A top notch Resort and a wonderful community. Totally enjoyed volunteering at the LPGA pure silk tournament. The golf course is beautiful, the staff is gracious and accommodating. Great place to play golf or relax.

Very nice resort with a ton of trails for walking and jogging. Features golf and tennis, neither are for me. 2 outdoor pools are currently open, as well as a small beach on the river. Accommodations are nice, although exteriors could stand to be maintained a little better. It was great to have a living room, full kitchen, dining table and two separate bathrooms for 2 adults and 2 kids. Wi-fi is not great, but works for general use. All employees we interacted with were incredibly friendly and helpful. All in all a nice stay.

I would definitely come back here, but stay longer than 2 days!! When we first arrived the security gate gentleman was very friendly and made a great first impression! You could tell he loved his job! We were able to check in when we arrived at 330 and front desk staff was very nice and timely. Our room was really nice just the standard queen room with a view of the golf course. Bathroom was really nice too! There was a stain on the edge of the bed sheet maybe coffee but didn't bother us. The river pool was amazing perfect temperature! Pool check in staff were friendly and handed us towels when checking in. We also used the fitness center it was perfect too! We didn't use the shuttle service as everything was just a walk away. We didn't rent anything but did go down to look at the James River by the Marina and it was a nice area. Overall I think it was the perfect place to stay close to a lot of stuff!

First impressions are lasting ones. Front desk checkin was below par for a 3 star let alone a 4 plus star. After an hour wait I was given story after story. Upon entering my room the ceiling air return was filthy and the filter was equally as dirty. There was also a dirty cleaning rag in my bathroom. Not a 2.5 star performance.

Lots of bugs but resort has decent restaurants nice views and golf courses not kept as well as the price they charge. Nothing is a deal breaker and if probably give it another chance. I just hope they clean up certain things.

Beautiful resort inside and out with a great deal of activities to enjoy. Guests have access to the on-site golf course, tennis courts, racquetball and marina equipped with various recreational water sports. Excellent restaurant as well as an indoor/outdoor pool and spa plus sauna.

My wife and I stayed for two nights, and it was a pretty crummy experience. First, the rooms were extra small and old for the price we paid. The decor was outdated, the tv was ancient, the caulking around the tub was coming off, and you could hear every single sound from the room above you and beside you. No expectation of privacy. There were no chairs on our mini porch, so we could not even enjoy sitting out on the patio. There were very limited services available. I understand COVID precautions, but other hotels have created workarounds to keep people safe. The SPA was cool, but it felt like they expected an 18% tip, which I thought was a bit much for not having operating showers and other amenities. My wife and I could not get a couple's massage, we have to book two separate times, which took away from the experience. The price should go down since there are fewer things available. If you cannot provide the full service, then pricing should go down.

The grounds are very big and manicured. The place in general was pretty comfortable but missing in attention.
We stayed in a one bedroom and it's definitely comfortable and well equipped for a small family.
With that said, the unit had some wear on it. Bathroom faucet was leaking we called for a repair. We come back, try it again and it leaks again first time we use it. Someone just checked a box instead of doing their job. Seems emblematic to our experience, our room was booked for 2 adults and 2 kids fold out couch had no pillows. We took pillows from the bedroom. The next day we come back, instead of bringing extra pillows they put the pillows back in the bedroom. Parking was pretty tight next to the rooms. Minimal interaction with the staff.
Indoor pool was very busy when we were there, probably because outdoor pool was too cold. There was a soda machine by the pool and off course it was broken. Gym was pretty small.

Went for Thanksgiving weekend end. The staff is awesome! The room was very clean and any issue we had was quickly corrected.

My main ding is with Thanksgiving dinner, it was a turkey roll, yup, nice expensive package and they do not serve fresh roasted turkey, but some meat processed thing. All the sides were out of this world!

First I want to say that we lived in the Kingsmill neighborhood for many years. Second, my son and I golfed many times on all of the courses. We stay at the resort when returning to visit the area. Great place to stay and golf. Thanks.

The resort was very nice. The amenities were great for any age. The lazy river and pool were a hit for the kids. The spa was a hit for Mom. The compound was very walkable and the offered shuttles to the attractions off compound. There was a restaurant choice for everyone.

This is a gorgeous resort but just didnt meet my needs. Everything is too far. Needed to drive to the lobby, pool and restaurants. Room service was expensive. Service and cleanliness was great. Everyone was awesome. It was slightly overpriced.

Loved the resort, it's staff, services and food. Only negative that I believe may not be within their control is the spider population. But the location is magnificent and you must deal with insects in such locations.

I'm only given this resort 3 stars because.. I was recently there and my boyfriend and his daughter where going fishing.. While renting the fishing equipment a man told my bf daughter that they use live bait.. (nightcrawler) at the resort my bf daughter says "Ewwworms" the service man assisting us said " Dont worry dear worms like chocolate "..I felt offended and so did my family I am a biracial woman my bf and his daughter are full African American.. How do you say that to someone? And it's not some run down hotel.. Its pretty expensive. None the less this is unacceptable.. but that definitely left a bad taste in my mouth.. So I'm not sure I will ever visit this location again.. Our room was beautiful. Housekeeping was great.. But the other services we got truly has made me upset and angry. That this day and age you would tolerate this behavior at such a upscale place..

This place is absolutely beautiful. We booked the 2 bedroom room. The room was modern, clean, spacious, and had updated appliances along with cutlery. Tvs were fairly (with hdmi switches for your own devices, nice touch!). We tried elements restaurant and it was great. Facilities were updated. Landscaping was magnificent. Hate to leave this place!

You want to see a beautiful view. How about eating an elegant dish made by grade A chefs. Drinking a selection of their best beverages. On a balcony, while the sun is setting on the James River. Can't get better than this. This place is the best.Iys worth it

Beautiful grounds and great service (every staff member at Kingsmill was very pleasant). Our room was wonderful. Clean, bright, cool, and had a terrific view from the balcony. Elements 1010 restaurant was excellent (server seemed new and didn't anticipate our wants well - like keeping the coffee cups full and bringing an extra plate since we were sharing the breakfast) but she was pleasant. Wouldn't recommend the short rib hash. Kind of dry. Outdoor seating was nice. The pool and lazy river we're cool and refreshing and the servers on the deck hussled to take care of everyone. All in all a great experience at Kingsmill Resort. We'll be back.

Do not waste your time or money!!!! If you plan on spending this much money you expect to have adequate parking. What you get is coming in at night to not find a space anywhere near the unit. You have to drag tired kids to front desk only to get the explanation that "if there are owners on site that have extra guests this happens." You will have a decent view in a small outdated room, no parking and no real plan to accommodate you other than a shuttle and inconvenience. Trust me... there are quaint places in Williamsburg with much better parking plan and equality for all guests. Overrated and outdated. Poor parking and no resolution.
