I feel compelled to leave a review for my friends in finance Brian Sheldon and Stephen Dunkle. I have lease and purchased my vehicle through Keyes European. They make my experience a breeze, they answered all my questions and truly took care of me beyond of what I was expecting. They are definitely the highlight of my experience with this dealer.

If you ever run into any trouble, ask for Brian Sheldon and he will take of you like you are part of the family. Thank you guys!!!

On a side note, I have been taking my car to all its services with them and I could not be any happier with their maintenance services. They are always very professional, prices are absolutely reasonable and take care of you beyond what is expected. Big shout out to my friend Casey Kazienko in service for an A+ service experience!!

I dont care if they gave them out for free, this is the worst place in LA to get a car. All the salesmen are entitled a**holes, who talk to you about buying a car from them as if you are lucky to even be in a mercedes. We have purchased over 7 different cars from this place, but once they changed management, i got a call saying "we have to increase your payments because we made a calculation error". On top of that, i pay almost $50 a month for tire protection, my tire popped this weekend, when i came in they said they couldn't change it because the mechanics are out for the weekend, they couldn't give me a loaner either, saying they weren't sure if the $120 loaner would be covered, and they didn't want to eat that cost. So i came in on monday, and they told me there mechanics were going home in an hour and he didnt want to bother them about the tire.
Screw these people. I turned in my E class yesterday and bought a bmw.
Not to mention the plastic "wood interior" completely pealed after 1 1/2 years :/

If you are looking for a car go see King!!! He is very professional & knowledgeable in all aspects of the process. He was familiar with the inventory & the options of the vehicles. I had a ton of questions. King was very patient. He gave very thorough explanations & followed up with me after my purchase. Exceptional service.

This is my 2nd car from Keyes European. My lease ended & I went back in to see King just to discuss my options. Well he worked a deal so grand that I purchased a new car that day!! Awesome service. No pressure. Very honest!! Thanks King!!

I came here to meet with Gabe Dow in internet, he helped me get into a C250. I was looking for a hard to find color but Keyes European was the only dealership in la that had a few of it. I was very pleased with my overall experience working with Gabe. Andrew in Service helped me with a few maintenance questions. This dealership is close to my house and I highly recommend it.

I just bought a car on Saturday and had a thoroughly wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff was so knowledgeable, helpful, and respectful to my needs. I called before I arrived and was assisted over the phone with shortening my car search. That way when I arrived, I had already narrowed my search and I was familiar working with Ilan L. and David Kohan. Thank you so much for making my new car purchase so fun and easy guys.

I bought a CPO E350 there. While the sales guys were great, the finance department are literally crooks. As we were signing papers, they first tried to screw me over on the finance APR and later it took repeated calls and one in-person visit to add the free prepaid maintenance to my account.

But the worst part was they tried to make me sign a blank bill of sale for optional stuff, claiming "my printer didn't print what is supposed to be here" and then sneak into the sales contract a $700-800 charge for "paint/interior protection". Which would have been on that blank page that I signed.

When I caught that number, the finance department manager comes in and starts basically yelling that everyone is buying this package and "let me show you on my computer that everyone bought it". At which point I told him I don't give a f and either they remove this charge or I am going to walk away. So they removed it and then produced that same blank form, but filled out this time - that I decline the paint/whatever protection. This whole thing smells of outright deception/fraud. I did complain to Mercedes about this.

I have bought 5 other cars over the years (Honda and Infiniti) and never had to deal with anything remotely close to this sort of deception and abuse. So in the end I bought the car there, but the whole experience soured me not just on this dealership but on the Mercedes brand as a whole.

And while their service department is great and fixed some issues I had pretty efficiently and overall the car and the service I got from Mercedes and other dealer's service dept were great, this horrible experience with the finance department crooks of Keyes has left me with a negative impression of the Mercedes brand.

In conclusion, go elsewhere if you are buying or leasing. If you do end up in the finance department, watch out for their tricks, in particular the one I described here.

I recently bought a 2018 GLA 250 from Davit. I reached out to Keyes after having 3 prior poor experiences at different Mercedes/BMW dealerships. He immediately asked via phone what I was looking for. I gave him information on what I was hoping to buy and what I was willing to pay. He was able to put together a few options for me. After arriving to the dealership I was shown the vehicles and given a chance to test drive them. I appreciated Davit s knowledge of the vehicle and his hard work to get me exactly what I wanted. The other workers I encountered including my finance coordinator were all professional and friendly and efficient. Overall a great experience. They didn t lure me into the dealership with fake promises and didn t try to take advantage of my business as if I didn t know anything about the car I was purchasing.

