The foods were awesome especially crab cake and stuffed shrimp are the must to try!

If you love seafood, this is a must to eat at, the whole menu is great!

The stars were earned by the amazing service received at the bar and by my waitress. The steak and sides were bland and subsequently sent back. The price point does not match the food. My tastebuds were left unsatisfied and my stomach empty. The atmosphere is welcoming and I cannot say enough about my waitress.

I like the service and the fresh dishes that we had, we ordered stone crab claw large size for 4 persons each, it s awesome and delicious.

My friend and I heard great things about the restaurant, so went to the hostess stand to inquire about the wait time for a table at 6:30 this evening. We had a beer in hand from the neighboring brewery and a gentleman in a blue long sleeve shirt (appeared to be a manager) and hostess said the city was requiring us to wear masks even walking around the city with masks while drinking a beer. We didn t know that and kindly responded we d wear them when we entered their establishment once we were notified our table was ready. They told us the wait time was 25 minutes for 2 people, took my number, and said she would text us. Our name was at the top of the list, so I was suspicious from the start, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt. As we walked off the hostess harassed us across the lot that the city was going to fine us $500! I d say approximately 75% of people outside the restaurant didn t have masks on and she wasn t reprimanding them. We sat on the dock off property and finished our beers and 25 minutes went by, so we walked back to the hostess stand with our masks on. When we got to the hostess stand nobody was there and we saw our name still at the top and that she had crossed our name off the list. Once she returned I asked her why and she ignored me and called on the radio for a table for two - we walked right in. It was apparent they were trying to scold us for not knowing about the mask policy outside by not texting us a table was ready. We went inside with our masks and sat down for dinner. This is unacceptable behavior, they are not the law and should not be harassing or scolding anyone outside their four walls!

Food is so good, so much to choose from. We went twice. Pink shrimp and crab cakes, oysters and stuffed mushrooms. Yummy!

A lil pricey , but food was excellent! Neat outside atmosphere on the docks. Great service. Menu was awesome.

Keegan was a great server, and the food was excellent. Loved having a view of the saltwater aquarium while we ate.

Good sea food, good ambience and live music. Somewhat expensive.

I had the grilled lobster (Caribbean Spiney Lobster) and it was perfectly grilled, it along with the sides made an excellent dinner. Someone else in our dinner party had the jumbo shrimp stuffed with crab meat wrapped in bacon, how can you go wrong. . Our server was efficient and attentive 10 for 10 for her. A great place with comparable seafood prices.

Highly recommended!! Nice place to drop by for lunch. Decent variation on the menu, but not enough for a daily visit. Friendly fast service, the line moves fairly quickly

Food is great, management is extremely rude. Had to put number on list then watch 4 other tables after us and others get seated first with an 1 1/2 hour wait watching others get seated ahead of you is truly unprofessional. The manager Peter was a real piece of work, unpleasant, unprofessional, and a complete a@@. The bartender Todd did everything he could to make up for it and offered the first bit of friendliness we saw. Definitely recommend the bar staff, but stay away from the management.

To the management comments:
Peter did not show a list of 20 to 30 people ahead of us, in fact when the list was shown, he said he was seating tables for 8 people not 2 that it didn't make sense to seat 2 when he could seat 8. This was after we watched him accept 100.00 from the party to be seated right away. To which he had to have several tables combined to make room for the 8 party table. It appears from the other reviews, we are not the only people to have experienced this.

Several of the patrons agreed that the seating wasn't happening in order of placement as they had the same issues. We just spoke up about it.

In fact the table that paid the 100.00 came by and apologized and said they didn't want any hard feelings. They said they wanted to pick up our dinner tab. We declined, then they picked up our tab anyway. We went over and thanked them not knowing they had done that.

As to being rude to your staff, that is not our style. We were so grateful to the amazing bar staff, not just Todd that we left 100.00 tip to them.

We were not shown to a table, we were seated by Peter next to the gentleman providing entertainment, then Peter came back 10 minutes later and said Oh did I forget to tell you that you will have to move to the bar to get served? No he did not tell us that. But it worked out because the service there was phenomenal.

While we appreciate what you and your staff are going through due to the Covid issues we were aware of this as we had just eaten there 2 days before and had none of the issues we described and yet we waited that night for service, but service was granted to patrons on a first come, first serve basis.

We would love to come and dine there again, we just ask that it is done on the basis of first come first serve.

No hard feelings though.

