I never had the best experience than this... I loved the Hyatt... For sure... If you want to get a better experience in Dar es salaam city... Please pay your visit to the Hyatt Regency Hotel Dar es salaam... You won't regret... You will be able to have an opportunity to view Indian Ocean and the Dar es salaam port from the top of the building... With a good natural air conditioning... To me I loved the place...

Also it's workers are so welcoming they won't let you suffer... They are so directive to the customers... Congratulations to the Hyatt Regency team... You are offering an amazing service that would be great for all the visitors... Congratulations once again...

The best Hotel in Dar es Salaam, it is surrounded with beautiful enviroment and you can view the Indian ocean from the rooftop. You must visit this place.

Be it business or leisure ,you have arrived .. The spa is awesome, food and services excellent . try the oriental restaurant at mezzanine and you will have lasting memory.

Excellent hotel. Beautiful ambience, Restaurant, poolside. I found the 24/7 car hire service very useful. I must commend the service of the hotel staff also. . The rooms with seaside view is a must. Sunday live band in the palm restaurant was lovely.

5 star Just 5 star. Enough assorted restaurants ,beautifull swimming pool, Sportsbar, Business lounge, Fitness Gym, Spa...

Its a nice place. Cool and enjoyable. No noise at all.

Great staff. The chef, Adelard, cooked me dinner/breakfast at 4 AM when he didn't have to, and it was delicious. The rest of the staff was extremely friendly, and helped out a travelling American in a pinch.

Overall it's good but food is not up to their mark.

They gave me sanitery towels when I needed them the most.
Food was delicious.
But customer service with some stuff was not so friendly.

Dirty rooms, sheets, they charge for nothing extra ordinary, 2 star level customer care, no outside breakfast or dining tables for smoking customers.

Very Secure, Nice Roof Bar, Prices are abit not friendly for median income locals, Its beautiful inside nice buffet options, and halls for hosting Corporate events.