Well it's never inexpensive when you take your Benz into be repaired or for service. But they will work with you. The showroom is spotless, they have coffee, tea soft drinks water cookies candy on there dime. The waiting room has nice big chairs to kick back in.

Store is very nice, and staff are very friendly, but that's for their agenda. They tell you what you want to hear, but at the end if you are not careful before siging the contract, or checking all features, you will be in a contract which you cannot get out of it. (depends on you are leasing or buying). I have been going there for the last decade, and every time they service is getting less appreciated.
I just leased a new one, and it was nothing like I was told. The features, the price, the services, ...... As soon as I took it home, I noticed it does not have the features, and when I called they said there will be additional charge,.
There are so many things gone wrong this time, but I should take some blame myself. I trusted them, and they twisted the words. They did not lie (more or less), but they were not honest either.

Update 06/12/19. Most recent visit fell below expectation. Service advisor went on vacation and dropped the ball on my service order. Work took nearly a week when I was told it was routine; maybe 2-3 days. I feel that since I lost my original advisor (all I was told was he left) service is not as good as before.

Don't waste your time here. A typical dishonest salesperson shop, literally ruining your supposedly high-class MBZ experience. They promise you something over the phone, just to get you there. And after you arrive, they start a typical salesperson game. Very disappointing and low class. I wouldn't expect such a behavior even from the cheapest car dealership.

Also check out the other 1 star reviews, you will get the real picture. Do not get fooled by these staged 5 star reviews with the owner or manager standard "thank you" replies. The owner or manager should probably be more worried about negative reviews and try to address them (maybe by improving the business service??) instead of stamping these fake "thank you"-s

Customer service was extremely unfriendly probably the worst I ve had from all the dealerships I ve been to. I was looking to trade is my c300 for another c300 in a different color and after running the numbers it was something I was looking forward towards doing. The guy then comes back and says oh no they can t sell me that one and instead refers me to the newer more expensive cars so that he can just profit from the situation. He didn t want to sell me the c300 because it was at a lower price point. That is why I went over to keys infinity and bought a Q50 instead lol way better than the c300 I had in every aspect.

Service was great. Pricing was very dishonest. I was taken to the cleaners and directly lied to. I was told that my trade in would only sell for $28,000 by not only the sales personnel but also the finance manager. 2 weeks later my trade in is listed for $36,000... I paid $ nearly $14,000 over KBB private party for the new mercedes you sold me. I understand you are in business to make money but you were dishonest through the entire process and lied to me on 4 occasions.

Shame on you for being so dishonest! Shame on me for not doing my research and just trusting I'd be taken care of due to your status as one of the largest Mercedes dealers in LA. Very disappointed in your ethics.

Also, finance manager was bragging about a recent trip where he hooked up with underage woman? Like out of nowhere he starts talking to em about this...

I have not had a new car for 16 years. BUT I HAVE or HAD a 2002 Escalade ... PEARL SUV. I don't drive anything but SUVs.

BTW: 109,00.00 only!!! I take care of my car. So buying a new one was really not of interest. BUT....

I have searched all SUVs and crossovers :) and nothing appealed to me. Meaning Torque, Horse Power, Suspension, Variables on automatic shifts, ETC. (KICKER IS CUSTOMER SERVICE)!!!

KEYES MB WAS THE LAST OPTION TO BUY BECAUSE I THOUGHT A MB WAS OUT OF MY PRICE RANGE.

But the truth is they actually listened to our concerns, wants, lifestyle, budget and sat with us for 5 hours to make sure we got the number we were excited about!!!

Whats funny is in my past I have had an Audi and an Escalade. THIS IS DUE TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FEELING THEY CARE.

And now a MB!!!

The primary reason is truly customer service and knowledge of the devils fine print. They revealed every aspect of what you're about to acquire!!! '

A family and a product that truly holds up to what they PROMISE!!!

I researched for over a years time. And I am glad to say Dante Wood made sure I was happy and worked for 5 hours to make sure he understood our needs. Leaving over our expectations.

Me and my three friends walked into this mercedes dealership last week on 8/27/20 with the intention of buying the new mercedes g wagon. We perviously own a mercedes g wagon and were looking for an upgrade. We were greeted by the manager. I cannot recall his name. He s short, bald (some sparse blond hair), and very tight pants. He was very dismissive of us. He ran our credit score, which was good and we provided our statements. Once he saw the statements he said the only way we would qualify is by putting down $80,000. We asked if that policy was for anyone buying a car and he said based on our credit score and the amount of money we had in the account there is no negotiations. We felt very discriminated against and felt he had no intention of selling us a car. We went next door and brought a brand new range rover.

