meant to get back to us about the information she needed for them, along with a few other excuses on why she had been so unresponsive in the previous week and a half. She sent a form that I needed to get completed at 4:45 p.m. on a Friday before a long weekend, ensuring that I would not be able to get it completed in time because the office I needed it from was closed for the long weekend. She was not able to answer any of our questions, had no communication with us unless we initiated it, was rude, made excuses for everything and was very unprofessional. Ultimately, we have had to go to another dealership and have already received amazing customer service and compassion for our situation and for the horrible experience we received at Kingsway Honda.

There is excellent service experience,I suggest can find Kevin and Polly specially Polly,she had great trace care,please if you need to purchase a reliable vehicle, just call them.By the way there has a female manager cause me deduct one star.

Wonderful experience working with Pierre yesterday at Honda Kingsway! Had to take the car in for a recall for the airbag. Complementary coffee and tea. I went for lunch while I waited and they had a driver pick me up and drive me to the restaurant.

I didn't purchase my car here, but I took my 2007 Civic in for repairs (ICBC related) and I felt that their service people knew what they were doing. Since repairs are not done in-house the dealer was going to send out my car to local body shop and the dealership provided me with a courtesy car. Their service wasn't "through the roof" good, but they were direct and professional.

They provided me with another 2010 Honda Civic as a courtesy car. Considering that this IS a car dealership, I was hoping that their selection of courtesy cars would be more interesting (at least include a Honda Fit!). Also, the ICBC claims guy who was working at the dealership showed a little attitude, but that's probably partially because I went in at 7:30am on a Monday morning...

Despite being in the middle of Vancouver their building was spacious, easy to find and their parking was adequate. I was reluctant to come to this dealership after reading so many terrible reviews about car purchases, and to this day I haven no idea what their sales staff are like. But I felt that their technical staff was very efficient.

I had such a great experience working with Brian. He was really low pressure, knowledgeable, and kind to work with. I met with a few other dealerships and they just didn't give me the quality experience that both Brian & Kingsway Honda as a whole did. I didn't feel pressured or like they upsold me and they were really patient with all my questions. Couldn't recommend them more! Thanks so much, Brian :).

Stay away from this dealership - they only want your money, nothing else. Takes them 2 minutes to charge you security deposit and 45 minutes to refund it, should you change your mind. And don't expect them to service or call you after that, no matter how sincere you may be to buy it from them.

I recently purchased a 2016 Civic Coupe EX-T with Kingsway Honda. It was my very first time being at Kingsway Honda. Ayako Kagami was my Guest Advisor, her customer service was 100%. She was very attentive by giving me follow-up phone calls after my purchase and also follow-up emails. This dealership was very honest in doing their business. I have dealt with other dealerships that are not quite honest with their deals but definitely Kingsway Honda was very honest with what they offer you. From Ayako (Guest Advisor) to Jack (Sales Manager) and Vivian (Finance Manager) they were all very nice and did what they could to benefit me as a consumer. Definitely would recommend my friends and family to purchase a vehicle from Kingsway Honda

All the staff were very nice, especially Behnham. He was so helpful and I was happy to work with him. Since then, I had to go back to have something checked on the car, and the service staff were just as nice. I would recommend Kingsway Honda, Beynham and the service to anyone.

We went there to look at some new and used cars. We told the salesman that we were still shopping and we would go to several Honda dealers. Salesman right away started to badmouthing the other Honda dealers and said that we would be disappointed. We left and bought a car from one of the local Honda dealer and we were very happy as we had a good price, salesman was respectful and professional to us unlike the salesman at Kingsway Honda.

I never knew buying a car would be so easy until I visited kingsway Honda. I'm so happy with my new CRV. I would like to thank all those that made a process that I thought would be difficult be very easy. Kelvin, Igor, Glenn, Dziem and last but not at least Michael Tran who went above and beyond to help me find the perfect vehicle for me and my new baby boy. If you ever want the best service Kingsway Honda is the best place in the lower mainland. I will be buying all my Hondas from Kingsway from now on.

I bought a car from here 3 years ago and have had nothing but trouble with the dealership. There are a few really nice people here who make things enjoyable, but on average unless you talk to them specifically you will be disappointed. This Honda dealership is not customer service oriented, and they will attempt to do whatever they can to avoid helping you.

Brain is very knowledgeable and has been very helpful. Will definitely go back.
