I recently purchased a 2014 Kia Optima at Commonwealth Kia and the process could not have been easier. Edgar Ayala is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. I was interested in several different makes & models and he patiently showed me all the cars and answered all my questions. There was no pressure as I took some time to make my decision. The purchase process was very easy. The staff at Commonwealth did all the running and Edgar kept me updated on the status. When I picked up the car Edgar took all the time I needed for a full walk through and explanation of all the features. He has since followed up with me a couple of times. I am very pleased with the experience I had at Commonwealth Motors.

My wife and I recently had an exceptional experience at Commonwealth Kia. Bob Nerden was our Salesperson; he listened to us and we were treated fairly and never felt pressured. The Sales Manager Shaun Berryman worked with Bob and us and helped finalize a great lease deal on a 2017 Kia Sorento. The whole process literally took about an hour and a half on a Friday evening and was actually enjoyable. We never felt rushed but it was also nice that we could complete the deal quickly, with mutual respect, and without spending hours and hours at the dealership. They gave us a fair trade on my wife's 2006 Toyota Sienna and I was so glad they didn't hold the keys hostage on us after the appraisal!! That was refreshing!! Once we had an agreed upon deal we wrapped up the paperwork with Eric Krist the Business Manager who was also a pleasure to work with and who also was clearly on his game just like everybody else. When it is my time to replace my car I won't even think twice about going back to Commonwealth Motors! Thanks!!

I went to Kia commonwealth to check out what they had that would fit my requirements. Told them what I was looking for & they had one vehicle that was within my budget. No pressure from the sales people. My salesman, Bob, was friendly and very helpful. It was a pleasant experience working with him. He worked with me until I was comfortable with the financing. I bought the car that day. The process was pretty fast and easy. Love my new car. Commonwealth was great to work with.

Went to three different Kia dealers and shopped Commonwealth Kia last. I loved it. Bob McLean, Shaun Berryman, and Eric Kris provided much help and excellent service. Bob and Shaun were able to find the specific vehicle I wanted and made purchasing a very smooth and easy experience. Eric made the paperwork a trouble free process and without any hassle. Will definitely want to work with this team for my next Kia purchase! The Kia dealership itself is nice and and the car is excellent! Very happy with the Kia Soul! and the team at Commonwealth Kia!

My husband and I had a good experience, which enabled us to pick out the SUV we wanted. The salesmen were all nice, we told them how we wanted to look for and SUV but we had to first look for comfort, one that was spacious, and a good price and color. they left us to shop and compare. We visited several times before we decided what we were buying. Our salesman was Bob Nerden, he was very nice, helpful, and humorous.

My husband and I recently purchased a 2014 Kia Sorento from Edgar of Commonwealth Motors in Lawrence, MA. The dealership, especially Edgar, were absolutely amazing! We are so happy with the service and help we are still receiving two weeks later from this dealership. I would suggest this dealership and our sales person, Edgar, to anyone who is looking for a car at any of the Commonwealth dealerships because he can help you with any of those cars- not just a Kia.

Recently purchased a 2016 Kia Sportage from Commonwealth. We are pleased with the vehicle and our experience at Commonwealth. The salesman Robert Nerden located a vehicle that we were interested in and had the features we wanted. He respected our decision to look elsewhere to see prices for similar vehicles. No pressure to purchase was applied. Everything was handled professionally, including delivery of the vehicle. We were even instructed on how to drive the vehicle during the break in period. This was a pleasant purchase experience.

We were just starting to look at vehicles and ended up purchasing a new Kia within an hour and a half of arriving at the dealership. We had purchased a Kia for our daughter 3 years ago and have always been pleased and impressed with the sales and service we have received. Shaun Berryman was very accommodating and assigned us to Bob Nerden to work with. Bob was the consummate professional; knowledgeable, patient, flexible and also very funny! The entire experience was smooth and we couldn't be more pleased. If you're in the market for a car, do yourself a favor and go see Shaun and Bob at Commonwealth Kia. This is the way cars are SUPPOSED to be sold.

We have now leased 2 vehicles with Commonwealth and have had Zeke as our sales person both times. He's wonderful! Always welcoming and friendly and very helpful in finding something to meet our needs and budget but never making us feel pressured. Excellent Dealership

It was a great overall experience. I always have dreaded buying a vehicle with the high pressured sales people.

At Commonwealth Kia, I experienced none of that. My sales person Bel was amazing. Easy to work with, friendly and no pressure.

