Having previously purchased 2 Kia vehicles before, I already knew the quality of the product. My biggest choice was the dealership to buy from. Bob Nerden greeted me within two minutes of my arrival. He was very knowledgeable of his product and made me feel at ease on the lot. Through the negotiations he was honest and upfront and kept me at ease. After purchasing the car, he took the time to show me how to use all the features. I was very pleased with both deal I received and the service Bob offered. My wife's lease on her Sportage will expire next year and we're already planning to see Bob when the time comes.
