Kilimanjaro Hotel Kempinski - Dar es Salaam Reviews

I stayed there for 4 nights on 17-21 November 2019 and I lost all of my USD at the hotel restaurant on my first day morning breakfast. The response was very poor from the hotel Manager. So many reason and promises from him with no action for help since he knows that I will only stay for 4 days and leaving the country anyway. Seems covering something. Pity for Hyatt to have the dishonest staff and unprofessional Manager. Only ruin the reputation.

Ambience and Service is Top Notch ! Staff are always welcoming and with a Smile ! Level 8 is a must experience to have a view of the harbour and enjoy the evening with drinks with family or loved ones !

Reach breakfast and great service! The only interaction with the staff is to say that everything just perfect!

The Sunday Buffet is amazing! It tops even high end U.S. buffets, and is very reasonable at 70,000 shillings a person.

Executive and luxury suites, two restaurants and rooftop bar area with an ocean view and excellent service.

Amazing, clean and a beautiful hotel. The staff are very friendly, helpful and the food is just too good! The hotel has a casino, a local, Indian and Asian and continental cuisine.

Very expensive . It was . Now more . No Xmas spirit or Deco. I am a regular client . I expected more this season .
