Kharkiv Palace Premier Hotel Review

Firstly location is perfect. Close to square. To the historic park is juat 20min by walk distance. Also restaurants from different kitchens are also available nearly the otel. Workers are very beautiful :) and helpful. Having nice restaurant and atmospher. Recommended...

Best Hotel in Kharkiv. The food menu has a lot of variety, the staff are super friendly and helpful and the drinks are great. It's expensive by Kharkiv standards, but worth it. The accommodation is fantastic.

Excellent place. Great service. Staff was extra courteous. Had given my jacket for laundry. Accidentally the zip came off. Staff fixed it for me and gave a complimentary fruit bowl.

Thank you for your comfort and professionalism. The staff speaks several languages, very correct. The kitchen removes the film on citrus, the coffee is just delicious, the vegetarians are satisfied. Swimming pool, fitness equipment, smoking room, lounge - everywhere clean, comfortable and comfortable.

In the Palace were several years ago. Then everything was gorgeous. How now - I do not know. I wonder if the numbers have been updated since opening. a few years ago in places there was already a slight wear. But overall an excellent hotel. Decent interior, both in rooms and in public areas. Good places. The pool upstairs with a sauna also deserve.

Beautiful, modern hotel in downtown Kharkov. The rooms were very nice and there are several cafes and restaurants throughout the hotel, including the top floor.

We celebrated the New Year perfectly in the Sky lounge on the 11th floor, in the hotel there are many luxurious photo zones, attentive staff, it was fun for adults and children.

All was great , the hotels location just perfect , , the service is great , rooms are clean and well kept , rich breakfast buffet with big verity of different fresh dishes.
The Sauna and the pool are clean and well kept , the fitness room is clean , lot of clean towels and free mineral water . new running machines with different functionalities.
The bed sheets , blankets , pillows , mattress are new soft and comfortable.

I didn t live there, but I gave a concert on the piano in the lobby, which looks like a very beautiful hotel.

Excellent hotel. One of the best in Kharkiv...if not the best. Wonderful spa on the top floor! The room clean up needs improvement! Room was not cleaned till 15:00 when the hotel was not in full capacity on every day of my stay!

The big forum was very organized. Event halls, as well as coffee breaks, lunches and dinners were provided almost perfectly
The interior is very original, with a white piano in the lobby to take pictures - not to take pictures. Beautiful observation deck on the 11th floor. The transparent elevator encourages to go there repeatedly - the process itself is fun)

Great hotel in the center of Kharkiv. Great service and great facilities.

1.08-2.08 rested with our beloved in room 324 (Classic). Quite compact and cozy for two. The bed is large and without visible flaws, in terms of cleanliness there are flaws of course, but this does not apply to bedding and bathroom accessories. Of course, the number has already seen a lot: furniture with traces of chips and scuffs, in some places a dirty mirror and glass on the desk. In general, all the furniture looks a little shabby, which does not leave the most rosy impression. The bathroom also has visible signs of use and renovation, especially in the shower stall, where the uneven seams on the tiles below are very visible. The room had everything you need, including an iron, hairdryer and other important and useful little things. Everything except a toothbrush, which for some reason was provided on demand, which was not mentioned in advance. A little incomprehensible lighting control, which is why it was not possible to turn on the backlight by the bed.
It should be noted the beautiful view from the window through the panoramic windows to the square, the location of the hotel itself and the wonderful interior, but all these indisputable advantages and status of the hotel do not correspond to the quality of the interior decoration of at least one room.

Beautiful exquisite place. The staff is responsive, but not intrusive. Great view of the city, especially from the terrace. I was glad that in addition to the shower, the rooms also have a bathtub))) Convenient location. The kitchen is on top! All in all a wonderful hotel!

I love this Hotel Kharkov, from 2 years ago. I want to go back to see my Fiancee there again. A beautiful eastern European city, with a lot to see and do. I suggest walking there but watch the cars, there fast and do not wait for you. Good places to eat as well, and the subway the locals call the Metro, get you anywhere in the city. It helps to learn and speak a little Russian. Gorky Park is another beautiful walk and a fun park to go there.

1st impressions are exceptional good

Breakfast was fantastic and I m really picky with quality and preparation. Omelet with cheese and beacon was briliant and the service was super fast.

The Gym is very good for a hotel. Only item missing is a Smith machine/ cable cross....could easily train here on dayli basis. Dry Sauna is seriously hot (good).

Reception and rooms are top quality.

Had a 60min Sports massage. Top professional and very very god value for money.

Simply the best hotel in Kharkiv, one of the best in Ukraine and possibly even in Europe. Stopped at work 1 night (so little!) Unmatched design, breakfast - do not convey what kind of dishes and how delicious. Magnificent panoramic bar. Fitness center, swimming pool - all elegant. Staff at a height, before service no comments. I was there 2 years ago, I hope that everything is well supported

The Hotel accommodations were excellent, as always. Stay away from the Aged Steak at The Terrace Resstaurant though, it made me very sick for two days. I have eaten there at least 15 times in past visits. This is the first bad meal I have had.