Great place to buy your car given the volume of cars they sell. Terrible place to get servicing done. If I could rate just the service department, they would get a zero. You simply don t matter to them as a customer. Communication is terrible, they take no steps to accommodate you, and your satisfaction is their last concern.

Go to the other nearby mercedes dealerships for service if you re still under warranty. Or go to an indie if you re out of warranty. Never again will I use them for their service department.

Be aware of this place!!!
In the past seven years I got three different cars from them, their sales department is great, i ve been working with David G. and he s the best!
However their service department got me the worst customer service I ve ever encountered!
I m driving a 2019 450 coupe, that I got from them and I have a reoccurring problem with the passenger side taillight, it s collecting moisture, they ve already replaced it for more than 4-5 times and it s keep on coming back, on one occasion, when they replace it they scratched my back bumper and the new taillight they ve installed without reporting it to me, and also they didn t bother washing the car so it will be harder for me to find out about it, when I noticed it the same day I came back and of course they denied it at first but then they brought the iPad and saw that the scratches weren t there when I first admitted the car so they keep the car for another week in order to send the car for paint and to install another taillight.
Last Friday I left the car there again for service and to replace the tail light AGAIN, only this time around they decided to keep the car with them for a few more days to investigate the problem a little bit further, after keeping the car for five days plus get me a very cheap A-Class loaner, they decided that they re not going to replace it anymore (it took them five days to get to this conclusion) and if that s not enough they also decided that it s my fault for washing the car incorrectly so bottom line they kept my car for five days with zero results plus giving me the blame for their faulty car and incompetent. But that s not nothing to what happened next...
The last straw was really unimaginable! I always keep In my car $40-$50 in singles that I m using as a donation for homeless people, and when I admit a car on Friday I had approximately $40 in singles inside the glove department, after getting the car today I found out that the money is gone, I called them three or four times they keep bouncing me around from one rep to another until I got one of the service managers Rick, Rick told me that he s sorry for that incident but when I got them the car I signed a waiver that is basically clearing them out from any case of theft, so they are not liable for that plus somehow I got them a license to steal from me because I signed he told me that they will investigate but he did not even bother to ask what is the model of the car, Vin number or my phone number, basically all he did was sweeping under the carpet just like they did the last time they messed up my car! And let s face it, the LAPD not going to dispatch any helicopters for my 40 bucks nor my lawyers going to waste their time on this sorry incident!

This is the second car we have purchased from Keyes European Mercedes and our experience was very positive. Danny Y. sold us our first and King Butler sold us our second. Both salesman were professional, courteous, knowledgable and honest. We actually had fun with these salesman and we will recommend this dealership and the service department to our friends.

Keyes is the only place to buy and maintain a Mercedes-Benz. The purchase process is made easy by people like Noel Mansourian, who went to great lengths to find the perfect car to meet my wife's rather particular taste in an automobile. Maintaining our previous Mercedes was actually a pleasure because people like Donald Dorian, who handled the details of keeping the car in perfect shape at a low cost. Even the waiting room is an important part of what makes Keyes great. It's luxurious and well stocked with snacks and drinks. I wouldn't think of going to any other dealer in Southern California.

If your buying a Mercedes of any kind I recommend you go see Solo Gad of Keyes Mercedes Benz. I have worked with other Mercedes dealerships & sales men in the past before Solo Gad of Keyes Mercedes earned my business for LIFE. So i'm 32 and I literally have a baby face which makes me look like i'm 21, most sales people in the past of other Mercedes dealerships have easily given me bad services because they think I can't afford the car i'm looking at. This is my 2 Mercedes I have purchase from Solo & Keyes. When I first worked with Solo & Keyes I was very skeptical just like anyone else mainly because of my previous experiences of working with other Mercedes Dealerships that is not the case anymore. Solo has always went above and beyond not to just make a sale but to earn my business for life and he has certainly done that through his professionalism & integrity. I also rarely write reviews because It takes alot for someone to earn my respect. If your looking for someone who's interested in earning your business for life instead of a one-time pushy salesmen then you need and owe it to yourself to work with Solo Gad of Keyes Mercedes because if you don't you will regret it!!! I had a fantastic and very easy time purchasing a vehicle through this dealer. I highly recommend a sales representative by the name of Vahe Kanyan. If it were not for his sales expertise, we would not have the buying experience like we did. My father and I went in to purchase a car on the grounds of business and business only, Vahe was not only able to deliver the car we most certainly were interested in, but he also was able to accommodate us with a very high degree of service. We left the dealer not just with our new vehicle, but also with a long time bond and friendship with Vahe. If there is anyone I recommend it would be him. He ll get the job done.

