They are stealing $175,000 of my IRA stock and cash. They have the transfer form to my Schwab IRA and THEY want to phone me to talk about it - note that they actually have a telephone, somewhere. Try to find the number. Then they want to confirm the appointment. All this done, they blow the phone appointment they gave me, twice. I log my calls and can prove it.
Meanwhile, I am losing about $5k per month in covered calls I cannot write in Schwab without the stock. CROOKS! STAY AWAY!
Two more of their appointments blown by them. Matthew Jennings is running a shady operation.

Honestly, KT has always met my expectations, which might be the biggest issue with other clients in the Google Reviews here. I get emails promptly, no need to tie me up on the phone, and instructions are great. Ashleigh has been a GREAT point of contact as I have been with KT for roughly three or so years. I think most people expect their IRA's to be treated as brokerage accounts, and that is an unrealistic expectation. I would highly recommend KT if you have investment opportunities outside of the conventional Stock or Index funds as they accommodate these unorthodox opportunities really well with their platform. Take everyone's reviews here with a grain of salt, as well as mine.

Kingdom Trust is negligent and committing fraud. I am seeing the same types of reviews. No phone conversation from anyone. They are continuing to try and collect fees on an account that has no money value and the business filed bankruptcy (and there is no contact person) and we have informed them of same. They keep threatening to take possession of our account. We keep telling them to go ahead and do so; as there is nothing! Yet they keep threatening us with past due charges. I even tired to close out the account at one point and they collected the fee, but then told me they could not close it out. It is ridiculous. Maybe all of us who have had such problems should file a class action lawsuit?

They are the WORST. I don't even have words to describe how difficult they are to work with and their incompetency. It's unfortunate because I've done two other real estate transactions with them over several years, and it was okay. . Since that time, they have made it so you can't reach them by phone (that has to be against regulation), and you have to wait for them to respond by email, which can be days. They are incompetent and give incorrect answers. They have no sense of urgency when you literally beg them to help. A recent transaction I tried to attempt, they caused me to lose my earnest money. I even got one extension from the seller, but we still couldn't get them to provide clear answers so we could get things complete. i worked with them for two weeks, and it was the most frustrating experience. They sent a form in error, then charged me $75. I couldn't believe it, but went ahead and paid it because I didn't want to delay things any more. Don't count on them for anything!!

Kingdom Trust has very little if any customer support. If you have a question or a problem, it will take at least 2 or 3 days to get a response to let you know that they are working on it. Longer to actually get a resolution if anything. BEWARE: you will never be able to reach anyone on the phone, on the chat bot, or reach anyone live. Only email and that takes days. It took days to make a contribution to my IRA, which in the end cost me money as the price of the asset moved up. It's just an ACH transfer and it TOOK DAYS with multiple email messages asking for help.

Kingdom Trust is basically a black hole with no support. And this is a serious business since they are in custody of YOUR MONEY! I greatly regret my decision to move money to Kingdom Trust and now feel powerless, as if they hold my funds hostage.

I hate to write this review but they need to know that automating everything was not a good idea and is leading to a bad customer experience. You use to be able to call in and get a human. Now you have to create tickets lucky to hear back from anyone then when you have to try the chat it gets confusing and the communication sucks. This is not how to operate guys you can do much better. You need to be able to call in you have a responsibility to your customers. I'll be shopping for another option.

Horrible service - I have tried to reach them many times over 4 years - I managed to get them on the phone only once. Outrageous fees - charged me over $15K in four years in which I only did 2 transactions. Worst custodian of assets that I've had the displeasure of dealing with.

Would not recommend to anyone ever.

Oh man, imagine making a trade with your retirement and waiting 48 hours before you have access to the asset. That's what you get with Kingdom Trust's "Choice" trading platform. Support's reasoning: "We basically have to send money to and from the exchange and that takes a while." Trust me, waiting for a check or messenger pterodactyl to be sent to an exchange to trade volatile assets is NOT where you want to be, and the fees are remarkably high. $400 for one trade, plus I suspect Kingdom Trust's spread is pretty high on top of that. "More time, higher cost, lower actual investment, Kingdom Trust"

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Kingdom Trust and/or Kingdom Services. Not only was customer service among the worst I've ever experienced, the fees were unacceptable. As consumers, reviews are the only way we have to hold companies accountable and, while I'd rather not have to "be negative," others should know and be aware before they/you have to be subjected to the experience I was subjected too.

I have echo the other reviews here. Being a client since 2015, I have witnessed the Customer Service deteriorate to a point of being unbearable. With the fees charged by this organization, I would expect a concierge level of service but instead you get little to no attention (even when you request or require it).
