Expect to wait here for ever! Nothing is organized. Information they give is confusing and the staff seem that they don t know what they are doing.
Unfortunately, a company specializes in tampering with contracts between the two parties when it leads to unresolved disputes

It smells like a sewage disposal tank and there is no organized customer allocation system nor are the staff who work here quick enough to get the simple documentation works done , and over charge for the same which was earlier a much simpler cost.

I am dealing with khidma since more than a year, and I really cannot describe how bad this company is, I don t exaggerate when I say it is the worst maintenance company on earth, khidma in English means service and it should be at people s service but in fact it is always creating challenges and troubles to its customer. I live in a community where parking level smells sewage since I lived there, and sometimes it leaks on the entrance and my car. I have a bad smell in my apartment since more than 6 months and they cannot fix it, I have a very simple problems since more than 6 months and still they cannot fix it. every time they send a different incompetent technician to check the problem and leave without doing anything, you call them and they always say we will call you back and they never do it. I am trying to reach the landlord to tell him but they are playing games with me and making exceuses not to give me the contact details. I am a tenant and will break my contract soon, I pay 15000 AED monthly rent for a big apartment (which is a difficult to reoccupy) and the landlord will start losing it because of Khidma. And I will make sure my next apartmenet is not under khidma. I am surprised you got 2.5 rate, it should never reach more than 1 because there is 0.
The Place smell is really bad . I am not sure how people is working there . The place is not representative at all for company like Khidmah

Do not rent any property involved with Khidmah. They will NOT give any portion of your deposit back. Ever. I ve been trying for over a year, after paying a professional cleaning service, and they don t even answer. Go with a professional organization such as FAB where they understand business.
The office is unorganized and looks like everyone is just chilling around. Waiting time feels like forever. For someone who stays in Al Ghadeer, having to drive 45mins to Abu dhabi for all works is inconvenient and frustrating.
The worst Property Management group in the country. Whenever I have to deal with this company, no one answers the phones or emails. Formal complaints to their headquarters fall on deaf ears. I would give them a negative (below 0 star rating) if I could because their service is not only deplorable, they also cause alot of frustration and anger and just quite simply put they are a waste of time. Avoid dealing with this company at all cost.
