Be aware of this place!!!
In the past seven years I got three different cars from them, their sales department is great, i ve been working with David G. and he s the best!
However their service department got me the worst customer service I ve ever encountered!
I m driving a 2019 450 coupe, that I got from them and I have a reoccurring problem with the passenger side taillight, it s collecting moisture, they ve already replaced it for more than 4-5 times and it s keep on coming back, on one occasion, when they replace it they scratched my back bumper and the new taillight they ve installed without reporting it to me, and also they didn t bother washing the car so it will be harder for me to find out about it, when I noticed it the same day I came back and of course they denied it at first but then they brought the iPad and saw that the scratches weren t there when I first admitted the car so they keep the car for another week in order to send the car for paint and to install another taillight.
Last Friday I left the car there again for service and to replace the tail light AGAIN, only this time around they decided to keep the car with them for a few more days to investigate the problem a little bit further, after keeping the car for five days plus get me a very cheap A-Class loaner, they decided that they re not going to replace it anymore (it took them five days to get to this conclusion) and if that s not enough they also decided that it s my fault for washing the car incorrectly so bottom line they kept my car for five days with zero results plus giving me the blame for their faulty car and incompetent. But that s not nothing to what happened next...
The last straw was really unimaginable! I always keep In my car $40-$50 in singles that I m using as a donation for homeless people, and when I admit a car on Friday I had approximately $40 in singles inside the glove department, after getting the car today I found out that the money is gone, I called them three or four times they keep bouncing me around from one rep to another until I got one of the service managers Rick, Rick told me that he s sorry for that incident but when I got them the car I signed a waiver that is basically clearing them out from any case of theft, so they are not liable for that plus somehow I got them a license to steal from me because I signed he told me that they will investigate but he did not even bother to ask what is the model of the car, Vin number or my phone number, basically all he did was sweeping under the carpet just like they did the last time they messed up my car! And let s face it, the LAPD not going to dispatch any helicopters for my 40 bucks nor my lawyers going to waste their time on this sorry incident!
I m really hoping your going to get better!
