Response time is atrocious. Non compliance with the federal DOT guidelines for contact, face to face, follow up, program placement, diagnosis, background of person in need as well as a one size fits all treatment. No thought or consideration put into effects on real life situation as well as length of time. No empathy or pragmatism used by any SAP within organization they are the lowest bidder and it shows. They do more harm then help.