My new vehicle wouldn't be ready until the next day and I live an hour away. Bel once again came through and the next day

drove the new Kia to my home and picked up my trade in.. She was informative about the car and took the time to show me all the

features. I couldn't ask for a better sales person. Bel is the best!!!

The finance manager Herrim was also friendly and easy to work with.

Commonwealth Kia has an overall great staff of employees. I wouldn't hesitate to send anyone to this dealer!!

My daughter and future son in law where looking to trade in their Kia for a new one. They asked me to go since this was their 1st time buying a new car.
Xavier came out and introduced himself and it was 7pm and they close at 8. After looking at 3 vehicles and 2 test drives he was not pushy at all. We sat down and after they decided on a 2019 Forte we talked numbers. I was their to negotiate. After a few times not only did they get what they wanted the payments were a little less.
We left there at 10pm and they did not rush us at all. I know a sale is a sale but the professionalism was outstanding.

Wish I could give zero stars. Been bringing my car...

Wish I could give zero stars. Been bringing my car here for 2 years to fix this problem. Warranty is only as good as Kia Service's willingness and ability to find and fix problem. Today was 5th and final chance to keep my business. Made Saturday appt so I could test drive with tech to reproduce and show him the problem.

Didn't honor appt. Waited 2 hours for them to "fit me in." Took car on test drive without me - the entire reason I brought car in and sat in stupid waiting room for 2 hours on beautiful, sunny, warm Saturday morning.

Tech couldn't reproduce issue test driving without me. Too busy to go test drive again. Told me probably bad gas and I should run through full tank and come back. Told them i'd been there at least 4 times over the last 2 years and that gas is not the problem - and that I was not coming back. Then service desk tech Corrected me - said I had only been there twice. Told me to come behind the counter and see my history for myself.

Listen, I wish I could forget the now 5 miserable and wasted experiences i've had with Commonwealth Kia Service - but I was there - and you obviously don't respect me or my time.

Thanks for correcting me - I'm stupid and taking my business anywhere else.

Great experience buying a new car from this dealer. I will recommend this dealer to all my friends and family. I was especially pleased with Salesman Robert Nerden. They beat 2 other dealers by hundreds of $$. Very please with the Kia Niro it's great on milage, first tank 49 mpg and the second is 51 mpg. 50/50 highway and city. Sticker said 43 for touring

Our experience began with email information from Cassandra, who checked in consistently and updated us on pricing and availability. Our sales person was Ivan, who was excellent. He actually greeted me in the parking lot when I arrived to purchase the vehicle, without any prior appointment or notice. The turn around time within the dealership for the purchase was less than two hours. This is top notch based on my prior experiences in purchasing and leasing vehicles. We opted to purchase three accessories (roof cross bars, remote starter, and all weather mats), all of which were available and installed same-day. Ivan helped setup the Uvo system and went through some specifics of the vehicle. We worked with Chris for financing, who was also excellent. Overall, this was the most positive car-buying experience we've had and will absolutely recommend your dealership and will be repeat customers ourselves. Thank you.

Excellent overall experience. Great people working there, awesome customer service, huge waiting area with tv & a section for small children to play in, and the complimentary shuttle service was phenomenal, too. I was in good, safe hands with the shuttle driver, Steve, I'd even brought my daughter along for the ride when he came back to pick me up a few hours later at home once my car was ready. I had an incredible mechanic, Madison Bailey, whom I HIGHLY recommend to anyone having a Kia serviced!

Having previously purchased 2 Kia vehicles before, I already knew the quality of the product. My biggest choice was the dealership to buy from. Commonwealth Kia had a very easy to use website that I was able to find all the information I needed very quickly, as well as attractive incentives. Bob Nerden greeted me within two minutes of my arrival. He was very knowledgeable of his product and made me feel at ease on the lot. Through the negotiations he was honest and upfront and kept me at ease. After purchasing the car, he took the time to show me how to use all the features. I was very pleased with both deal I received and the service Bob offered. My wife's lease on her Sportage will expire next year and we're already planning to see Bob when the time comes.

Warranty is a scam don't buy it. They give a bunch of excuses not to fix problems. First was my tire. It kept saying low over and over. They checked it said they sealed it and it would be good. Still Continued to leak so they said I had a bent rim. I went and got four new tires at a different place for a cheaper price and the leak surprisingly stopped. Most recently I went in as my auto hold light came on and stayed on. I was told my warranty wont cover it because I did my breaks elsewhere. I was then told that I could pay $120 for them to look into it to see if its a manufacturers default. I have already paid an extra couple thousand for the extended warranty which means nothing apparently. I called the mechanic that did my work on my breaks and he said he would talk to the dealership but they wanted nothing to do with it. I asked the service manager if the computer system is put to the car the calibers retract automatically and he agreed. So if the mechanic messed something up while fixing the car then both caliber motors would be ruined not just one. To top it all off now my aux outlet doesn't work after my visit on 4/29/17 when it was working perfectly fine before. I will never buy a car from this place again and I will make sure anyone I know doesn't either.

