NOT to be trusted EVER. Horrible. And raised my hourly rate without ever divulging to me! Paid this place and Mr "Bendover," over $25,000 for nothing! But more importantly wasted 2 valuable years in which the Estate was being bled dry (of which I was entitled to 1/3 of the Estate, since I am one of 3 adult children of the deceased and he clearly made his last wishes for me to be 1/3 heir to all...but his two unethical sons in Dayton, made sure I got cheated, because our father made them co-trustees, with me next in line, if they could not serve, since I was on the west coast...) I hired Wood Lamping's ("Bendover")to PROTECT ME AND Represent me against 2 bad trustees in a large value Estate Case Dayton. And yet Mr "Bendover"never even subpoenaed ONE single bank record! if he had, (like my successor atty did) he could have seen the blatant fraud and thievery! And Mr "Bendover" misrepresented his expertise with these kind of cases! (mispresented his expertise, to get me to retain him, as I am in Calif and could not find a Dayton atty who did not have a conflict of interest, since Tanner family and well-known, large business in Dayton, had so many legal cases over the decades, with such large reach and contamination) Later, Mr "Bendover" admitted under oath, he had NEVER handled a bad trustees or large value Estate case). Yet the meter just kept on running, padding the bills and also increased the hourly rate without notice! (this was found by the panel of lawyers when I filed a complaint!). BAD BAD KARMA and he finally called-in another atty when he saw it was too much for him to handle and that atty "Kevin" was rude and accidentally sent me an email intended for Mr "Bendover!" which contained nasty insults and ridicule. (yet I never met either gentleman and I use that term very loosely!) and only spoke to "Kevin" on the phone once, when he called to introduce himself and tell me he was going to be assisting on the case, so DOUBLE the billable hours! So unfair, that they phone me to introduce a new lawyer on the case sine the original one was incompetent and needed help, yet I'm billed hundred of dollars for a 5 min phone for the new guy to introduce himself! wow! Quite a little scam going on in the legal profession! NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL! AVOID THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WNAT TO BE RIPPED-OFF by people who don't know what they're doing but will lie to your face, just to get you to sign-on as a client, and as a client, you'll have to pay in advance, even though you won't know the QUALITY of their work, nor the true SCOPE of their experience! and then you'll also have to pay dearly, every 30 days for a 2 minute phone, billed at 1/2 hour (so hundreds of dollars!) called saying "how's the weather in Calif and yeah, I'll be looking at that a little later, and yeah you've got me in your corner, and yeah please be patience, patience is what is required here and rest assured and it's all in the Lord's hands anyhow!" NOT WHAT YOU NEED TO HEAR FROM YOUR EXPENSIVE SHYSTER LAWYER!!!!!!! And not even one word of apology once he was caught! Nice. NOT!
