Have been locked out of my account for days so I can't pay the bill online. The system won't email me a simple password reset link to click on. Called Customer Service. Wait time was 51 minutes. Somebody did call me back since I selected that option. Then spent over 30 minutes on the phone with them to be told that they can't help me, that they can't unlock my account, and that I should just try back again in a few days and "hopefully you'll get in to your account." This message is to the IT Dept: "Suggestion: allow your customers the ability to have a password reset link be sent to their email address on file."