I went there to have my sprinter van fixed. It blew a pipe, and I just needed it to be replaced. They billed me $10,000 to get my vehicle running again. That was too much for me, so I went to an independent mechanic. $530 to fix it. Make no mistake, this place just want to sell you a new car, not repair your existing one.

I made an appointment due to an unexpected mechani...

I made an appointment due to an unexpected mechanical issue, the car is less than 1 year old. Upon taking it into Keyes, everything went well with the expectation that I would be driving my car home. However, 4 1/2 hours later, after diagnostics were completed, I was told that they needed to order a part & that it would be completed the following day. They offered me a loaner but was unable to shuttle me home; I have a 2nd car @ home. I "lyfted" home & waited the following day but had not heard anything by 2:00pm so I called & left a VM for my Service Advisor, no call back so I called to speak with the Service Manager, no call back but I did receive a call from the SA advising me that my car would be completed but possibly not until after service department closing @ 5pm. He informed me that I could pick up as late as 9pm (sales closing).
I received an update later saying the vehicle would be ready after test driving @ 5:15pm. I arrived & the check out went smoothly. Although, I did have to pay for another "lyft" ride back to the dealer. Initially, I was informed that they would shuttle if I lived within 50miles of their location but that changed. Auto service was good but my 2 issues were: why did I sit & wait for a diagnosis for almost 5 hours? Was the car immediately placed into service upon my arrival or did it sit, like me? Another, obviously, is the shuttle. I was out money, my choosing, because I opted for lyft rather than a loaner but for that reason, I will not be returning. If you live within walking distance, this dealer may be an option for you.

I recently started a new lease on another C300W from Keyes Mercedes. And although everyone was very helpful, Dontae and Vincetta really went the extra mile to get the exact car I wanted to my specifications, dealing with any obstacles as if they were no big deal. Vincetta went beyond, staying late to finish the paperwork and address my concerns and Dontae ensured that my car was delivered to my office and helped me work around other scheduling challenges and mishaps I was dealing with. Samie was also very useful in capturing all the details and getting the right price for me. These three really understand customer service, doing whatever it takes to make things happen. The understand how to meet the customers needs and while keeping a smile on their face. Amazing!

Terrible. I have 2 Mercs. Sales. Pretty awful, from finance refusing honor sales staff pricing commitments, to being chased around by vagrant over aggressive sales staff who wont take no for an answer.
Service. Terrible, awful customer experience.
Setting up appointments horrible, on hold pushed around from one dimwit to hold then to another. Then get stitched up with a load of fix its that i dont need, as in
they tell me I have to spend 24k for a suspension repair that the insurance company works out to be 6k.

I was introduced to my leasing broker Solo Gad, by Harry at E-Z Insurance and couldn't be happier with the service, completeness and care that I received. All aspects of the lease were explained to me in terms I could understand and the consideration of my past leasing agreements with Mercedes were taken into consideration. I was quoted a price for my lease on the phone and when I arrived I received exactly that cost. I did choose to upgrade my lease a small amount but it was my choice and I didn't feel pressured in to anything I didn't either need or want. The whole team at Keyes European was efficient with my time and I drove out a very satisfied customer. I would highly recommend Keyes to anyone.

Serviced our Mercedes sprinter van 3 times now. Still going back for more. They supplied us a nice loaner car for the time our vehicle was in service. I have had 2 negative experiences however. 1 was a giant scratch and dent I had to point out to them. ( kinda hard to believe they did not inform me about it. ) 2nd was 2 front grill bolts were completely left loose which i noticed upon pickup. They started the threads by hand and never finished tightening. 1 more negative experience will send me elsewhere.
Stay tuned. 12/7/12. Im headed back today to get a brake service.

Recently leased a vehicle from this location. The sales associate was very responsive by email before hand and helpful when we arrived. Show room is very nicely laid out and definitely one of the larger Mercedes dealerships I have seen. Once in the finance office, which is upstairs, the process was quick and painless. No sudden surprises different than what was negotiated.

The private the worse customer services. I bought the Mercedes sprinter 2019 there and after that anytime I need something it s the worse attitude and customer service. Stay away from this dealer

This dealer is very unorganized and unprofessional. I had the worst experience here, I went in to lease one car and left with a different vehicle then expected. I have had payments that WERE NOT SUPPOSED to be deducted- deducted from my account. When I called them in regards to it I was told that was not in my contract although they said it was going to be in the contract. When I requested to change the financial bank information to a different bank they said it can not be done and that I would need to send in a form, after sending in the requested form they said they did not receive anything. They gave me such a hard time for my husband and I to help us out on the phone.

