A power spike killed the hard drive in our KeyTrak computer on Thursday of last week. The replacement computer arrived the next morning, and the KeyTrak technician showed up a few minutes later to bring our system back from the dead. We've always had great technician service in the past, but this technician really was a miracle worker! His fast, pleasant, professional, and complete resolution cured what came very close to being a horrifying (and very expensive) catastrophe for us.

They cannot pull up your information by address or location like all other vendors can. Seriously? This is 2021 but their technology is behind a few years. Absolutely ridiculous! I'm now exploring other options to replace these.
Keytrak went down on a Saturday morning. I called to get everything figured out and they said our account went to collections. This was news to me as our corporate office handles all payments. I investigated and saw that all invoices got sent to my email through spam. So I called account and spoke with Brittany, boy was that a mistake.. she told me she could not talk to me because out account to was in collections. I said fine, we will deal with this now, but can I update your billing address for us so our invoices get sent to the right place? I never felt like I was being treated so terribly in my life. There is clearly an issue with them sending invoices to us and we not receding them, so I tried to get that resolved and she said they cannot update billing information. I also mentioned we were overnighting a check and we sent payment for all invoices I found in my spam folder... but apparently it wasn't enough. So after I got off the phone with Brittany trying to resolve things... I called back and spoke with a John in the office. I spoke with him for a little bit. I called back and got the beloved Brittany back, and asked to speak with "Johnathan." She said no one here works here but that name and hung up on me. I have never been disrespected so much in my life by a girl that is supposedly professional. Like seriously, how do we even have any way to pay them if they can't send the invoices to the right place? And then send our account to collections without notice and claim they can't help me until we pay but won't give me any invoices... just a balance.
I suggest finding a company to manage your keys other than Keytrak unless you want a very disrespectful experience.
Within only a few months the computer's power went out and we received no assistance from Key Trak. Since this is the way the do business then you may want to look for another Company for you Dealership's key storage. This Company definitely doesn't believe in "Taking the High Road" when it pertains to their clientele.
Poor Poor Poor customer service, we may not be a big box store but customer service is customer service. We just had remove all of our keys, re-set the system and start from scratch. Hey why don't you guys pick up the support line?
Key system went down Friday morning and I began calling the support team at 10:30 am. No return call so additional calls were placed at 12:00, 2:30 and 4:00....finally was told a technician would be on his way. Technician called at 4:45 to say he could come out on Monday???? Explained to him how important it was that we be up and running before Saturday, he stated there would be additional charges for after hour support and it would have to be approved by KeyTrak. Here we are Monday and now being told it will be Tuesday, and then parts may have to be ordered......poor customer service and 0 support so far
Lets start off by saying this company deserves zero stars. I was lied to by the sales department about every step of the deal and then when you call them out on the lie they act as if you are the one that is confused and even though they can not produce any of the imaginary forms that they say you received and was made aware of you are still responsible for taking care of it. Then when you call, it is a matrix of people starting with the receptionist who is obviously trained to screen all calls and deny any customer access to speak to anyone besides her, but I was persistent and she finally transferred me to the MARKETING MANAGER Justin this person was laughing at me on the call and yelling at me saying that I was trying to get him " spent" . I am the customer with a major issue and problem that no one will respond to from this company since February and he is the one about to get "spent" REALLY! There equipment is out dated and breaks down constantly and there employees are the most unprofessional , rude and unconcerned people I have ever dealt with in my 26 year career. If you are looking to replace your key system I am warning you that this company Key Trak is not what you want. I never leave reviews because I know the damage they can cause a business and sometimes people leave a bad review because they are angry about something that happened I am not angry I just would like for anyone who reads this to know how this company Key Trak operates and how they treat there customers.
