the woman staci who works in the Kia customer service department is the rudest, most unprofessional woman I've ever dealt with. I called to schedule an appointment to have a tire replaced. She gave me a quote, and I explained to her that I purchased an additional tire warranty for my leased vehicle so my tire should be covered under that warranty. My car has also been here before and I have used this warranty to replace a previous tire at the same location. I asked her if she could look up my warranty she said no. I asked if she could look up my warranty based on my last visit here, since that's how it was paid for before, she said no. I told her no problem I'll bring in my warranty paper when I come for my appointment. I came today for my appointment and she gave me the same quote. So again I explain to her I have tire warranty. She continues to tell me no I do not she does not see anything there about any additional warranty. So I pulled up my piece of paper and gave it to her explaining my purchased warranty. She then continues to tell me that no that is not my warranty for a tire it is a warranty for a key replacement. I turned the page of the contract over and pointed to where it says tire and rim coverage and showed her this is my tire warranty. Never once did she apologize for being wrong and continuously telling me multiple times I did not have a warranty. I don't understand how I can buy a warranty for my leased vehicle from Kia but anytime I have to use the warranty no one can ever find such warranty unless I bring in the piece of paper. So if I lose this piece of paper does that now mean I have no warranty? I find it hard to believe that nobody anywhere in this building can look up my warranty information that I pay for monthly. She continued to be rude with her snobby attitude. Sorry you're not getting $200 out of me for a tire that is covered under my warranty. Long story short I got my tire replaced, I didn't have to pay for it since it is covered under my warranty, I just wish there was somewhere else I could go and take my vehicle instead of coming here and dealing with Stacey's attitude anytime I have to go through my warranty. It's like she personally gets offended and aggravated that I'm not paying for something that's covered on my warranty. Someone should talk to her about her attitude and behavior with customers, and educate her on warranties and policies . Also someone should take a picture of my warranty and attach it to my file somewhere so next time I call I don't have to argue with her about having a warranty in her repeatedly tell me know when she clearly has no idea what she's talking about.
