Good migration service and solution provided by them

Hosting account was suspended for no apparent reason. Call to Technical Support takes forever to answer, but Sales answered in less than a minute. We recommend this hosting for people who have lots of time to waste.

I just wanted to have my VPS server set-up. That's all. Yet, I have to reach out to customer support and guess what?

Horrible customer service.

Waiting time is draining and I had to wait for 20 minutes for a chat! A chat response!

At the end of it, after more than an hour of back and forth, I found out that a technical task has been handled over to customer support. After an hour of waiting, nothing! Absolutely no response!

Then I head over trying to get a refund since my server has not even been set-up yet! And guess what? No response again!

Not sure how people manage to rate this place 4 stars. What a bunch of lies.

Very good knowledge of the sales team that provides me a good understanding of which vps package i should take based on my requirement. As i am a low tech knowledge person so would like to thanks to them and keep it up!

Poor customer service. Cant resolve hosting issues for weeks. Lousy hosting without proper firewall and security measurement. Host at your own risk !

I have BeCloud10 Package for hosting from this above mention company but they are very pathetic in service and one single day I am face 508 Error twice even after making them serveral email they just replied that there is no error from our side. screen shot are attached for proof. As we loss 100k's of business in that few mintues.

Best Value of VPS, Only few mins to deploy. Sales person are professional with helpful knowledge in term of building vps. So far didn't faced any big issues with Usonyx. Recommended !

The service received was horrendous it was just a whole load of transfer from departments to departments which got nothing done and was obvious that nothing was going to be done. This is immediately after we bought and paid for a year worth of hosting. Our server was not even accessible after 2 hours and the support was not making anything easier. When requested for a refund the request was blatantly ignored

Been using Usonyx domain & hosting services for the pas few years. Their services quality is keep improving and did a great job to satisfy their user's needs

First of all the worst service ever since Martin and his team left. Our mail server and webpage is down, no one ever answers the phone at Usonyx, support is non existent you are better off spending your money at Vastspace!!!

Had a server there for a few months. Local support available with friendly and professional staff, definitely worth the money. 10/10 support & 10/10 pricing. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for server in Singapore!

Network down out of nowhere, and severel issue regarding the emails server. Suddenly block our email server due to few mb max usage, without warning. And very slow response. Will change on the next cycle. Not recomended.

I have been a customer for over 7 years and just last week Martin and his team helped solved a problem which was an issue with my client's router.

Their support is consistent and knowledgeable. I have been recommending clients to them whenever anyone needs hosting.

their pricing isnt the cheapest around but you sure get a bang for your buck with their after sales. :)