Wouldn t even give 1 star but have to in order to leave a review! We called and spoke to a sales woman on the phone. She quoted us a price for a white sorento. We specifically asked if we drive there will they honor that price and she said absolutely she spoke to Eric Krist and he said they would honor it.
We got to the dealership after a 45 minute drive and they gave us the run around for 4 hours. First he said that the white one is not available for that price. He said the brown one was available for that price. So we said OK will take the brown one. He came back after about 20 minutes in the back doing the numbers and said oh sorry you need to be military to get that discount. He knew full well that we were not and they never said you have to be military to get it. They lied about the price and made us drive 45 minutes just to get us in the door. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THEM TO MY ENEMY! Asked to speak to another manager and they said there was only one. They lie to get you in the door and don t beat anyone s price! They don t even honor their own price they give over the phone!

Jesse in your service department is by far one of the best people I've ever come in contact with at a dealership. He's smart, funny and really knows his stuff. I came in with a major issue that wasn't happening all the time and he not only fixed my issue, but in a timely manner. He was about to explain everything to me in a way that I can understand and I felt comfortable to make the repair purchase. His customer service skills are top notch. I'll be coming back over and over as long as he's there. Give this guy a bonus for going the extra mile.

Great dealership! Nicole Carrasco (Business Development Specialist), Bob Nerden (Salesman) and Eric Krist (Finance). All three individuals worked incredibly hard to ensure that I got the car I wanted (actually it had more convenience features than I was looking for, so happy about that) and for the price I wanted. They worked around my incredibly busy schedule including staying after they closed because of traffic I arrived late for our meeting. Bob is incredible. My car was not on the lot. He kept me well informed of the progress. Provided a very quick (to ensure we weren t there all day) but informative tour of all the new/fun convenience features of the vehicle! He helped set up certain applications like pairing my phone and if I had a power cord at the time, he would have helped with setting up Car Play but he showed/told me how to do it. Last, he followed up to make sure that I spoke with my insurance company, remind me to pick up my new registration and have my new vehicle inspected. The inspection is free the first time. Truly can't ask for better customer service!

My experience with Commonwealth Motos has always been tremendous, and this time was no different.
My lease vehicle was up and my salesman, Christian Gomez met all my criteria I was hoping for, and then some. Professional attitude along with his humorous side....we clicked right from the start. In these uncertain times you would think it would be rushed to make a sale but Christian dotted all the i's and crossed the t's before he got me to sign.
The outcome was a 2020 Kia Sportage great car, outstanding warranty and great Kia Service when needed.
Go ahead give Christian a a call today and get yourself in a new car.

It was a nice atmosphere. However, when I told the salesman that I did not want to purchase a car that day, but receive information because I wanted to consult with my mother first, the manager kept asking "What can I do for you to buy this car today" and I repeatedly replied with "Nothing, I wish to speak to my mother about this first". It was slightly frustrating since this is my first car and I wanted a hassle free experience. I do enjoy my car but I wish I was more informed about the Specs of the car. I wish the different types of cars were a bit more explained. I wish I went with a Volkswagen, to be completely honest. Also, they never alerted us for the first month's payment via email or mail. We were told that the first month was covered. Second month, we're hit with a bill for first and second month payment plus late fees. It was frustrating to say the least.

My wife and I had shopped around for deals on our next SUV and decided to try Commonwealth, bearing some faith in the slogan "Shop us Last, You'll love us"!

All I can say is we are so glad that we did. We've owned many vehicles over the years and became accustomed to the dreaded haggling and lengthy experience of committing a full 6-8 hours at a dealership to agree on a deal.

Our salesman Zeke, was quick, direct and saw that we had more of an interest in building a relationship with a dealer. The entire deal took only a few hours and we picked up the car 2 days later and we love it.

We were even floored to receive "thank you" cookies a week later.

Commonwealth certainly gets the significance in the personal touches. We'll be back!

I leased the 2013 Kia Optima, worked on the deal with Bob Nerden. Bob was very friendly, very patient, explained all the bells and whistles that the car has to offer, he's very helpful and knowledgeable, something I appreciated more and more as I was looking into other cars and dealerships. The deal was really smooth, very quick and easy going transaction, no hassles whatsoever. Very friendly staff and answered patiently all the questions we had.

