This is Sreenivasa Rao, iam having Hundai I10 Bluedrive car. Car no: AP09CM8109.
My car fuel pipe cut by rats recently on 24.10.2014, same day i have given to hundai service centre to replace this part at sanathnagar, Hyderabad.

This problem ( fuel pipe cut by rats and fuel is leaking heavily) repeated twice in two months.In my view this is basic design problem, if the fuel pipe is cut by rats and fuel is leaking ( near engine heavily), it is very dangerous and there is no safety to customer. Due to this car may blast. This is absolutely design problem.

Hence requesting you to change the design it may be completely metal pipe till engine connection or some protection for flexible pipe you have to provide. As a reputed company you have to take proper action on this immediately.

I am sorry I had to give a one star. But I am not sure why did an Electronic module that controls the ABS in Hyundai Creta had failed in the first place. This looks like a design or OEM product failure from the ABS module supplier. Without this the dealership/service is just insisting on changing it, without root cause analysis. This failure has been widely reported by other users too. I would like to know how do you want to address the same or if there has been any improvement that has been made to it. Because ABS is safety module and I am really losing faith and confidence to take this vehicle out in future. The car is still in workshop for the last 1 month, and it was not diagnosed or addressed when it was sent for preventive Maintenance just a few weeks before this problem occurred.