Great ambience Our waiter was amazing he was terrific and friendly. Food was incredible We sat our selves in the patio and took it all in the water the boats. Great place to eat we shared crab cakes and grilled snapper w veggies. Soooo tasty.

What an amazing experience!! Our waitress was Lisa and she was phenomenal! Lisa made sure our party of 5 had a good time and made sure the drinks kept coming. Our group was a little loud but no one complained instead they encouraged us to continue having fun!! They food was amazing, the drinks were basically doubles and the service was on point! So if you are in Key West, visit Lisa at Conch Republic!

My wife had the grouper special and was in love at the first bite. The food here was spectacular, I had the New York Strip steak and it was prepared to perfection. This spot came recommended highly by our hotel's staff and it definitely did not disappoint. Next time I am on island we will definitely eat here again!

Visited twice in 2 days whilst in Key West. Great staff at both the bar and in the restaurant area. Good deals at happy hour. Seafood went down well with the party...the oysters were ordered two days in a row.

Had to have "caught" them on a bad day. My pun was a bad as the food was. Almost tasteless food at a high price with small portions. Definitely won't go back, unfortunately, because the scenery and vibe was great.

On a positive note: service was awesome. The bartenders were killing it.

The stuffed mushrooms we had were bland. We decided to get the coconut shrimp also to give the appetizers a second chance. They were cooked perfect.. but again bland. We shared the catch of the day fish sandwich which was mahi. We ordered it blackened, and mind blowingly, was pretty tastless. I think maybe the kitchen is scared of salt? We're not picky people and love seafood but at your price point we expected more.

Seriously tho, your bartenders are pros and deserve a second round of recognition.

Live music. Excellent service. Great food. Beer & wine were outstanding too. I highly recommended eating here. Try it.

Covid19 affecting capacity so there is longer wait times, friendly staff , good food

We actually ate here twice since it was the pickup point for our hotel shuttle. The first night, we used some 2for1 coupons for drinks and had the cracked conch appetizer. The second night we came in for a sit down meal and most everything was great. The wife and I had the stuffed shrimp which were fantastic and unique. Our party of 5 also tried their burger, bisque soups, and chicken sandwich. The chicken sandwich was the cheapest and really disappointed. Considering the quality of the other dishes, I'd recommend removal from the menu entirely. The rest of the food was great and the service was adequate, but not up to par for these prices. All in all, I'd say... we would return due to the good food and great location on the harbor.

Food was good and service fast the Conch appetizer were a little overcooked.

Went here on a whim while on vacation. Everyone was very friendly our server was awesome. The food was beyond so yummy. We tried the cracked conch and as I've never been a fan of conch fritters I didn't think this would be much different. But the taste without all the fillers in a fritter is night and day they were so delicious. The crab cakes were amazing, all crab and so filling. They are an appetizer but we're perfect as a meal. Thank you and can't wait to go back next time!

This place is simply amazing. When I came down here more often, I tried to stop by almost every time I was in Key West, simply because the food was so good. After returning after several years of not being down here, I was happy to see that the quality has only gotten better. I had the Mahi-Mahi sandwich, which was amazingly light, and tasted very fresh. The fries were perfect. I also tried the Snapper, and let me say that is about as good as you can get with fish. The atmosphere is perfect for Key West, and it s location is amazing. They serve pretty much any crowd, where it s a small couple or a big family. Service is wonderful, friendly, and fast. Would definitely recommend as one of the best restaurants in the Keys.

Very good location by the ocean. Most of the food we ordered was pretty good. The waiter was really professional and recommended some delicious dishes. Many people enjoyed the live music. The restaurant has a gift shop with nice stuff to buy for souvenir.

Fun spot near the water. Bacon wrapped, crab stuffed shrimp were delightful. So was the tropical cosmo!

Delish! Our group had the fresh fish of the day, tuna, shrimp, and crab cakes - and loved every bite. Also a great selection of draft beer. Note - for happy hour you have to be at the patio or bar. They didn't make this clear to us before we sat down, so that lost it a star. But we'll be back!

Very solid place for key west cuisine, conch chowder, seafood and key lime pie. Beautiful setting with water views and nice fish tanks.

A little pricey. Only place you can get Red and Pink shrimp! Definitely recommend the red shrimp. Nice view of harbor.

Great vibes, easy fast service. The food is great, fresh and lots of options. Not a local haunt, but the service is always on point. Got stone crab claws, oysters, conch fritters and mojitos!

