Worst service by Bahrain EWA. I am following up to get my Deposit refund for last 2 Months. If you call customer serve they will redirect you to Skiplino app. If you book an appointment in Skiplino app they will cancel it with out your knowledge.
Better Bahrain EWA can inform customers the deposit is non refundable.

The worst service I ever seen in my life. We applied for re connection of electricity one week before nobody is coming. when calling to customer service they are simply telling stories and lies. in this hot season we are suffering. we already paid. such a useless and irresponsible people I ever seen.