By far the worst dealership I have ever come across. The worst customer services ever!! This place is built off of lies. Stay far, far away and do yourself a favor by going to another Mercedes dealership. I got my car a month ago and I m still forced to deal with them because they have yet to pay off my previous car note (which is in my contract).

My experience at Keyes was very positive. David Gerwitz was professional and kind- I never felt pushed. He listened to me, answered my questions, and came through with a deal that made me very happy. I couldn't be more thrilled with my new car.

Keyes European has a great inventory of cars as well as a beautiful showroom to display their new inventory. The sales stuff is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the inventory as well having great attitudes about buying a car. The waiting area for customers is well kept with coffee machines, pastries, and fruits. The ambiance of the business speaks luxury and look forward to continuing to work with them in the future.

My husband and I met Mr. Ramin Arian Fleets Manager and our sale s person. He was very compassionate, professional, and Articulate, his staff were very polite, friendly, and helpful as well.
We were very impressed by how well everyone cooperated to make sure everything goes well.
We definitely refer our friends and relatives to them.

If giving a ZERO start was possible they would have gotten it.

I went to return my lease to the dealership, they told me if I buy a car from them they will waive the disposition fee. I had checked with MBZ financial they had confirmed that if I buy a car they will waive the fee. When I went to the dealer this was something that was agreed to however never delivered. This was made known to the sales person and the finance department that the only reason purchasing a car from them was to waive that fee.

After 2 weeks I received an invoice from MBZ financial and it was sent to the sales person at the dealership and I was told to ignore it... I received another and a call from MBZ financial and I was informed that the dealer had financed the car with Wells Fargo instead of MBZ financial and they can not waive it. I explained to them and they said they will contact the dealership. I contacted the sales person and he told me to contact the general manager at the dealer... After being ignored for 3 months, he decided to reply to one of my emails and said he told Illan (sales person) and Reza (finance) to handle this which they failed at doing so.. In fact Ilan told me to contact Darren (General Manager)!!! This dealership is an example of bait and switch dealer.. They will say anything to get you to sign the paper and never deliver.

No only I will not purchase another car from this dealership, I will not purchase another MBZ.

I purchased my used 2013 Mercedes E350 from Keyes European and all seemed well until 4 months later I called the DMV to see where my license plates were and if there might be any issues in the delay. They then informed me that Keyes had not submitted proper paperwork to switch the registration to my name. Turns out the DMV had sent numerous letters telling Keyes to submit my smog paperwork, but they clearly ignored these. I was instructed to call Keyes about it and guess what? They sold me a car without smog testing it! They first said I needed to bring my car in to get it registered, which is absurd. Then after I said no, they said, well it actually needs to be smog tested. The seriously tried to con me to bringing my car in without telling me they forgot to smog it! Very dishonest!

I was outraged that a "reputable" certified Mercedes dealership could let something like this slip. How can you sell a car without smog testing it? It is actually against the law and if my car failed the test, they would be ******! When I called, there was no apology or any type of recovery. I was told it was not a big issue and they are very busy and this one "slipped" through the cracks. Being said, they let me drive this car around for 4 months before I informed them of their own mistake. What if something was wrong with the car? I was outraged they can have an oversight like this. What is even better is they asked ME to come from where I live in Santa Monica to get it smog tested. They did not even own up to it and say sorry and I will send someone right away with a loaner and get it back to you. I was the one that had to insist on this. I finally arranged for the car pickup and the service manager said he would fill my tank for the trouble. Since that was the case I didn't bother filling my tank that week, but still had a little less than a quarter left when I gave to them. They returned my car the next day with the tank BELOW E! Leaving me with NO gas and now I have to drive and risk getting stranded while looking for gas. I texted the sales rep that dropped it off and the response was "Oh I didn't see it was that low". This is quite the story considering whenever there is a low tank an alert will come up.

I talked to the GM about everything and he was very straight to the point and gave off the same "it happens all the time" and "it's not a big issue". For all this trouble and negligence, one would think that they would want to regain my trust and make the situation right, but that was not the case. It was brushed off just like the most likely many instances they had before. Look, this place is one of the largest sellers of Mercedes in California. They want to get you in and out as fast as they can without caring about the quality and safety of what you are buying. Clearly this is all about the money and whose to blame them? I just know I will be choosing a new dealership when we are due to buy my wife's car. Just be over cautious with these sneaky people.
