Marvin arrived a few minutes early. Assisted us getting our extra luggage from house. The car was very clean and extremely comfortable. Marvin was pleasant and a very good driver. I would recommend this company and Marvin to anyone.
Driver was very personable and was prompt and on time. The limo was equipped with all that we needed this day and the price was very competitive. I saw a big crack in the window of the limo and some of the A/C vents were broken. The limo aesthetics could be improved. But otherwise a pleasant ride and fun for all!

I use their car service a couple of times/month and I'm very pleased with the service offerred. I did (reluctantly) drop a star as a couple of times there were smoke smells in the car, and/or broken vents. However, the fleet does seem to be kept well wiped down and vacuumed.
The drivers are always on time, always look sharp and the cars are always clean.

We used Kings limo to have my in-laws picked up at the airport while we were out of town. They did a great job and were very patient with them and made sure they got back to our place safe and sound. I would definitely use them again.

From the beginning when I called to make arrangements I could not have been treated any better. The representative helped schedule my pickup time right through to my arrival at the airport. Both the rep and driver were professionals. I will definitely use their service again and I highly recommend them.
I made a reservation for my executive on November 5, 2019 and received a cancellation saying they no longer provide service to Tallahassee even though their website said they did at that time. Thinking all was well, I later found that it was NOT after seeing $5k in charges from this company on our corporate card!!! I called the company on November 12, 2019 and the manager stated the charges were an accounting error and was assured all charges would be removed. Well almost 1 year later, we're STILL trying to get these charges removed! I called today and was told the "office manager" would need to get back to me and still nothing. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
Highly recommend. My daughter and her friends night was special. Next event I will use their services again. They were professional from booking to drop off. I called many places and they were the most accommodating and friendly.

My wife and I recently had Kings Executive Limo & Car Service take us to and from the Port of Tampa for a recent trip. The driver, car, and overall service were outstanding. The next time you are in need of a ride, give them a call. You won't be disappointed.
They charged me in full twice for the service when the service has not even happened. I asked for a refund for one of the charges. Never received refund. I then cancelled my reservation. Trying to get both charges back and still not a call or refund for almost 2 weeks. Each time I called they said the manager would call me back. But no phone call back either. I would not recommend this company at all. They owe me $1,274.00 and have not received it back. I am going to have to call my bank to dispute these charges. DO NOT USE THEM!!!
Kings Limo is a quality business. Their communication is wonderful from the very first time you contact them. They make sure to contact you to confirm all details before and right up until the pickup is made. We have used them several times and will continue.

Our family used King's Executive Limo for our wedding and we were very disappointed. Our venue was less than a mile from King's Executive so we figured that this was an excellent choice. The limo showed up 5 minutes before we were supposed to be at the church so we were late for the wedding. We couldn't really enjoy the experience of riding in the limo because we were worried about being late. The driver wasn't very helpful or courteous, he didn't open the door for us or try to help with getting in or out of the car. Being that this was for a wedding I would have expected a much better value than what the price was. I would not recommend using this service.

Frednnie was discreetly waiting for me, in impeccable livery, at baggage claim when I arrived in Tampa at 1 AM. Friendly, courteous and attentive he drove exceptionally well and safely delivered me to my son s home. I was sorry to see him drive away because we had similar interests. You know you re with an exceptional driver when he can guide the usual pleasantries to the client s interests and carry on an intelligent conversation, all the while minding the traffic and the road. Our driver arrived right on time to pick up the bride and her party. The silver and black limo was clean and sharp looking. The chauffer was professional and polite. He also had to deal with several speed bumps that could have high centered the car, but he navigated them perfectly. After the wedding, the entire wedding party was transported quickly and safely to the reception 20 miles away. I would highly recommend Kings Executive Limo for their professional drivers and clean cars.

I reserved a limo from Kings Executive Limo for pick to Tampa International Airport on 03/02/18 and return from Tampa International Airport on 03/10/18 for my elderly father. The initial trip to the airport was on time and without incident. However, the return trip was not. In fact, the return trip never actually occurred, even though it was booked correctly and confirmed. The flight landed on time at 1:04 a.m. When my father got his bags and went to look for the limo, it was nowhere to be found. He called the office number and reached someone who told him that "They couldn't locate the driver", but the would call him back. After about 15 minutes, he called them back again, but was again told that they could not locate the driver and that there was nothing else they could do. They had no backup driver, no other company to refer him to, nothing! TERRIBLE COMPANY! I don't care what the other reviews say, don't use them! Later on that morning at about 9:30 a.m., I called to speak to someone about this incident and was told that a manager would be in at 10:00 a.m. and would call me back when they arrived...I'm still waiting for that call 2 days later! No one has called with an explanation or an apology. But I guess I should not expect much from a company that would leave their customers stranded at the airport. Do yourself a favor, use another limo service!
