Premier Palace is a very nice place to stay. Everything is super clean and new. The rooms are big, the bathroom is amazing with all bells and whistles. The most important thing, the bed, was perfect for me. Big and not too soft. The personal speaks English just fine and helps you out in case yo need something.
The skybar is certainly worth a visit at night.

A couple of times had business meetings with people who stayed at this hotel. Everything is gorgeous, fashionable, ultra-modern and luxurious. True, all this pulls along with itself as a result very high prices. Nevertheless, Mr. Yaroslavsky, who built this beautiful building, has no problems with the lack of guests. The building fit organically into the architectural ensemble of Freedom Square.

Central location, it's also a convenient meet point for business matters. Staff are helpful and approachable, and do visit the SkyBar as the view is excellent.

Special thanks to the Chef who came into our situation - because they were working at 00:00, and food was submitted to the HP, redesigned the dishes and we ate fresh food. Beautiful design, staff are friendly, very friendly, welcomed as VIP guests !!! Liked the number. Convenient location.

A bit pricey and narrow choice for a vegan in the restaurant menu

This is a quite nice hotel, the breakfast is very nice.
The hotel have several different restaurants.
Even the cleaning staff understand at least the basic English. Pictures from the sky bar.

Beautiful hotel. Awesome rain shower. Very clean. Great breakfast and coffee. Sky Bar is also excellent. Walking distance to many great restaurants and tourist attractions (square, Gorky park)

Airport pick up perfect ,I have stayed at this hotel 5 times this year ,the main reason I go to Kharkov is to stay and relax at this hotel .The staff all speak English they could not be more helpful the food is excellent , going back in March for another 10 days .

We visited the hotel last week and I can honestly say that it is on the level of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. As an American Experience platinum card holder we have stayed at some of the most prestigious places in the industry.
This establishment is very modern and interestingly designed. It s sparkling clean, the sheets in our bed were so soft and luxurious to the point that I need to know who made them because I need them for my bed at home! Our breakfast each morning was absolutely delicious with lots of healthy choices and beautiful atmosphere. The personnel of the hotel were extremely professional and helpful.
A special thank you to the director, Elena Dyn, who was so helpful and welcoming from the moment we arrived and made us feel right at home.
We can not wait to come back.

One of the best hotels in Kharkiv. Comfortable rooms, well trained and friendly staff, easy for foreign (English speaking) travellers.

I have a business trip almost every week. Sometimes, when such trips arise suddenly, you have to live in different conditions, that is, not always in 4-5 star hotels. But, to be honest, this is the first time I come across such poor service and banal problems in the rooms. There is not much time to write, but in a couple of days so many "impressions" have accumulated that I basically found time for a review. Regarding the number: a faulty shower, which had to be adjusted for a long time, because it squeezed two thick streams into the wall, and a drain that simply refused to drain the water, respectively - opening the shower door, I saw my slippers and a completely soaked doormat, as it turned out water flooded the bathroom. Bathroom accessories have not been updated at all. I left 3 towels out of 5 for replacement - only 2 were left. A little battered furniture (it s time to make some cosmetic repairs). Non-opening windows in the room. A lot of all sorts of "amazing" little things. The girl at the reception, with a check-in for half an hour, wrote out an invoice, whether breakfast was included or not, etc., although, in fact, accommodation was paid for a long time ago and all the manipulations turned out to be a waste of time. Room service is a separate case. They brought food to the room. It turned out - you have to immediately pay in cash. We didn't bother to mention this when ordering. Long showdowns with multi-member managers, as an exception !!! (low bow to all) still led to the fact that you can write to the number and pay at check out. The Terrace Hotel is another embarrassment. Inexperienced children work, who try their best. But, after a long day of numerous meetings, I just want to eat with a glass of wine and not solve the "mega-complex" problems of service, ordering and calculation, the lack of chardonnay (thanks even to the banal Pinot Grigio stocked up) which, unfortunately, are accompanied by mistakes, difficulties and constant waste of time and the strength to explain elementary things, which is very disappointing, since we are still talking about a five-star hotel. Although, even for a troika, it would be too much.
There was something else, but I can't remember, because, at some point, I just resigned myself to the low level of service.
The checkout also lasted a long time. I recommend putting in 30 minutes. The girl struggled with the system, counted incorrectly, deduced the wrong positions, could not correct the score, and so on. Coming back to the fact that this is a 5-star hotel - I really DO NOT recommend it. I have never met such "difficulties" and limitations even in triplets. Or just don't expect 5 stars and tune in to no service.

Everything is clean, neat, quiet, everything is in the room, but the rooms are too expensive - a bed cannot be so expensive, and there is nothing more to do in the rooms. Secondly, having paid a considerable price tag for a bed , why should I see sweets, water, alcohol with price tags everywhere in the room, as if I had got into the store, all this should be in some kind of closet.

From this place only pleasant impressions. Everything is convenient, sound and tasteful. Prices correspond to the resulting amenities. Very attentive and polite staff. This hotel has stayed in the past three years more than once. Thank you for your service. Anyone who comes to Kharkov recommend. Located in the center of the city, it is convenient to get to him and from him, if you need to work or so walk around the city.

Nice hotel. Until recently, they were part of the Premier network. Why the name was removed is unknown. They may not meet the requirements and standards of this network. Minus - when buying staff, security guards and others, you allow parking for guests and staff on the sidewalk. It is not possible to walk near the hotel. This is in the presence of a pile of vacancies and underground parking. It is not clear why this is so disrespectful to people?
