Kharkiv Palace Premier Hotel Review

I recently spent 7 days in this hotel. I can only say that the entire experience was absolutely wonderful!!! The service is impeccable, the hotel itself is gorgeous. Everyone goes out of their way to make your stay the most comfortable it can possibly be. The food is excellent! I used every service, from laundry, to the fitness center, the salon, room service, etc. and can say the service is consistent throughout. I recommend this hotel highly, the standards are held much higher than in most hotels I have stayed. I would like to thank a few staff members for their amazing service and kindness. To Alina, and Alina, and Natalia at Reception, to Artur the Bell Boy and Andrey the Concierge, I thank all of you and look forward to spending time again soon in your hotel. And I would like to also add, that Kharkiv is a beautiful city with friendly, magnificent people, and again look forward to my next visit.

I stayed in this hotel for a business trip. The structure is close to the centre and the quality of the offered services is very good. From the terrace restaurant, you can enjoy a nice view of the city. The price is quite high for the country's standard.

Great rooms and service. Fitness and pool availability / open times could be better. Gym should really be available 24/7 with a room key. 7 am to 9 pm just isn't going to cut it for business travellers. Otherwise a great place to stay

The price, despite not affordable for everyone, is not high for the outstanding comfort the hotel offers. Top international standard.

From the positive: a beautiful view from the window (on the square is even more beautiful), a chic appearance of the hotel, a beautiful lobby, a great, tastefully decorated interior, polite staff. Cons: in the shower are broken both watering cans. Water flying in all directions. He took a cola from the fridge and could not find the opener. I wanted to make tea, no cups, only glass glasses. The most important disappointment is the restaurant on the 2nd floor. With a 10% planting, the dishes waited 50 minutes. In addition to the salad did not like anything .... even the desserts.

Staff are friendly, but had no wireless coverage in my room and there's no power in the lobby. Breakfast is OK, but Eastern European - you'll find buckwheat but no pancakes. Room was well equipped and bed comfortable.

I arrived at 12 noon, they said check-in at exactly 2, just staggered around for about 2 hours, waiting for when I would be allowed to settle.
This is my first time in a 5-star hotel, I don't know, maybe this is how it should be.

We were with my family at the spa in this hotel. Rest was ruined by the swimming coach Elena. Stupid woman with a soviet mentality. You can t swim with long hair, you can t jump in the pool, and spray cannot be raised. She has lesson after lesson with children, all other vacationers are forced to listen to her bass, it is impossible to swim, because children are engaged throughout the pool. It seemed that this was her pool, and we, having paid the money, should constantly listen to her comments. He wanted a family to buy an annual subscription, now it is unlikely. Unexpected for such a hotel. The rest of the spa is good, they do not save on steam. Nice and gym.

This hotel is by far the best hotel that I have ever stayed in. The facility is super clean and very well organized. One of the best things about this Hotel is that they have everything you want. Bank, pool, restaurants, gym, flower shop, men's clothing store and much much more.

What truly makes this place special and almost magical is the staff. They are amazing! I love the way they follow up when it is needed. The staff is made up of some of the best and brightest people of Ukraine. You can see the clarity in their eyes and demeanor.

This is the only Hotel that I will stay at when I visit Kharkiv.

Great hotel with everything that you can expect at a 5 Star hotel wonderful views from it's 11th bar restaurant, 5 minutes from the city parks amusement park set in landscaped grounds keep the kids happy for hour, plus Ecopark zoo very natural souroundings.

Went to the Skybar. Beautiful views of the city. Tasty food and great cocktails. This place is a must for any out of town visitors.

This hotel is brand new. Has very good location and facilities such as small but great gym, swimming pool, sauna etc. This hotel runs tasty business lunches with reasonable price. If you are travelling on businesses to Kharkov this is definitely hotel number one for your stay.
