I made a reservation for my executive on November ...

I made a reservation for my executive on November 5, 2019 and received a cancellation saying they no longer provide service to Tallahassee even though their website said they did at that time. Thinking all was well, I later found that it was NOT after seeing $5k in charges from this company on our corporate card!!! I called the company on November 12, 2019 and the manager stated the charges were an accounting error and was assured all charges would be removed. Well almost 1 year later, we're STILL trying to get these charges removed! I called today and was told the "office manager" would need to get back to me and still nothing. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