I would definitely recommend Commonwealth Kia, and Bob Nerden in particular.

I never usually write reviews, but I wanted to make sure I put this out there because this dealership is the one you want to deal with! These guys really make the buying process easy, and our sales rep Gary K was very helpful, and if I ever decide to buy another car in the future, this will be the ONLY one I work with. I used to dread going to look at cars, but it's different here. My husband and I will defiantly spread the word.

Now that I m quarantined, trying to make positive use of my time. When I was visiting my sister is Worchester, we had to take my car in for service. This was before Christmas so not sure if I have the guy s name right. It was a girl s name Jamie or Jess or something can t quite remember but he made the service excellent and had a great sense of humor that made you feel comfortable when having to pay lots of money for service. The place was clean and efficient. 5 stars for yall so you can keep getting customers your way!

I went to Commonwealth Kia a couple months ago looking for a new Cadenza. They didn't have the color combination that I wanted (white with white nappa leather interior) so I found one at another dealer more than an hour away from me. So I buy the car at the other dealer. Fast forward a month later I bring my Cadenza to Commonwealth for my first oil change with no problems. So on 12/4/14 I went to Commonwealth to purchase a 10 year 100,000 extended warranty with only 4500 miles on my car. I spoke to Shawn the sales manager and he tells me that because I didn't purchase my $44,000 Kia from Commonwealth that they wont sell me an extended warranty. Well I guess at this point I'll take my $1800 for the warranty and my service business elsewhere.

This was our first experience at Commonwealth Motors. Our sales guy, Zeke was terrific. He was friendly, very knowledgeable, and more than willing willing to work with us as well as answer any questions we had. He was by far the best salesman we have ever worked with at any auto dealership. My only disappointment, was that we still had to play "the pricing game" to come up with our final net price. If it wasn't for that. we would have rated this a 5 +star experience

Everything was made to be very clear and was explained in terms a first-time buyer could understand. Lots of support was lined up for servicing my car down the line. It was a truly great first experience! I'd 100% recommend Commonwealth Kia, and especially Sunny!

the woman staci who works in the Kia customer service department is the rudest, most unprofessional woman I've ever dealt with. I called to schedule an appointment to have a tire replaced. She gave me a quote, and I explained to her that I purchased an additional tire warranty for my leased vehicle so my tire should be covered under that warranty. My car has also been here before and I have used this warranty to replace a previous tire at the same location. I asked her if she could look up my warranty she said no. I asked if she could look up my warranty based on my last visit here, since that's how it was paid for before, she said no. I told her no problem I'll bring in my warranty paper when I come for my appointment. I came today for my appointment and she gave me the same quote. So again I explain to her I have tire warranty. She continues to tell me no I do not she does not see anything there about any additional warranty. So I pulled up my piece of paper and gave it to her explaining my purchased warranty. She then continues to tell me that no that is not my warranty for a tire it is a warranty for a key replacement. I turned the page of the contract over and pointed to where it says tire and rim coverage and showed her this is my tire warranty. Never once did she apologize for being wrong and continuously telling me multiple times I did not have a warranty. I don't understand how I can buy a warranty for my leased vehicle from Kia but anytime I have to use the warranty no one can ever find such warranty unless I bring in the piece of paper. So if I lose this piece of paper does that now mean I have no warranty? I find it hard to believe that nobody anywhere in this building can look up my warranty information that I pay for monthly. She continued to be rude with her snobby attitude. Sorry you're not getting $200 out of me for a tire that is covered under my warranty. Long story short I got my tire replaced, I didn't have to pay for it since it is covered under my warranty, I just wish there was somewhere else I could go and take my vehicle instead of coming here and dealing with Stacey's attitude anytime I have to go through my warranty. It's like she personally gets offended and aggravated that I'm not paying for something that's covered on my warranty. Someone should talk to her about her attitude and behavior with customers, and educate her on warranties and policies . Also someone should take a picture of my warranty and attach it to my file somewhere so next time I call I don't have to argue with her about having a warranty in her repeatedly tell me know when she clearly has no idea what she's talking about.

We have had EXCELLENT service at Commonwealth Kia every time we've been. Our car (AKA "Kiki") is awesome and we have no complaints. We've had her for a year and a half and have had several oil changes at Commonwealth. There customer service department is friendly, service is timely, price is right, and there waiting room area is clean and tidy! Very thankful for there quality service :)