I was really disappointed with the service my friend and I received. We sat at the bar, and the bartender do not come to by ensure that we ok. She never asked if wanted anything else. She basically ignored us but gave her attention to the other guests. Even the other male bartender pretty much ignored us. Sadly, this was first time visiting and I do not believe I would go back of that's the kind of service I can expect. Very disappointing.

Enjoyed Caribbean Mahi....oh yes! Okay, it is a touristy place but it is very good and worth doing for sure. They made it big for a good reason!

Sea scallops were perfectly paired, seasoned, and cooked. I highly recommend their calamari and conch fritters as well. This is the only place we hit three times while we were here.

Open-sided bar overlooking the harbour and an array of fabulous boats. The staff and service were excellent, as was the fact that you are at the very southernmost point of the USA. The prices were very reasonable, we only had drinks there but the meals served at the bar looked excellent.

Crack conch was good but small. The citrus dipping sauce did not compliment the dish. A remoulade sauce would have been a better accompany. Social distance seating was nonexistant.

I m giving 2 stars just for the view but the food was totally not good at all and way overpriced. Could not have been more disappointed with the food taste.I sampled food from 3 entries in my party of 4. None of it tasted good. Most of our food remained on our plates when we left. Avoid this overrated tourist trap.

Worst experience in Key West. Family has spent MANY New Year's in Key West and this place was an absolute joke. We were intrigued because it was a new place with live music and outdoor seating and a decent 2:1 happy hour from 4-7. we ordered drinks at 6:35 and were not informed we have to order our second "free" drinks by 7pm. The bar tender told us to bring our tokens back "when we were ready for the next round" which happened to be after 7 and they told us we would have to return another day to get the second half of our happy hour special. This was super disappointing and crooked. We would have happily compiled with the rules of ordering our second drink before 7 had it been communicated. I even spoke with the manager and he did not make the situation right. Would not return again and would not recommend. Highly dissatisfied.

Busy & ok not the best seafood I've had but was good the tuna plate wasn't as good as others

What a wonderful experience that we had here! Brought some family in from Germany and the Staff is super friendly and the beer is ice cold. Great spot to watch the boats come in and the bar is huge. It has a really cool airplane hanging from the ceiling and a long aquarium too. My baby even started dancing the place is so good! You owe it to yourself to check this place out!

A great seafood location. Very popular with tourists and they are known for having fresh seafood as they have a boat that goes out fishing daily! Prices are reasonable and on a great location on the wharf.

Best seafood, best service and quick. One of the reasons to visit Key West again for this food. Can t wait to go back. I had pan seared snapper, my friends ordered the same after looking at it. We really enjoyed the food.

This place is AMAZING, BEST SEA FOOD IN THE U.S.A.! TWO THUMBS-UP

This restaurant is located in Key West, Fla. A little bit on the pricey side but the food was really good and the service was also very good. We waited roughly 15min on a table but the waiting area was comfortable. Everything was very clean and drinks were served nearly immediately after we sat down, even though they were so busy. If you want a great gourmet burgers or fresh seafood and a casual sportsbar-type atmosphere, this is definitely a good choice. Regular clothing dress code and no need to go looking for refills. Two thumbs up.

Best lobster in my life. Perfect food with a nicer server, and have a romantic vibe. Friendly for a travelor and it helps me a lot. Cocktails was not my style but the meal was perfect. This lobster don't need a lot of seasoning since it was so fresh and taste naturally delicious. They served with a liquid butter sauce and it very match with the lobster. Had a great day in Keywest, They proved me 8 hour driving to come Keywest was an worth experienes.

Fun beach restaurant with very good food. It's not right on the beach, just across the street. Big nautical-themed dining room & large bar area. Seafood chowder, mussels and fish tacos are all excellext.

After a short 15 minute wait we were waited on by the most happiest server! Food service was fast and our entrees were amazing. I recommend the conch chowder! Our table had lobster, snapper and bacon wrapped-crab stuffed shrimp. We all loved every bite.

Food was amazing and served fast! Which was amazing due to the fact I had waited to go to the breakfast club for over 2 hours before coming here. Drinks were fast and delicious as well. Friendly staff and delicious food. I ate soooo fast.

It's good, but not as good as it was last time I went there 3 yrs ago-i. Terms of food quality and service. They are also quick to charge you 20% gratuity even if 2 in the party of 6 are infants. I should have paid attention to locals who weren't too quick to recommend it.
