If I could leave negative stars I would. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. I have tried to call and work with them with some billing issues and it has taken over four months for anything to even start to get done and they still have not fixed the problem. On top of when you try to call you are on hold for two hours if you are lucky even when they tell you 40 minute wait. When they do put you with someone who says that they are going to fix the issue it does not get resolved and when you try to get ahold of them they do not call back.

My 82 year old mother came home from Florida to find her water shut off. They would not take her payment over the phone. They told her to pay online. There are still people that don t know how to do that. She was on the phone for over 2 hours.... I can go on n on. She still has no water, she is going to the main office. I am curious to hear about that. I tried calling and the recording said my wait time would be @ 37 minutes. For real?? Can someone buy these people out?

Absolutely horrid service! Sitting on the phone now for an hour wait time. They shut off our water but never received a bill. Can t pay online due to never receiving an account number because we never got a bill. No past due notice. Nothing! I honestly would love water and would pay double the price just to be able to pay my bill so I could have water and to never deal with this company again.

Have been locked out of my account for days so I can't pay the bill online. The system won't email me a simple password reset link to click on. Called Customer Service. Wait time was 51 minutes. Somebody did call me back since I selected that option. Then spent over 30 minutes on the phone with them to be told that they can't help me, that they can't unlock my account, and that I should just try back again in a few days and "hopefully you'll get in to your account." This message is to the IT Dept: "Suggestion: allow your customers the ability to have a password reset link be sent to their email address on file."

This is the worst company I've ever dealt with in ...

This is the worst company I've ever dealt with in my life. They mixed up my apartment with another in the same complex, shut off our water service, and I have to have the leasing office explain to them that we didn't move out or cancel our service. And they still haven't fixed it in their records nearly a year later. The leasing manager is sick of this place and so am I.

No one answers the phone!! I made a complaint about a meter reader and got no response or resolution even though I got a call that someone was going to contact me regarding my complaint. This company has rude and threatening employees (meter reader threatened to call the police on me for asking why he lied about an issue). He also approached me without wearing a mask, and when I asked him to stop, he said he didn t need to wear a mask since I was wearing one! They put my account in past due over .46 cents! This company is outrageous and is supposed to be serving the community with responsiveness, integrity and a personal code of ethics!

Terrible service and is absolutely impossible to get ahold of someone that can help. I even tried going to the website to start service and it told me I couldn t so I might not have water when I move in to my apartment :) I m going to the office in person and will be a Karen if need be. This company needs an update so bad.

Miserable to work with. They need better customer service and probably MORE customer service reps. Have been trying to call for this entire week, submitted our information for call back and haven't received one single call back. Wait times over an hour.

The is by far the worst customer service to deal with. They don t answer the phone and when they finally do you get the option to rate your customer service experience that never happened. Is it possible to rate KY Water with negative stars??
