The staff is full of great people, Bria is definitely one that stands out! Very helpful and a delight to be around. Overall it s a great company with great people ready to help!

Called 10 people for 1 position and then had an electronic door where you had to "input details" l instead of just talking to someone. Walked out as soon as I saw those two things. Plus asked a question and found out it was biweekly pay.

PLEASE READ!!!!!! This is the worst company I have ever worked. I'm not sure if they secure their sites or if you're interviewing for the sites.I was promised that I was going to work at one location. I met the building management and was told I would work at this location. I was not contact it for a week and was told to come in on a late notice which I was able to do.I was then informed the reason I was not contacted was because the job was not originally for me but the guy did not show up I trained on late notice I was told to come back to continue my training. Next morning in the middle of my commute I was told by the hiring manager the contract was lost.for that one day of training I have been waiting a month and a half to get paid I've been told that my hours were processed on two occasions and then told the day I was supposed to be paid something has happened. I also go weeks without being contacted for other sites I don't know if this is a scam or the company is this terrible either way worst experience I've ever had with security. Thank God I have my options open and I'm now working for a company that is respected

I work at one of the buildings that hires these security guards & they are the worse of worse. These guards either don't speak English, sleep, on their cell phones, or ghetto from the projects & very very disrespectful. I already spoke to the owner and he assured me that the contract is almost up. And Kent Services will be gone soon enough. Don't deal with this company at all!!!

Hi my name is Larry Barefield .I have been working for Kent services now for about 6 months . and I must say that i enjoy working for a company that is positive towards there employees. This is a great company to work for.

My experience with Kent has been an amazing experience so far, I can't complain and they are awesome with keep the well being safe with high security .

I worked for Kent Security Services for 2 years, 2011-2013. No complaints here. I just had to call the office to help me find out when was my first date and last date there and the lady helped me. Great company!

I've worked for Kent for nearly 3 months. And I must say: the company; the office employees; the building clients; and my boss(es) are consummate professionals. They are reasonable, fair, and smart. I would recommend this employer to any responsible person looking to work for exceptionally good people.

I interviewed today at Kent, they were very nice and accommodating. They have a beautiful office in an excellent location.

Doorman are poorly trained and inconsistent. Management are terrible people. Threatend to fire night door woman when she said she couldn't work a double shift with zero notice on day before Christmas eve.

We love working with Kent, they are a pleasure to deal with.

Bria Agosto is a sneaky little liar. She tells you one thing than does another. She can not be trusted whatsoever.

Staff goes above and beyond to make sure that you know the needed information in order for you to excel with or without them. They told me what I was missing and I came back with the corrections. Now I m working for them just because of the Honesty and Maturity they showed me from the beginning. Plus the job site locations.

I know the owners of this company. A very respectable family that is philanthropic in the community!

The management is terrible. They do not communicate with each other or you. I had two different interviews one in 2018 and one a few weeks ago and they both went great. Each time someone reached out to me to offer me a position and telling me to come into their New York office. Resulting in me traveling out there from jersey city just to be told that their hiring manager wasn t in or it was some kind of miscommunication and to reschedule. Then I would continuously reach out just to be told the position has been filled. So UNPROFESSIONAL

I currently work for this company & to be honest this is the best company I ever worked in my 24 years of living. The manager and staff is Excellent , professional and more importantly they find COVERAGE. There incredibly reliable never miss out on pay or nothing.

I had an absolutely horrible experience with this company. The supervisers DO NOT communicate. The senior supervisor is extremely unprofessional and it's well known through out the company with the employees. They are constantly losing contracts and won't tell you about it until the last minute. They double book people on work sites and reluctant to compensate your money back. Absolutely not worth 15 dollars an hour. I'm surprised these guys is still in business.

Kent security over work workers and do not pay for the hours they give ,they are stealing hours i was fired for speaking my mind about my hours they owed i spoke to others workers and many other people have complained.I was owed 2 extra shifts i never recieved they brushed me off I m very disappointed.

The management in Orlando is very poor this Brazilian lady that manages the crew in Orlando has no communication skills and she definitely don t have any customer service skills the crew that works here is amazing but the management is very poor and I don t know how they made it this far with the management that they have

Worst company, rude dispatcher, rude managers & directors. Y all don t know how to treat people. I have a baby younger then a year old and they trying to force me to do a double shift and then they go and fire me because of it and then they try to say it s my fault and basically force me to quit.

Kent is the worst company to work with when you have a problem and you tell Nicola or Luis the sweep it under the rug there plenty of time I talk to them about the way the Co-worker Said she have her favorite at the job site there people she speak to and don t she don t got to do a lot because she sir how Nicola now she The DM but she talk about her co worker and she smell like liquor how she hire people and they didn t talk a drug test but they working how Luis know about it she hired another girl and know Nicola didn t do a drug test and Luis said the only reason he keeping Nicole because the propertys the way and she would never be a good DM how Nicola called A property manager gay

Kent is a great workplace, they pay on time and treat us with respect.

Kent services isn't a bad company the pros are the pay is decent...they give set schedules and the site they have in linden nj isnt bad.....cons: management needs a lot of work especially the Supervisor and site Manager at the linden nj site I urge anyone who's planning to work their you have to,be friends or,Family with someone their to not work in a hostile work environment same with upper management never seen,anything like it....i don't know,how things are ran in ny but in nj its extremely unprofessional......be very cautious and aware....

Very nice young woman conducting interviews and they seem like a good company. Just wish they didn't lead you on so much in interviews claiming their people would get back to you in a week and then end up not calling back at all.
